t-lounge by Dilmah has given new dimensions to tea lovers. They have served us a complimentary tea to taste which was cold tea but it was awesome in taste first time trying cold tea but it was amazing. I would visit them again to try there new variety of teas simply just loved it. Must try there different variety of tea. Brought export quality tea from there shop.

Beautiful place for a relaxing hang out! The interior is stunning, with the variety of teas by Dilmah arranged in the different colours to adorn the walls as well as B&W pictures of tea plantations / tea pluckers in estates. Colour, comfortable chairs bring out the colours as well. Lovely ambience! Not too crowded - but probably depends on the timing - this was in the evening. Good selection of food of drinks - their iced teas are the best! Very helpful and friendly staff.

I loved this place located in the city center but quiet, a good music, and awesome stuff. It seems they made some efforts on the design of this place. I had spicy chicken crepe and tea. Really good food, and the guy walked me through the tea ceremony giving me some advices how to make tea even more tasty. They have a good variety of tea for sale, so you can just stop by and buy tea.

Staff are professional and efficient. Plenty of tea options to purchase and try. Prices are on the higher side but you also pay for the experience and we found it to be very enjoyable. The cafe itself is modern, clean and comfortable. Wifi works well.

One of my favourite places for tea and snacks in Colombo! They have amazing flavoured drinks, both with and without milk, and their Christmas menu is something to look forward to. Also as a vegetarian, in Sri Lanka, I found the most options at this place - Mushroom crepes, Pizza, Cream cheese Bagel, Savoury waffles to name a few! Also their welcome tea which changes every week is something I really enjoyed. Thanks to Chamara who was an excellent host at the place.

You always wanna drink something during a peak hot season , and just when I passed this amazing place I stopped by to sip some juice. I was welcomed and first offered a nice comfortable seat. Afterwards a Huge Tab was given to place my order , I selected the Strawberry and Mango Ice Tea. I was surprised when it arrived with Ice Cream. It was super chilled with thick Mango Juice n strawberry pieces all over . The combo was just perfect with a light taste of Tea.

Place with a cozy atmosphere with nice lighting. Loved it. Kind of compacted seating area. Prices are average. As I am not a big fan of tea products, it didn't go good. But the presentation and the cupcake they gave along were awesome. Less menu items when you are not a fan of tea. Ordering was different. They give urll a tab and ask urll to order. Which was kind of new and was easy. Have to confirm the order by the serving guy, which may take you some time as you have to wait for him or call him.

Great place with amazing ambiance. My first time here was for a meeting, I quite enjoyed the short stay. They give you a welcome drink after you walk in (with cucumber and mint, rather refreshing.) There’s quite a bit of premium teas and tea-based beverages to choose from. I had an Earl Grey which was quite good. You can ask them to prepare teas specially for you (like how strong you want it to be, if you want honey added etc.) The staff is quite friendly too. Would definitely visit again.

Amazing menu and interiors. Order the T-Kitsch if you like sweet milk tea. Service took a lot of time even though there were only two other tables occupied while we were there. The ambiance did make up for it quite a bit.

We visited the Dilmah Tea Lounge @Chatham street today to purchase some tea packs for gifts. The gentleman we met there was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their various tea packets. He recommended some fantastic options tailored to our preferences. As an unexpected bonus, we received a complimentary tea glass, and the tea it held was simply delicious😍. It was our first time trying Dilmah tea, and it quickly became our favorite. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend the Dilmah Tea Lounge. ☕🍃👍

Place is ambient and comes with different types of seating as well. Upstair small area also available. They serve an iced tea as soon as you get in which is marvelous. There is a variety of food available in the menu and food is also good. Not recommending the bubble tea which taste bit awkward. Prices are bit above the average and portions are ok as well. Staff is super friendly and supportive.

We recommend this place, especially if you want to try original drinks with Sri Lankan tea. The whole place is focused on tea and the atmosphere is so nice and relaxed. Prices are above Sri Lankan standards but that’s the case almost everywhere in this area of Colombo. The food we ordered was delicious but nothing compared to the Cinnamon T-kitsch (absolutely amazing!!!!!). You can see how the waiter prepares your drink in front of you and the whole place is extremely clean. 10% extra for service.

Price range per item Rs 300 - Rs 2000. Had a chocolate mini tart (Rs 400) and a Rosehip and Hibiscus tea mocktail (Rs 1100). There is a 10% service charge on the total bill.

Love the concept of everything built around Tea, it's a proper Sri Lankan experience specially for me, as I am really averse to this coffee place culture here in the legendary home of Tea. I have been traveling around Sri Lanka and wanted to save the best (well known Dilmah) for last. Once we got here, the space was cluttered, had 3 workers and nearly no customers (total of perhaps 3 small groups of 1-2 people in the entire space) Yet no one taking our order _ it took 40 minutes to get our tea and cake which was taken out of the fridge and put on our table.. so it was a long wait time for low effort. We hadnt booked the tea tasting, which is fine but wanted to order a couple of individual tea just to taste without the explanation. The manager said he’ll see what he can do and never came back to us and was on the phone or doing other things. Completely unattentive staff, tea was served in a glass bottle which was not ergonomically designed - very disappointing for a big brand like this. The reason for the 2 stars is the acknowledge that the chocolate cake was ok, good gifting options, ladies seem to be working hard in the kitchen (although we are not sure why given the place was nearly empty). Would I be back here again? Maybe for merchandise but there are definitely much better places out there for tea tasting. I have updated my review from 2 stars to 3 because towards the end of the trip, the manager did take some time to explain the different teas for my purchase.

One of my Go-to cafes in Colombo. Awesome food, some pretty great smoothies and T-shakes. Reasonably priced. The location and atmosphere is a plus. Staff members are really nice and quick too. Their friendliness is one of the best thing about the cafe. You must try their crepes and waffles and don't forget the iced teas. Always a nice experience. Highly recommended.

The tea is awesome, try the coconut and cinnamon flavoured tea. Ambience is nice and so is the service. Should also visit their outlet at Arcade Independence Square. This outlet did not have the pizza which was really tasty at the Arcade outlet. Food is pretty good. Prices are as expected for an upscale food outlet of this nature.

Great place to hangout or get your work done while enjoying a hot chocolate or an iced tea. (They don't have coffee though) Food items were great. Bit on the expensive side but would be worth it if you plan to stay for a long period. Service staff is very curtieous and helpful.
