One of the oldest pizza huts in srilanka they renovated a couple of times. Great location with ample parking space. Ideal place for a family dinner out. Friendly experienced staff.

Recently visited Pizza hurt and ordered the double chicken and cheese which is an all time favourite of mine and as usual enjoyed each bite. The staff was good and cleaned each table once used by customers. There's a parking space also available and easy access for public transport as well. We have tried the delivery services many times and they are up to standard always like dining.

This is a fairly decent restaurant with a good range of seafood choices. However, the cuttle fish dish we ordered wasn't all that tasty. The place is conveniently located on the main road too. One negative was the 3-piece band that was playing from table to table which I wasn't a huge fan of. Not sure if they were private or contracted by the restaurant, but I felt they were a tad too noisy.

Understaffed and took a long time for deliver my takeaway. No customer focusnness at this outlet. But Nugegoda was exceptional

Food was delicious. Reasonable price.if you go on lunch they have various of offers but atmosphere is not preferable. The space is not enough and not comfortable otherwise the staffs was really friendly. thanku pizzahut we had a great time 🥰❤

Customer service is bad. We were wait for more then 1hour with kids. They deliver the food to take away but not for the people who waiting there. But food is good.

Tried online ordering facility and it is very convenient. The order delivered in the exact time which the system mentioned. The delivery rider was also an expert in routes and didnt struggle on explaining the route much. Great service even during these hectic times of the country. Thank you! The quality of packing and the pizaas, the chicken was awesome.

I once had a 'Butter chicken masala' pizza at a Pizza Hut in Colombo which I loved and couldn't wait to try again. I ordered a medium sized one from here and it was a disappointment, certainly didn't meet the same flavour expectations as the one I had in Colombo. Not even close to the glorious butter chicken that boasts of rich flavour and indian spices, on the whole it was quite bland; the dough cardboad-y and the filling mehh I never ordered it again :(

Placed an order today. Delivery is supposed to be to your doorstep. However delivery person refused to come to the apartment floor to deliver the food to the doorstep. I am pregnant and so I ordered for convenience so that I will receive my food to the doorstep not so I have to come down from my apartment and go near the entrance. Very disappointed with the pizza hut Wattala delivery team. Previously I ordered and they delivered to the door however this time the delivery guy name Noel refused to. Because I’m pregnant and unable to again go down from my apartment to the complex entrance I told him then to take the order back. Such horrible service.

This place had decent reviews but the food was tasteless, overpriced and took ages to arrive at the table. We ordered lunch on a Saturday maybe they serve dinner better. Despite the convenient location it will be one place I'll never again visit.

First off all I must say it is too crowded there was no sufficient parking available and pavement is much higher and yiu might get your vehicle hit on the pavement while you trying to park your vehicle in. Finally when my family settled on a table and no one is cares to take our order and we were waiting almost half an our to palce our order. Waiter who was talking to us is not friendly at all & acting like we are troubling him by coming there to eat.(dont know whether he is in bad mood). Foods were arrived after almost 45 mins later and fairly good compared to the tabke service. However they served us water that 2 years old and bearly close to expiry period.(manufacture date 2018-05)we were there 2020-02-15

Tried their new melts pizza. It was okay but not too tasty. The lava cake was superb and when it was served, the server informed lava cake was too hot. When I'm here I feel more cared. Great service. 😍

One of the worst outlets I have visited so far. Mostly because they have renovated and the space is very limited. We used to visit there frequently before, but was very unsatisfied this time. They have increased the temperature of the AC and the atmosphere was very noisy also. As the washrooms were in the front there was a bad smelling coming as well. Regarding the food they were good.

Food is great. I'd recommend pizza hut wattala if you're a pizza fan this is where u should eat from. Great service!

Service was good , we were served by sadar (Mr) a d did a good job, the place looks a little out of place must be the covid effect. There staff were engaged in very very loud argument .. there staff lady who was angry .😦 Loud .. was a bit of a turn off .. manger was proactive aslo I think .. overall okay experience and best staff be a little aware and respect when customer is dining in.

Last knight i really disappointed with pizza hut service.because i ordered a pizza around 7.20 pm they were tell it will be ready within 20minutes.but it has taken more than 1 hours. ofcourse i know it is very busy withe Christmas day but they have to tell the actual time.one more thing they were concentrating on door delivery only asking direct costemors to vait

People don't ever step in to Pizza hut for dine-in in last few minuts as they switch off the AC and let customers to eat uncomfortably while sweating and rotting in hot🥵!!!!😡😡😡 Last night we went to Pizza hut Wattala around 10.45pm after shopping and our order valued around 9,500/=. We received the order in 20 mins and we started to taste them. It was horribly hot 🥵and sweating and we were really uncomfortable. We asked wheather the AC is working and requested to increase the cool. Their answer was really surprising. Though they take orders even in the last minute before 11 pm, the AC automatically switch off by the management exactly @ 11pm!! Its really really horrible!!! Disgusting!!!!! People should pay thousands and eat uncomfortably 🙄.. If you switch off the AC at 11, please close the dine in area atleast 10.30 rather putting people into uncomfortable matters!! Shame on you Pizza Hut Management!!! Even your staff requested us to complain as this was not the 1st time!! At last we asked to pack the rest and came to the vehicle and had it in!!! It was the worst experience!!!🤬

It was really crowded.. lot of take away orders and online orders were processing.. Had to just wait over 10 minutes to someone to come up to the counter and take the order . But afterwards it was just a 15 minutes wait.. the fellow guarding the door was super efficient.. he'll manage the door as well as the waiting customers.. I think it should have more Indoor seating as it used to be.

Used to be a big fan of pizza hut but yesterday order wasn't great. Way Less cheese and taste less. Just two tiny prawns for a so called prawn pizza..... Certainly Quality has dropped!

Same pizza hut as per around world, but in here you can get foods with Sri Lankan test.

Take out is efficient usually they handle park and pick-up orders better than store pick-up

I ordered a large pizza with Double Chicken Surprise for my wife in Srilanka since she was craving for it but the order she received was a sausage devilled pizza. She has an allergic to sausages and on top of that the rider has gone to the wrong address. Highly disappointed with their service.

This is an amazing place to visit. The food are great and they all have reasonable prices. They have all varieties of sea food like Lobsters, Crabs, Fish , Prawns etc... and meat like Chicken, Pork, Mutton etc... The place is clean and neat and great for family get-togethers. The service over there is excellent as well. The workers were very serious in making sure we have all of our necessities and they would be really quick in bringing our ordered items back to us. I definitely would recommend everyone to visit here as it's a truly amazing place. Please do drop out over there to experience quality food! Also, the juices are good too. The desserts are also great and they are large too (for the reasonable prices)! Love it...

Pizza Hut Sri Lanka I have ordered a pizza half (veg)and half (non) but when I opened all veg part mixed with minced chicken and sausage. If I contacted restaurant manger - Wattala he said it’s normal of you need pure veg order separately and talked rudely. Then why you guys promote half and half ????
