arrived
at
2.35,
well
after
check-in
time,
and
was
told
to
wait
ten
minutes
because
my
room
wasn't
ready.
In
the
end
I
waited
forty
minutes
for
my
room
to
be
ready.
I
wouldn't
have
minded
so
much
if
I
had
received
any
apology,
but
they
didn't
apologise
once,
not
even
a
single
time,
and
acted
as
if
it
wasn't
their
fault
because
the
previous
occupant
had
checked
out
late.
The
room
had
no
windows,
and
is
poorly
maintained.The
bathrooms
were
disgusting,
the
soap
wasn't
refilled,
the
shower
gave
only
cold
water.
I
didn't
even
go
for
breakfast
because
the
hygiene
standard
was
so
low.
The
bathroom
doors
didn't
lock
properly.
The
door
of
the
room
was
jammed
and
needed
strong
force
to
open
and
close.
I
wasn't
expecting
luxury
for
the
price,
but
with
so
many
good
value
for
money
options
in
Colombo,
this
hotel
should
be
avoided.
The
only
good
thing
is
the
location.
