HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Stay away at all costs. Booked 2 rooms at this hotel, 1 room was requested as a family room and another single room. When we arrived for our check in, which was around 9pm, we were informed the rooms had been changed to an apartment instead. We were not keen with this change but considering the time and the fact we had 3 young tired children, we agreed. However, when we went into the apartment, the stench was unbelievable. We could not stay inside the apartment for few minutes. We went back down to request a change and were told they were fully booked. This was an unbelievable experience. We had booked 2 rooms and ended up with a disgusting smelling apartment instead which they had changed us to and when we requested a change - they refused. We had to find new accommodations in the middle if the night which was very difficult to do with children. Completely disappointing! The management at this hotel is absolutely horrible. They cannot provide a basic level of hospitality. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Awful place! I booked this place online for someone else. When arrived at the property, was told that they don’t take online bookings although the amount was deducted from my credit card. The management said we need to pay them directly, which cost more than twice the money that was advertised online. We were also told to call AGODA to get a refund for the amount that was paid online. Horrible customer service. The person I booked this for, had to go find other sorts of accommodation for the night and I was chatting to AGODA for 1 hour to get the refund. Do not recommend!! This was an awful situation for us and the management did not care for it at all, although this was their fault. You’re better off finding something else.

Decent place to stay. But the room which I stayed doesn’t have windows but fully airconditioned. Rooms are quiet a bit noisy but they are bearable. But when functions are happening in the hall the sound of the bass is much audible. That was a bit irritating. Other things are ok. Staffs are kind and helpful. Value for money.

Large and nice place to have wedding. But had unpleasant experience as well. Wedding food was worst.

It was a very clean hotel and they had everything arranged as requested , Day staff are friendly and the night receptionist is stubborn person who needs a change in his attitude!

Had to change my review due to some negative experience I had during my last 2 visits. The 1st time when we had this issue, the AC was quickly fixed. Next time I booked a DLX room and that also had the same issue. I used to stay in this place for many times. But my last 2 stays really changed my mind.

This hotel serves just the basic needs. Rooms are not so clean. All rooms are a bit smelly. The bathroom was clean enough. They don't provide toiletries or tea/coffee maker. It is cheap, but they don't provide much either.

Check in took me like 15 minutes even when i already booked few days ago. there are no windows in rooms. hot water didn't worked. Bathroom is very small . i can almost hear everything from the other room. but for the price i've paid couldn't expect more. very reasonable prices. and the staff is very understanding. perfect for budget, if they can improve house keeping too.

No mirror, No wifi , No Tv, No Break Fast , Landline won’t work for ordering, Room Some smells... They will give Superb Explanation for wifi ( Every time dey will give incorrect password & more tan 1 year dey will say it is technical issue )...But Room Price is 3400 ( Mentioned Break Fast ) My Request for Green palace u fix ur room as ur wish. But don’t give fake promises....Plz tell the Exact situation about room to the customer

Green Palace Colombo ( 30 W.A. Silva Mawatha, Colombo 00600 ) Staff were lovely, and the budget rooms were very clean . Bedding very comfortable and the bathroom was perfect.reasonable for the price. It is a perfect budget place. There are no extra charges for booking . Easy checkin and checkout , the parking was easy. Highly recommended

Good place to manage events with a particular amount of crowd (precisely less than 500). Has 3 floors. So, there can be more than one function arranged simultaneously. Staff for serving welcome drinks and to attend the lunch of guests were very actively working, and they took care of everything very attentively.

Went to this place after leaving a horrible hotel so we did not have reservations and the hotel was also fully booked but they some how managed to give us a good A/C room... Which included a hot watet shower and all other things you get in a hotel ❤️loved it ❤️❤️❤️

They charged me Rs 25000 for unsafe mirror glass which fallen by 3 years old baby .they charged me for 5mm thickness glass price .when I check broken glass glass piece and veryfied from glass shop it was 3mm thickness glass and value is Rs 8000 . After that when I tried to refund my money they are not responding friendly I called many time and send email too but no response from management. worst behaviou,I will never recommend this hotel for family's who coming with kids its not safe.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. We booked a room, but they canceled it without any valid reason and handled the situation rudely. Very irresponsible management.
