Cheap & best place in town I stayed in a A/C room on September 2022 for just 3,000 LKR including all the charges Their room was very neat & clean *** Highly recommended for short & long stay (normal room was 2,000 LKR) Complimentary : 4 tea bags, Soap Facility : Dialog TV, Kettle, wardrobe, attach bathroom Surrounded with lot of restaurants KFC, food city, NOLIMIT all are in walking distance By mistakenly we broke one glass cup, I informed to the owner, but he didn't change any extra money + they can speak Tamil One important think : Do not forget the Main door magnetic lock password.. 🙂

Good Value for money. Well maintained and very neat rooms with necessary utensils and tea/Sugar. Very well secured place and professionally maintained. Limited parking space and only available for 4 or 5 cars only. So, better confirm the available of parking during the booking. Highly recommended for anyone looking economical and low budget hotel with good facilities.

They have spacious and clean rooms for a reasonable price. Compared to other places, they have amenities like an electric kettle, cable tv, WiFi, toilet papers etc. Bedding also is comfortable and easy. Staff is friendly and is helpful. This place is close to everything. Location is the most important. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for a good room stay type. It's in Hill Street, where the access is easily possible. And it is clean as much as possible. Trashes are collected twice a day and staffs are also kind. Highly recommended if you would like to stay in Colombo for official and private work.

Well I just called the hotel for inquiry the person who spoke with me talked with me so unprofessionally. First they should learn how to speak to a customer, if you treat a person who inquiry then it will be a question how you treat people who stay here. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!! Don't go to this play.

My parents came to srilanka and they stayed here. I will regret letting them stay here ..... the owner was so rude to my parents because I often go to see them day and night he yelled at me... also we go out with ac on and it was a huge problem later the cleaner off it every time we go out. They gave us such a hard time. I so don’t recommend this place... 💔 their trip was ruined because of this place

Rooms are dirty and the bathroom was a horror.surrounding area has private houses and it was very noisy. All the information on the website and photos is not want it really is. A horrible experience.

We had a great experience in Hillstreet Villas. The owners are super friendly and helpful, they organized also a Tuk Tuk for us in the early morning. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were enough tables for everyone. Our room was spacious and offered all you need. Everything was super clean. There are shops, a big Supermarkt (Keells), market stalls and restaurants and a bakery nearby. We warmly recommend this place.

A friend recommended this place for us because it was lower price but when we stayed here we knew not only the place is cheap but the owner and the staff ! They yelled at us for not turning off the ac while leaving the room and had problems when my daughter came to the hotel to visit me ! And the worst part is we found a cockroach in the bathroom and there are lots of cockroaches in the building ! We don’t recommend this place !

It's all about the peace, excellent peaceful place to stay calm with affordable price. Simple and cmfrtble designing. Allowed to use the kitchen as well. It's really a good place to calm urself
