Completely it's not a good place to stay. Can't recommend for anyone. We tried to contact the caretaker so many times to double check our stay and make it confirmed. but he didnt answer the phone as well. We've booked our stay online,  last 25'th of dec. On the Xmas eve. A/C standard double room  but soon after we arrived there they have given that room for another couple. The caretaker said that they also booked that room. It Can't be in that manner. The management was lost. Very poor management. They have driven us crazy and angry. The owner wanted to settle but he couldn't. We contacted YOHO and confirmed our stay and prices for Super deluxe room as the owner said. Yoho said that the room charges were same coz of the xmas day special offer . But the caretaker asked us to pay additional 1000 rupees for the room. Finally we got that super deluxe room. It wasn't clean properly, linen were not there until we asked, wifi connection was shutted down, dialog tv connection was not worked at that moment, hot water facility was disabled , and the curtains were made by very thin cloth material and it's totally transparent.. can't change the dress in the room as well. At night after switching on the lights the outsiders can see everything what is happening inside the room clearly. And some of the rooms they doesn't have attached bathroom, they have shared bathroom. But they didn't mention that on their website.lot of issues were there. We were badly embarrassed . Very poor service. Caretaker doesn't know anything.All the time he is telling " just gimme 5mins I will check.. " but he never. I never recommend this place to anyone. They doesn't treat their customers in well manner.. they never cared their customers. Please consider more than this.

Small bnb next to jayawardenapura general hospital. Rooms are klean. Toilet is ok. Can pay by cash or local bank transfer. Bed was comfortable. There are AC and non AC rooms available. Price varies from 5850 Rs for a large room with king size bed and a large attached bathroom with shower. For 4850 Rs much smaller room with less glamorous bathroom. The road leading to this place is very narrow from the new hospital road. So might be a tight rope walk in traffic. Otherwise I think the place is reasonably good and safe. There is no elevator and rooms are mostly in higher floors. There are no bathroom amenities or tissues or toilet paper provided. No TV in rooms and WIFI is slow. For the price the room was acceptable.

While trying to find a way out of the monotony of the corona epidemic, I accidentally saw the ad "White Fortress".However, further use of the website revealed that it was located in the vicinity of Colombo Kotte.I did not pay much attention to that advertisement as I was hoping for mental freedom as I did not feel that there would be a quiet environment around Colombo. However, as I looked at each of the photos of your accommodation, my mind was driven to go to the “White Fortress”.Although I was very difficult, when I found your place I felt like I had gone to a village far away.Although we traveled from Colombo to the countryside due to the current epidemic, my family and I were delighted to see your location as the villagers suspected it to be contagious.There are no words to describe your most beautifully designed home. And our hearts felt the way you treated us during the two days we stayed. My children and wife had an extraordinary pleasure. The song of the  birds still resonates in our ears. The army headquarters, which topped the guardian deities of the land that rose like a flag bearer, added a strange charm to the heart when viewed from a distance. The cool breeze from Diyawanna still tickles our bodies.You provide all the facilities and the amount you charge is very reasonable. But in our minds, the money you are given is not enough, so we try to pay additional. but you respectfully rejecting money is a good example for those who prioritize money in today's society. Such people are very rare. So I can write a lot about the mental healing I received from “White Fortress”. But this is not the time for this. However, I would like to tell everyone reading this that it is the best place around Colombo to get rid of monotony "White Fortress".

Room is bit small but its ok to couple, we stayed room hot water not working, in the bed have bed bug and ants when you open the window you can see neighbours kitchen 😁 guy is front office i think he is the owner he is very helpful, and he charge 200LKR for the wart bottle 😁

Tap Water is very unhealthy. Mixed with rust. But they provide bottled water only on request.

What a Fantastic place to relax in Colombo.

Very clean, hygienic and spacious rooms with decent food. Within the capital of Sri Lanka in a quite and clean environment. Ideal for Leasure or business travelers. Friendly and helpful staff.

Basic rooms if you are passing by. Does the job. The staff however is lovely and stayed up for us for a late check in and gave us the better room for a good price. Wouldnt mind coming here again

This new hotel is one of the best hotel in the area. Huge clean rooms with lots of amenities. The best part about this property is the super-host Mr.Jagath. He would go above and beyond to attend every single query or request of yours. Even the impossible ones. I have never met such a friendly honest man like Mr.Jagath. I will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking to stay in this area. Its located inside a quiet , peaceful lane.

A really nice location with a silent environment. Rooms are very comfortable with good facilities. Staff is really friendly and nice. Reasonable prices and I recommend this to anyone.

For sure this is the best place you can find in this area, very quiet and noticeably clean. The caretaker is such a hardworking and a humble man. simply i loved the place and i would highly recommend!

Ideal place for peaceful sleep in the capial. Walking distance to Jayawardenanapura and 5 minutes walking from the Kimbulawala jogging track. Worth every cent ✌️

This place was not up to my expectations. Broken AC and no hot water. There were lot of noises as people were drinking outside. Smoke came to my room and difficult to breath. No Tv. Limited parking space. It was narrow road to the hotel a small vehicle can come with difficulty. For short stay per a single person fine.

One of the worst places to stay. We were promised a balcony room but upon arrival, we were told there were no balcony rooms in the first place. Charged us 6.5K but the room was bare minimum without even hot water. The tv was broken and the AC was also malfunctioning from time to time. The sink in the washroom was leaking and on it, was this cup to take water from, which had fungus on it (I still regret i couldn't get a photograph of it). When complained about those, the man on the front desk was aggressive towards us, which gave us such a repulsive attitude towards the whole place. Clearly do not recommend this place to anyone and totally not worth for money.
