The place we loved is no longer their all the managers are not customer oriented. They will act like ur nothing but a waste of time, the peaceful calm environment is no longer their, they will not take any responsibility regarding anything, they will just pass on anyone for the blame..... highly regrettable experience for me with our friends.... A good hotel for a day trip. The location is not very inviting. We had to drive ourselves because there is no public transportation near this hotel. The pool is clean, but it is small in comparison to other pools. There is a play area for children, and the service staff is nice....🌸

The location is so calm and so good. Pool is amazing and just rs.100 for children and 200 for adults. Service is so friendly. Obsessed with their mix fried rice but not with kottu. Anyways it's a good place to spend weekend to enjoy and to be relaxed or have parties as well!

Service was very poor and slow but the food was delicious. We had to wait for a long time for the food to be served. The childrens play area was good.

The food here is excellent! These people make the famed kaju kottu (cashew kottu). I got to know about this place from Banda and I love the cashew kottu here. You must try it, well worth the price and the portion. Other than the food this place is crowded with families and children so if you're looking for quiet time, you might want to visit on the weekdays when the crowds are less.

This place used to be a gem. Used to have famous Cashew Kottu too.With ample parking and much space with tasty foods. But now one of the worst customer service in the area. Many regular visitor now seeking new places. Not even their special rice is Basmati rice where other places serve even Basmati at a lower price. So now doesn't even worth the money.First the food started to lack quality and then it started to take much time even if there weren't many visitors. Once many people were refused to serve lunch telling there is a wedding at 2pm. But nobody came even at 3pm. May be they want to focus more on events, then they should advertise those before, at least at the gate. More than three times promised a better service but clearly this place is getting worse.

This is the most unpleasant hotel I have ever been to.. A waiter did not come to the bench where six people were waiting for half an hour. Finally, when we went and asked, the order was accepted and the food did not arrive until about 40 minutes after the order was accepted.. The food was very unpleasant and not fair for the money. Really really bad experience in our life..
