Disappointed with the food. This place used to sell really good food. The servers are grumpy like we disturbing them. Submarine buns are crumbling as it shows how bad it tastes. Sub's fillings are a little bit okay. And served with a couple of very sad-looking fries. But honestly, chilli chicken shawarma was a Bomb. Flavourful. The chicken itself bit dry yet the sauces cut that dryness. We ordered Singapore-style fried rice and it came out just regular fried rice and chop suey was in very bad shape. It oozes out a liquid that supposes to be thick. Not very appetising. The Interior looks so sad and everything in that place looks similar as I visit that place for the first time which is 2012. The lights look sad and not very spacious. And the drinks, we were served hot soft drinks. Not cool and not even frizzy as soft drinks should be. We used to hang out at this place and now it's very sad to see that this place sinking.

The dining area gets full very quickly because there is limited space. Washrooms are not at good condition. But food & serving is good. My favorite menu item is the chicken submarine.

If there was an option of No Stars i would have selected it. For start no waiter to take the order and no menu on table. Paid for the order and 7:09pm and we got the food after 7:30pm, the tables who arrived after us were served before us. If we hadn't paid for the food prior we would have walked out. The food was not at all fresh. The bread was hard. Seems like a day old. They didn't even bother to serve our table until i complained about the delay. Seems the restaurant has seen its days. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Very calm place. Service also not bad. I personally like to eat submarines; specially chicken one. Taste is good and prices are reasonable.

Don't order any of pizzas here. They take too much of time to give the pizzas to the customers. We ordered a hot and spicy pizza and, soo badly we didnt get the order yet. we have to waited for 40 plus minutes. So bad!

Yesterday I visited the Dinemore in kohuwala and ordered a spicy chicken sub which was Rs.920 And the meal comes with French fries. But look at the quality of the meal. Only 8 fries were served with the meal. Just because the country is in a bad situation the meals don’t have to be this cheap in the meantime better they not even serve this. So sad to mention that dinemore has become so cheap in quality of meals. Do not visit again guys because they don’t serve quality meals for the price they charge.

This was the fourth time I tried out this restaurant located next to Nugegoda flyover. We really enjoyed their Dinemore Spicy chicken Submarine and sausage pizza with Pepsi. The staff was friendly and helpful.

1.Parking opposite the road. 2.Menu is useless due to unavailability. 3.Unhygiene is visible to a keen observer. 4.An ant in 220rs lime juice. (Pick it out n just drink 😂) 5.Poor cashier guy looks very busy even with no customers inside. 6. 1star for the quiet environment, basins n sinks with soap n napkins.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided Delivered our order extremely late and to see its wrong as well. Sent us chicken burgers instead of beef. When complained the response was really bad. Acted as if we were at fault ! Never ordering again. They really need to learn on how to respond their customers. Very poor !!

Most popular place for submarine in nugegoda. So I Visited that place with my cousins. Limited menu and the place is small. Big crowd on Sundays. We ordered crispy chicken burger with cheese (Rs. 420), Chicken submarine (Rs. 460), veg submarine (Rs. 410) and soft drinks (Rs. 130). Prices are worth. Burger is that tasty. Not added service charges or any other tax changes. Clean place. Friendly customer service. I have no complains about your service. So I can recommend this place to anyone. Thanks

They should improve drinks verities and suggest to provide good drink glass instead of recently providing glass.Rice pasta pizza burgers also available

I just called the Kohuwala Dinemore to make a pickup order. The guy who answered the phone sounded so lazy and uninterested. If I wasnt craving this food, i would've hung up and ordered from elsewhere. No thank you after the order. Disappointing.

Subs are good as usual and they serve french fries with a sub but fries potion is kinda small but as overall meal it’s filling. Dedicated Parking available otherside of dinemore for vehicles. Evenings your order can be delayed since they are getting so much orders. Nothing fancy just good subs. Usually don’t recommend other than subs but choice is yours.

A hit and a miss in all aspects of service- the brand deserves better. It’s completely dropped it’s standard- and is quite pricey, whilst there’s barely anything left to order off the menu, with unfortunate customer service, and an inability to make deliveries with no available online or card payment. I kindly ask that you make no hesitation in reinvesting in your restaurant, and hastily make all necessary changes and improvements in all aspects of service, refining your quality of service to be even better than it once was. Update your menu, clean up your outlet, do what you need to do- Your brand label most definitely deserves a comeback of the highest order.

Their submarines are really good specially considering the price and the current situation. Their subs also come with a few chips which is a bonus.They also have delivery on pickme and uber and all the orders I have done so far have been 100% successful

The food was awesome and so was the service by the employees. Butttt.... I wish the toilet had smelled better. I couldn't get that bad smell out of my head for a long time.

I ordered a submarine and a shavarma and waited almost 1 hour at the kohuwela branch. Finally I received the order but the submarine isn't fresh at all.. I got to know when I came home ( I guess the submarine is a return item by customer). I don't recommend Kohuwela branch, the worst branch I have ever visited really disappoined , the person in charge is an irresponsible and worst customer Service.

I ordered food for my family and they said it would be ready in 25 minutes but only half the order was ready and billed for. Had to wait another 45 minutes to get the rest of the order.

This was used to be a good restaurant where we can enjoy a good submarine. But this outlet in particular have the worst quality food out of the submarine chain. Their fillings are sparse and not tasty as well. Even the waiting time is relatively higher. Had a much better experience at their Battaramulla and Colombo 3.

Delicious meals. Good hospitality. Bt now everything changed. Nothing good like before. Never try the crispy shawarma. It isn’t taste at all. Spicy submarine wasn’t also tasty as usual. The quality and taste of food is very poor these days. Couldn’t able to enjoy dinemore as I enjoyed before. Maybe Dinemore Nugegoda branch is serving meals like none can eat. I don’t know. I didn’t visit other branches recently. And still dinemore did not bring a good idea for the straw to stay inside the soft drink glass. Always falling outside.

The submarine was absolutely my favorite. It is a small place but it definitely has good food

There was only two staff who handled almost everything. The staff are not in pleasant mode therefore this became most hatred dinemore branch. They take so much time to serve as well as sometimes half served. Used to love this place but now due to less staff everything’s going downhill. Food was ok as usual, less portions of chips were served than earlier. Parking assistance was given.

You have to park and then cross the street over to otherside. Takeaway customers and dining customers all in one queue. Only one counter available. Card payments accepted. Seating capacity limited. Enclosed space. Couple and family seats are cushioned and comfortable. Single seats are less comfortable. No charges for seating: first come first served basis. Avoid seating near washroom and wash area. Separate washrooms available for both gents and ladies but have to be accessed by a common entrance. Biggest plus point food is good. Best taste: tuna submarine (cold filling) and pizza with cheese and sausage topping.

The Chicken submarine was very good earlier (like 6 months to 1 year back). However when I had one recently (within 1-2 weeks) the submarine was not so good as it was earlier. The place is pretty crowded which implies how popular it is. And as the space is a bit small and as the tables are arranged much closer compared to other dineries you feel a bit packed, when there are lot of people. Overall good experience, would love to see the Submarine they served in the good old days.

Standard of food has dropped drastically! We ordered the beef submarine and beef shawarma. The beef was very hard and dry! There was no sauce or any condiments in the shawarma. French Fries were heavily salted and horrible. Submarine had the same dry and hard beef. Totally would not recommend!
