Nice and calm place to stay away from busy life. This place has become famous after using it to shoot a popular local tele-drama. Thus, it is crowded in public holidays and weekends. Unfortunately, most of the people who have come here to have a drink have destroyed the nature around by littering here and there.

An exquisite location near Bandaragama, kothalawala Junction. It's a secure and peaceful spot to relish the cascading water, although swimming isn't advisable. Optimal experience by visiting early in the morning.

Amazing relaxing place which will be very suited for the people who are tired and stressed with the daily office work. In the evening it creates nice scenes for the cameras. This is used as a photo location for most of the wedding photo shoots. It is very beautiful place that must be protected by us and also be very careful if you are willing to have a bath, it is not a suitable place for that.

Uyanwaththa lake is a nice place to go for a walk in the evening, chat with your loved ones and enjoy a calm and relaxing atmosphere. You cannot bring your car or any other vehicle inside, but you can get close with a bike or a three-wheeler. If you come in a car or any other vehicle, you can park it outside and then go near the lake.

Very beautiful place closer to Bandaragama, Raigama. If there is enough rain for a week or two you can enjoy the beauty of over flowing tank. Safe and less crowded to enjoy the overflowing water. Can not recommend swimming/ bathing in the lake as it is not safe. Going early in the morning is the best.
