Very Bad Service. Usually drags leasing approvals but finally approved my loan. The most important things is, this company changed the whole date one of the 12 cheques I gave and sent it to the bank for realisation before actual 1st installment but I made it rejected. I strongly advise any person dealing with the company not to give date cheques they misuse them and finally put the blame on us. Made many complaints to the head office complain section but no one gave a feedback this proves that they are at fault.

They dont know how to speak with customers. And even one of the branch manager is also rude and he though only applicable rules what he thought. And he said even no one can't do anything for him. And i got some complains from other customers also. And commercial leasing and finance removed the Facebook bad comments from their's page. They should hire or promote polite manager. Or train him/her to how to treat/speak with customer. Not recommended to any

Useless customer support. I came today to get assistance with regard to a dispute pertaining to Negombo branch. Receptionist didn't even direct me to a support officer. She said they are not available and she is not sure if they are going to be available in the next two weeks. More over head office is unaware of the interest rates. I feel like I have been played out regarding the interest rates. If head office responds like this.. where should I go next.

I was able to obtain the leasing on right the time i asked for without extra charges. The staff at clc was very helpful and friendly. A good reputed place for leasing activities.

Very unprofessional service. Money deposited only after around a month from vehicle Discharge order. Managers are providing very unprofessional excuses for the delays.

I went to the main branch to settle a leasing and get the documents of the vehicle. Prior visiting there I had communicated with them over phone and the only required things I had to provide was installment payment for 5 months and my NIC. After visiting there (from Kandy to Colombo) the customer care unit lady told me that I had to provide the recipt of the last payment made additionally...!!! The only option I had was paying for an additional installment and to claim the extra later visiting a branch again as I needed the Documents within the day. The customer care lady wasn't caring of the customer but repeatedly saying this couldn't be done without the receipt... They should either hire more customer friendly employees for the unit or change the name of the unit to something else. Until then no more financial deals with them...

CLC is a great place to save your money without being charged ! I'm a heavy user of CLC online App and the ATM and I have not been charged for anything not even for the debit card, SMS messages I get or for any withdrawals ! Their customer service is also excellent !

Badulla branch is one of the worse inefficient places to get a lease done and from the manager to the rest are so irresponsible. Only thing this branch need is a business and when it's confirmed they don't care about the customer. Shame to the whole company.

Worst customer care EVER! I've personally visited and submitted all necessary documents on time and been trying to collect my leasing cheque for 4 days now. Most banks issue leasing payment cheques in about 15 minute to 2 hours after supplier hand over original copies of necessary documents. Commercial Leasing have not issued me the cheque and a person in charge named Mr. "Lanka" made up excuse stories. Their customer care hotline pickup the phone once in a blue moon. Then transfer the call to some other one. Rings the phone for while and then hang up itself. Repeat. I've called their hotline more than 40 times as of now. I couldn't get my job done and they postpone this for next day. Taking 5 days (only if they successfully issue me my payment cheque tomorrow) for 20 minute - 2 hr job at most other financial companies/banks. Conclusion from my whole experience. AVOID this finance company at all cost!

Dear All friends. If you are thinking about leasing/depositing money at Commercial Leasing PLC refer below images and think twice.This CLC get signatures from customers and fraudulently include terms as they want. Normally we do not read the full terms & conditions when signing the docs. Be careful guys. When I asked them for a settlement invoice to sell my vehicle they purposely delay it and verbally saying that i have signed as a guarantor for another loan and until that loan is settled cannot release the vehicle.That means I have to pay the interest only for next 04 years? Refer below correspondences.
