    District General Hospital - Chilaw is the main hospital for the surrounding public in thousands, it's becoming better everyday in patients care, recent renovation going on which will make it a big hospital with great facilities.

    We did two surgeries at the ENT ward 07, For me and for my mother and both were done by Doctor Rizy Sakkaf specialist surgeon who got presidential award and very well known in Sri Lanka and abroad for his talent and skills. Chilaw hospital not like any other general hospital 🏥 the two day stay was very good, they provided good meals at this crisis for their patients I took some of their meals photos as well. Special Recognition for the ENT ward and the nursing staff very friendly, so caring and warm welcome, very understanding as well ❤️‍🩹 not aggressive at all like family. And also the toilets in the ENT ward 07 are very clean and well maintained not smelly at all they always mop the floor and clean the beds.

    Chilaw General hospital is the main hospital of Puttalam district. The hospital is located about 500m from Chilaw main bus station and in front of the hospital is Chilaw Ananda National School. Doctors and other staff here are doing their best. A space is also reserved for parking outside the hospital.
