Singers' Zone in Kundasale (15km from Kandy town) offers a unique and enjoyable experience for karaoke lovers. The most distinctive feature is the opportunity to sing karaoke with friends and family, as they provide a JBL Bluetooth Speaker and a microphone. It's a fantastic place to satisfy your cravings for both good food and great songs. The establishment offers private air-conditioned rooms (3 private rooms as I could recall) that can accommodate around six to seven people at once. Each private room is equipped with a TV. Singers' Zone provides a memorable experience, and the food is reasonably good, offered at a reasonable price. Note that there is a corkage fee based on an hourly basis. Smoking is not allowed inside the private rooms, but there is a designated area for smokers. Additionally, if you prefer not to get a private room, there is an open dining area available. Singers' Zone is the perfect destination for those seeking a fun and entertaining karaoke experience.

Something to satisfy both foodie and music lovers far away from the Capital... Singer's Zone at Thannekumbura, Kandy. Went there for dinner during our pit stop at Kandy before reaching Knuckles. The place has about 5 well sound proofed rooms equiped with a JBL Party Box, mic, TV, Bongo and a chull; everything you need for a night filled with songs and music. Most importantly the rooms are sound proof so others outside the room cannot hear us so no need to be perfect singers to be singing at the place. Coming to food the chef is specialised in Japanese cuisine so the menu is filled with all Japanese food except sushi. Everything is reasonably priced and quite cheap given that it's 'japanese'. But the taste and quality of food is not compromised at all. Amazing prawn tempura was the best I've ever had. Cocktails are average but manageable. Had to leave early since we had a bigger journey planned for the next day. Got to go again for a full night...

We reserved a karaoke room and went there to celebrate a birthday. They warmly welcomed us. Of course there were some problems with the wifi connection inside the karaoke room. Peo tv wasn't working. I think it's better if they have karaoke on tv and may be Netflix for some entertainment. But keeping that aside, I think the food was fabulous. Every dish , the chef nailed it. From fried rice to chicken katzei, they were very well presented, fabulous taste and great portion size. This really is a hidden gem for food lovers. The manager and the chef are doing a great job. It took sometime to food to arrive but it was worth the wait. Keep up the great work.
