Nice shop, though the products could use better labeling to specify the type of fabric things are made from. When I asked what the “satin” items were made from, the very kind and responsive saleswoman said “it’s real satin.” So I asked if that meant real silk (it didn’t feel like silk and was less expensive than silk would typically be) but she said no, just “satin.” Since satin is a weave but not a fabric material in its own right, I asked her if that meant it was polyester. She said emphatically that it was not polyester. So I have no idea what that means… Perhaps it’s nylon-based satin? I have no way of knowing. In any case, nice products and shop but should more accurately and fully label the fabric so customers can know what they’re buying.

I've been a Mackly customer for many years now. With 3 young children and many runs through the washing machine, their pjs really do last and keep their shape. Their fabrics are soft and so comfortable and their customer service is excellent. They are also a brand that receives feedback well and they act on it too. I will continue to shop at Mackly and look forward to seeing their new designs and prints.

A good selection of sleepwear for all ages, Mackly have soft cottons that are sure to give you a good night's sleep. More suited for the tropics though as the cottons are quote light and may not be suitable for winter seasons however well priced and manufactured to a high quality standard. Picked up boy's, girl's and ladies nightwear. A special shout out to Ruvini for great customer service and being an excellent salesperson.

What a wonderful online shopping experience I had with Mackly! Ordered on a late Tuesday afternoon and the order was delivered correctly to my home on Thursday morning. The delivery driver was so courteous too when I explained some issues with payments. When I received the package, it was so beautifully packed and everything inside was so neatly folded and exactly what I ordered. All the items are really soft, high quality cotton and have lovely designs. Will continue being a customer for sure!

I placed an order on the 25th of November. Followed up on the order on the 23rd of December as I hadn't received my order and then they informed me that there must have been a system error and the order wasn't processed. I then requested for a refund to be processed which he then said he will do and that it will take 3 days to process the refund. I again requested for and update on the 30th December to which the response was let me check on this. This was almost a week ago. I guess he is still probably checking on it coz I haven’t received my refund or and update.

I absolutely love Mackly! First tried it when I was pregnant and I was not able to find any comfortable maternity sleepwear and ordered one online from Mackly, which obviously became two three four .. I couldn’t stop. Starting with their fabric to the comfort of fitting their simply amazing. And not just sleepwear they have the cutest unicorn underwear’s for those unicorn loving kids. My daughter refuses to wear anything else. Definitely recommend Mackly for the best and the most comfortable kids and adult sleepwear and a lot more!

I have ordered from Mackly’s several times. They have a unique night wear collection and the dresses are always more comfortable to wear. I’m definitely ordering next time as well. Special thanks to Mackly’s delivery team and customer support team who are doing an excellent job.

OGF points redemption isn’t working. Mackly system doesn’t connect to OGF system (for redemption of points) according to Mackly staff. OGF staff checked this and said it has to be resolved by Mackly IT.

Always purchase pjs from Macklys - one because the fabric is very good and two , love the prints. My daughter loves all her pjs and I would recommend Macklys to all.

The Mackly team were excellent! The order was sent to me within a few days! And when I realised the size didn’t fit, the exchange, in particular Rashan, made it happen within 24 hours! Good product but terrible service, I’m my whole life I have never ever seen any type of clothing brand treat me with terrible as mackly’s, they not only PROMISED for the product to come 7 days before the actual arrival, they also packaged very badly, I am so disappointed and sad and angry, I will not be ordering from her again.
