We
were
badly
treated
by
the
staff
that
was
arrogant
and
intolerant
in
general
but
particularly
the
lady
at
the
desk
at
late
night.
The
hotel
does
not
provide
water
(or
anything
else)
at
the
fridge
in
the
room.
We
asked
for
water
at
the
desk
and
understood
we
would
need
to
pay
for
the
water,
but
couldn’t
understand
if
it
could
be
billed
to
the
room
or
if
we
needed
to
pay
instantly.
We
get
by
in
Spanish,
as
we
are
Brazilian
and
have
even
taken
classes,
but
are
not
fluent.
We
are
fluent
in
English,
but
the
staff
only
speak
Spanish.
The
attendant
became
very
impatient
rolled
her
eyes
and
rose
her
voice
etc.
When
we
arrived
the
service
was
also
not
friendly.
Furthermore,
you
are
required
to
choose
a
time
for
breakfast
and
to
leave
your
key
when
you
go
out.
Hospitality
is
poor,
clearly
no
interest
in
serving
guests.
Rooms
and
the
rest,
ok.
