Excellent for relaxing and forgetting about city life. Well located, just half a block from the main street and a few blocks from the main attractions. The rooms are spacious, with TV, mini-fridge and AC. The shower is a bit on the small side, but the pool and sitting area compensate it all. Wi-fi signal is excellent all around and there are visibly located fire extinguishers and alarms everywhere. Breakfast is all-you-can-eat style, with a variety of fruits and local products such as cheese and jams. The staff is attentive and helpful, maybe just a bit nosey.

We were badly treated by the staff that was arrogant and intolerant in general but particularly the lady at the desk at late night. The hotel does not provide water (or anything else) at the fridge in the room. We asked for water at the desk and understood we would need to pay for the water, but couldn’t understand if it could be billed to the room or if we needed to pay instantly. We get by in Spanish, as we are Brazilian and have even taken classes, but are not fluent. We are fluent in English, but the staff only speak Spanish. The attendant became very impatient rolled her eyes and rose her voice etc. When we arrived the service was also not friendly. Furthermore, you are required to choose a time for breakfast and to leave your key when you go out. Hospitality is poor, clearly no interest in serving guests. Rooms and the rest, ok.

Nice little hotel. Beware that you have stairs to go to any of the two possible floors, so this might be an issue. Otherwise the suite I stayed in was nice, the bed was great, it had a jacuzzi and people were nice. Breakfast could really benefit with fresh orange juice instead of the artificial stuff they have!

A nice surprise. The place looks exactly as the pictures we found online. The staff was amazing and always helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The room was comfortable and good for a couple of days away. The location is pretty good with just a 10min walk to the lighthouse. Totally recommended

Very cozy hotel. Nice and clean pool area, staff is awesome even though they almost only speak Spanish. Only thing which could be on the minus side is the breakfast which is mostly sweets, such as croissants etc.

A colonial building hotel, is quite cute and very clean. Three days are necessary for enjoy al amenities and go arround the city. It has a good location, is roughly over the historical centre, also is at ten blocks from the haurbour and bus station. Up. Courtyard view, breackfast. Down. Price.

Very nice hotel in Colonia del Sacramento. Nice renovation of an older building, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great breakfast. Located two blocks from the historic center, close to restaurants and other activities.

Pretty hotel, nice rooms, nice people. There is breakfast in the morning consisting of pastries, bread, fruit, sliced cheese, jamon, weak coffee, and a selection of teas. For me it was not a satiating breakfast. I was comfortable in my bed and happy with my stay. The hotel is on the border of Old Town.
