Absolutely perfect! No waiting (even though packed), no wait for drink order and we ordered food at the same time with a jalapeño app. Within a couple minutes our drinks and app were served. They maintained an eye on our progress and brought our entrées out right when we finished our app. We ordered the Seafood Chimichanga which was OUTSTANDING!! Perfect size portion for someone whose been rucking all week!

My waitress was so sweet, she got me queso for my chips. The portions are huge. My shrimp fajita were so delicious. If you leave this restaurant hungry, you weren't trying.

My waiter was nice. I hade the nachos Chipotle. It was not as hot as I thought it would be, but jalapeños remedied the kick I was looking for. Other than that the portion size was great, and the food was hot when I received it. The only thing to improve on is more chips (I still had chicken and lettuce left over), and more napkins when the food comes.

I looked at the menu they had online and ordered my food. Then when I went there to pick it up, the price was almost $10 more than what it had said online. Nevertheless, I was hungry so I paid the difference anyways. When I got my food and got home I can say they gave me a nice size quantity of everything. Only thing was the food didn't really have taste to me or my brother. So had to add our own little spices to the food to eat it. Other than that that's all I can say about this place. Now will I be going back here, NO... Will I be ordering to-go food from here, NO.

Great spot for a quick lunch or dinner with family on weekend. The staff was warm and welcoming, the manager came by and personally checked on us, and he did so with other tables, too. Drinks were topped off regularly; food was hot, fresh, and delicious, portions were generous! Take home boxes for most of us. So enjoyed their green sauce- jalapeños, cilantro, and awesome sauce! The red sauce was not super spicy, and they have a white ranch-like sauce for the palates that prefer a sweeter flavor. Made sure to schedule in two trips to this wonderful spot on this quick visit to Virginia. A treat for your tastebuds and your soul. Your wallet won't be hurt either.

Great atmosphere. Excellent service (our waiter perfectly timed his arrival and knew what we needed before we even asked). And the food was so good I can't even describe it well enough to do it justice.

This restaurant has really gone down hill. Let's talk about the food first. I ordered Pollo Sammy. The chicken was severely over cooked. It was almost black along the outside of the meat all the way around about an inch wide, in some places more. It was dry, tough, and hard to chew. The veggies were over cooked and nothing but mush. So rather than cook it correctly they covered it in a huge amount of cheese that it didn't even complement the rest of the food. The rice was fine. The refried beans were also over cooked. They arrived with a very dark crust over them. My margaritas was good, however, it was served in a hot glass, on the rocks as requested, so the ice melted very fast and my drink was warm before I was able to finish half of it. Our waitress checked on us often but acted like she didn't understand me, or didn't hear me, when I tried to tell her I was unhappy with how my meal arrived. Additionally, I wanted to use the ladies room before my meal. The entire bathroom was filthy. There were 2 stalls and NEITHER toilet would flush! I found the toilet in the handicap stall already used with pee on the seat. The second stall was full of someone grumpy mess. Clearly, I could not use the toilets. I advised the manager of the situation and went to sit down. I told him I needed to use the restroom and even asked to use the men's room. I was told no. So I went to sit down. 20 minutes later I decided to check to see if they did anything about the mess. The room was still not clean however, both toilets had been flushed. The regular stall had no toilet paper in there at all. The second one, handicap stall, did so I used that one. It didn't flush at all. I took the lid off the tank and fiddled around with the guts but couldn't get it to flush. This is just unacceptable! I washed my hands and left the room. When we were getting in our car a vehicle with a large family that was traveling asked if this was a good restaurant. We told them about our experience and suggested a much better Mexican restaurant to visit. They took our word and left. That said, I will never eat here again. Clearly, the management doesn't care about the restaurant, the needs of its customers, or the quality of food they serve. If you choose to eat here I hope you will have a much better experience than I did. I used to eat here alot. When the manager, Alexander, left the place just took a nose dive.

Tried the scallop and shrimp which were cooked perfect for me. Prices are average and staff is friendly. It’s best to go when they are busy but parking spaces are limited. They offer take out and kids eat free on Tuesday’s I believe. We went for a fundraiser and the food still came out quick and fresh. Bowls are so small for the price they have. Margaritas are weak and their card machine sometimes just stops working which makes you have to wait even longer and it’s not ideal at all for business. Have a backup like cash app or venmo but it’s not aceptable to have customers waiting. Waitress forgot water and to even come back and attend to us.

Best restaurant I’ve been to while at slc. It’s so good I’ve eaten there just about everyday lol. Trust me, this is the place you want to eat if you’re in town.

$25 for two burritos $5 for some rice and on top it customer service was not good. Had to nerve to give me a stank eye..I should have left right then and spent my hard earned money somewhere else. Thousands of restaurants around!

Great place to meet and socialize. Food was served quickly. Have outdoor seating for those nice days. Harley Davidson store around the corner and Vet Center next door for your babies. Right off I95N. If you're near there, we'll worth a visit.

I ordered a taco salad from this location and was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I usually order from the location near my job on Centralia but was so excited when I learned there was one near me. Totally different! They charged me $3 for extra shrimp and literally gave me about 6. They gave me shredded chicken that needed seasoning, and one huge tomato. Everything was ALL wrong. The Centralia location was cheaper by $4 and the food is outstanding. I literally had shrimp in every bite. I would not recommend this location based on my experience considering I have options to go to the other location.

Their mixed frozen drinks always have chunks of ice that make it hard to drink. It is very hard to get good service at this location, but there are a few select servers who do well. Their food is not as good as other locations either. It Is a nice size location though.

Great place for Mexican food. Very relaxed. Makes you feel at home. Excellent food and service. Somewhat lacking on the decor curb appeal but it's worth a try for sure. Landscape is excellent.

I’ve eaten here a few times now and have not been disappointed. This is authentic Mexican food and is a great dine in location for both big and small groups. The staff are timely and greet you with a smile too! Highly recommend grabbing lunch or dinner here.

My meal, drink and service was so GOOD that I went back the following week and brought my best friend along. They didn't disappoint........the food was DELICIOUS! Our Daiquiris were perfect and the atmosphere was really inviting. I saw my Server from last week (Elmor) and thanked him for his patience and assistance with explaining the dishes I had questions about. I'll definitely be returning!

Very good food! I always get "no lettuce" on whatever I order and they get it right! Nachos Texanos, AMAZING! very good portion size, fair priced these days. Manager and staff very nice. I'll be back Lord willing, great experience! 😍

El Cap is our "go to" for Mexican cuisine. Food is made to order and always hot. This time I ordered a burrito asado which was delicious! And I had extra left over to take home. Their nachos are decent and they are served with white sauce and salsa shortly after being seated. There's a lack of consistency with some of their food as I've noticed a difference in the spiciness and the thickness of their sauces. It's never a big enough problem for me to say anything but something I've noticed across locations. Still, a great place to take the family.

Delicious food!! Have been to other restaurants and left disappointed bc the food lacked in flavor, this one is not that. We got seated immediately, The waitress was friendly, the food came quick and it was delicious!

The food was hot and came out quickly. The server wasn't very attentive though. Had to keep looking for him to the point that the manager finally came over just so we could get drink refills.

The food was very good! Service was just ok. My wife and I had two rum and cokes each and they came out from the kitchen/bar so fast it tasted like regular coke. And for $9.50 a piece I wasn't happy. I feel more sober now then I left the house and I didn't even pre game. 😂 The place had either the blinds closed or blackout windows which makes the place look closed. I would give them another shot sometime soon. Maybe just order a margarita or a shot of tequila

I went in just to order chips and salsa with queso but they included some gravy stuff not my favorite. Just wanted a small amount but got medium and paid almost 16 on it to me that’s crazy. Tastes good though.

Food was good. Good value and service. Michelada was not good, tasted like tomato soup. Aside from that, good experience.

Amazing food and fast service. The restroom floors are usually slippery but otherwise I enjoy the meal.

Got my order wrong 4 times, no apology. Needed refill on salsa, no lime upon request and they denied letting us use our coupon, which we have used in the past. Not much flavor to food either. The Chester location is MUCH BETTER and they take their coupon. Will NOT go back!

The service was horrible. We were charge higher than prices listed on menu. It wasn't very busy. Employees sitting around . Had to actually had to get up and refill our own drinks.
