Visiting from out of town, and stopped in for dinner. I sat at the bar. It was probably greeted by GG my bartender. She was exceptional, attentive, friendly, and accurate. She brought me my drink, took my order, and everything came out promptly and just the way I wanted it. Location is conveniently located near the hotel. I’m staying at, I will be back. We had a good experience in our recent visit to this Outback Steakhouse. Our waitress Manuela was friendly and excellent with service and the manager was very friendly too. It was the first time that we ever received three breads at once in an Outback, which was very nice as we are a family of five. Generally we just receive one and have to continue to reorder. The food was perfect from the appetizer cheese fries (a must have at any Outback) to the filet mignon. I’m glad we decided to stop here and would recommend this location.

I enjoyed my lunch date with my sister and niece. We enjoyed or meal and I believe a woman named GiGi served us. She's amazing! She was helpful when we're were deciding what to order and she was really awesome in personality and how she treated us. Our area was clean. The employees were nice. Our meal was cooked well and delivered in good time. I would recommend and I will be returning.

This place is pretty solid. Usually a decent waitstaff that’s pretty courteous. I love the bread they serve generously to you in the beginning. Clam chowder is pretty good. This time I got the steak and coconut shrimp but did not like the shrimp. Bread was weird taste and fattening no good flavor. I took it off and tried to eat the shrimp plainly. Their sweet potatoes are delicious. The outback burger is so yummy!! I stick to what I know is good and branch out cautiously. I will say they tend to cook steak on the longer side. I asked for medium rare and it was more like medium to me. It was still good but in person was more gray in the center.

My food was good and so was the drink. I had a prime rib sandwich with a jus. The drink was something with peach in it. My friend's steak was too fatty hence, the 4 stars and there are no pics of that.

Great friendly service , checked on me perfectly....not too much but not leas that. Should. Everything seemed clean , might be slightly short staffed . Great tasting food w decent prices

Food was good and server was very friendly. Manager was assisting with getting food out and walked about to check on customers. The limited time steak and shrimp pasta is a little spicy. I ate most of it, but really don’t care for my mouth being on fire. I may have missed that it was “hot” on the menu. It was good other than that. Will go back for the lavender lemonade on the $7 drink menu.

We didn't have to wait. The place was clean and the waitress, Madeline, was amazing. She made sure we were happy, she went above and beyond to make us feel special. The food was delicious and brought promptly. The prices are very reasonable. My husband and I, we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and this was a great way to do so. I very highly recommend this place.

Our server Imanuella (spelling?) Was the best. She was so sweet, patient and attentive. At the end she told us it was a pleasure serving us because we were so nice to her. We told her she was the one that was awesome! Our food was perfect and yummy. I will definitely go back and ask for her! Also a manager walked by asking if we needed anything and was very engaging with us even my children liked her.

I had exceptional service by Gigi! She was amazing, nice, and very attentive. She was about to handle every need I threw at her. She did every request with a smile! She deserves a raise! I will be back again soon as long as she is there.

We had a good experience. Our waitress Manuela was excellent did a fantastic job she was very attentive. We never ask for anything she was right on time with everything. The food was perfect. My family and I enjoyed the dinner. I will definitely comeback and of course I would ask for Manuela to be our waitress again.

We were greeted by friendly staff. Our server, Dominique was very friendly and attentive. He got my special order correct and gave us 100% service. The manager, Vernon also came to our table so we could tell him how great Dominique was and he was friendly too! The food was delicious.

My server was HANNAH MONTANA! She was super nice and her service was Through the damn roof. Definitely will come back to eat because of her great Service!

Our server was Mary B. She was fantastic! The restaurant was very busy and she really hustled to make sure we were satisfied with everything. The atmosphere was great. We sat near the bar and watched the sports channel. R.I.P Bobby Knight.

Justin was our server. He was very attentive to our needs, and overall an excellent provider of service. Our food was perfectly prepared and delivered in a timely manner. All in all, a most enjoyable meal.

Went here for lunch today. Food and drinks were good but our waitress, Tasha, really made the meal enjoyable. She seemed like such a genuinely kind, funny person. Great experience with her!

Manuela S at the Colonial Heights, VA location was absolutely fantastic! We had a large last minute party of 15 and she served us with grace and kindness that I can’t stop thinking about! She was quick and attentive and the care she gave to the children’s table will be so hard to match. The entire night went without any hiccups because of her being so accurate. I can tell she is always a joy to be around and if I’m ever in the area I’ll try my best to stop by! Her runners for the evening on 2/1 were awesome as well and I’m so sorry I did not get to catch their names.

A perfectly cooked streak to end a hard day of exploring. Our waiter Dustin was darn good too.

I've eaten Outback Steakhouse probably 50 times since I started eating there maybe 30 years ago. I've had a blue cheese chopped salad just about every time. At least in the last 20 years. That's what I ordered but I have no idea what it is that they tried to serve me. It appeared to be a house salad with a few Asian noodles and little bit of blue cheese on top with some kind of white dressing on the side. I tasted the white dressing and it was mayonnaise. I sent it back. The waitress was very sweet and apologetic and took it off the bill no problem. She said she notified the manager. I would have liked to have talked to the manager to ask what in the world that was and why they would have expected me to eat mayonnaise on my salad. But the manager was not interested in my concern. My son ordered the same as one of his sides and received the same. So it was not an accident. They were serving something bizarre and calling it a blue cheese chopped salad. Consistency is the reason I go to a chain restaurant in the first place. I don't know what's going on in the kitchen or management at this store.

Server was great. Toowamba salmon with rice and asparagus was delicious. Salmon was cooked and seasoned perfectly. My partner got the filet mignon with lobster tail and he was pleased. Strawberry mojito was great, also.

Following graduation, we dined at the Outback because Texas Roadhouse had an hour wait. We were seated right away at Outback. Our server brought us bread, waters and got our orders right away. For a large party, all orders were correct. We enjoyed our food and our service. I definitely recommend Outback and if you get a salad, try the blue cheese vinaigrette. It's amazing!!!

We dined in tonight and we didn’t wait and sewers seated right away. Our waitress Nicole tonight was wonderful! She was very attentive and very quick at ensuring we had everything we needed for our meal. The manager Mark was very nice and checked with us to ensure our meal and dining experience was perfect! Thank you everyone! We enjoyed our meals! Yummy, delicious!!

Our waitress and host was amazing so my stars do not reflect her. This review is for the other staff/management. It took about 15 for our table to be ready, that's not bad at all for a weekend dinner. Our waitress was quick to get our order and drinks. The 3 stars are for the lack of silverware. We got through our bread, salads and blooming onion before getting a fork. Our waitress was hard at work and aware of this, there just wasn't any available for her to get us. Once we had our food and silverware the meal went smoothly.
