Always seems rushed and bad quality. Also every single nail drilled kept burning and she laughed instead of saying sorry. She also cut my skin from accidentally drilling my skin. The gel polish looks a mess, I took it off as soon as I got home.

WORST nail salon ever!!!! The guy was rushing even though it wasn’t busy at all. My nails look horrible. I told him 2-3 times that I wasn’t happy about the complete look. They look like a 10 year old painted them. I would not recommend them at all !!!

This is NEVER my first option of nail shops but they always have a decent availability. I only prefer going here because they are the only shop that do the overlay on a pedicure correctly. Other than that service, I would not recommend. The guy seems to always be the one to do my nails and he has rushed on my nails every single time he’s done them. He always cuts my cuticles because the drill is up too high. I don’t understand why he rushes through when the shop is never packed but it’s frustrating when you can visibly see discrepancies in your nails that could’ve been avoided had he slowed down a bit. I love a quick nail trip don’t get me wrong but this guy speed races on nails and it shows in the end.

This is the second time coming in to get a pedicure, and I get stuck with the older lady. She rushes through the service and cuts me several times when cutting down the cuticles. I mainly come here to get a nice foot massage as I am a hairdresser and stand on my feet for 12 hours a day. She rushed through the massage and didn’t even massage my feet. I always get the paraspa and she does my polish before putting the paraffin wax on my feet. I literally have left both times with my feet hurting more than I came in with originally. Never again!

Listening skills are needed at this establishment! Tech didn't care about my desired nail shape and did their own thing. I asked for a specific design and got two clashing colors (two different golds, lines not straight). On the pedicure, older lady cut my skin several times with cuticle cutter. ALL of the tools she used looked unsanitary; I remember this salon opening a fresh pack of sanitized tools every time. What changed?! That was the main reason I liked the place...it had felt safe...now it doesn't. The ONLY lady who seemed not to rush their craft worked on one clients nails the entire time I was there (I had two services). Should have gotten her name as she seemed to know more about nails than the owners. Lady even helped another tech with a technique they were not familiar with. It's time to find an independent nail technician.

TRASH, TRASH, TRASH!! Service was terrible. Extremely rude and very pushy. While trying to get my kid who was a paying customer set up before I sat down to get my nails done. They refused to listen to me, I left with my nails completely messed up a burnt nail and a confused child who just wanted her nails done. Do not recommend going there unless you want them to be disrespectful and impatient which will led to messed up or burnt nails.

It was a great experience. They were reasonably prices as well. I had a gentleman do my full set and he was very attentive, friendly, quick, and very good at what he does. There was another guest getting a pedicure with who i believe to be her grand children.. and they took over the salon, were running around, loud and falling... But that had nothing to do with the actual place of business. Picture below is nails a week later.

I like my nails short, but still want them to look pretty. My own nails are very thin and break easily, so I have acrylic applied, and then gel polish. They look 100% natural, and the gel polish, cured in the he light box, is tough! Doing dishes, pulling weeds, etc and not one chip in 2 weeks. It does make a difference which technician you use - Holly, at station #6 is my favorite.
