    Food was awesome. Very tasty burger. Didn't have the classic Sonic's atmosphere as dining room was quiet. I wanted to eat in my car in a stall to have the full experience but nobody had answered 5 minutes after pressing the red button.

    At first everything was okay. Food came out in timely manner but was missing my shake and the server dropped my straw for my ocean water and said she would get me another one… 7 minutes later no shake and no straw. After another 5 minutes I went inside to get my straw and shake. I showed the cashier my receipt and that I didn’t get my shake and need my straw while being polite and courteous. Cashier could care less and just told me to wait to the side… 20 minutes later I finally get my shake (it’s melted at this point) and still no straw. Terrible customer service and you wouldn’t mind they weren’t even that busy. Yeah I don’t think My wife and I will be going back here again. We used to love their food and desserts but between the horrible service and the food being very blah the last few times, I can find a lot other places a lot closer to where we live to spend 40+ dollars at and receive much better food and far superior service. Sorry sonic but this was my last straw.

    The young woman at the counter was awesome. The customer in front of us, an older man, was unsure of what to order (it was his first time there). She made recommendations for him and was very kind to him. She was also very kind and patient with us. Lots of questions and unsure of what we wanted. In a time when everywhere is short staffed and the staff that show up seem to not care, it was refreshing to see someone being so awesome. I feel bad that I did not remember her name so I could give her props.

    You have to get a corn dog! You will value trying all the Limeade combinations. The beverages are where it's at here. You might have to wait for service during peak times but it will be worth every extra minutes. Many in app specials that are not available on the menu and discounts only found in the app so it's smart to download and use. A real time saver. Drive-thru is fast but check your bag before you roll away. Errors occur but they WILL make it right before you depart. The staff is pleasant and strives to please. Every encounter with the staff here is pleasant and respectful.

    Long story short; my friend and I were on our way to the MVP arena in Albany for an event, and we wanted to stop to get food before attending the event and pay exorbitant amounts of money on arena food and decided to go to Sonic nearby. Dining room was completely empty, and we had to wait almost 10 minutes at an empty counter to get served, and once we ordered and sat down, (I ordered a burger and fries) the fries were cold, burger was soggy and tasted like it was microwaved. Granted it was cheap; for a burger fries and a shake it was $12, but $12 too much. I get businesses are short staffed; no one wants to work, but managing your employees better and more efficiently would be key to succeeding as a business. Personally I wouldn’t go again, better options in the area with fresher food choices. 0/5.

    We got a snickers blast and it was just like vanilla ice cream w/ very little snickers in it or on top of it. Like the picture showed on there menu or online. So we told the lady that brought my wife’s out separately. So she went back in with my receipt and her manager said we are not making it again. Gave me a small cup with a 1/4 full of snickers pieces. So I called corporate about it and I have not heard from them in regards to our blasts.

    When I entered it was full of customers waiting and no one at the counter to take their orders. It took nearly 10 minutes for someone to arrive and start taking orders and once they did it was nearly 20min before the food came out. The food by the way wasn't at all good. They were very apologetic but they forgot part of every meal they brought out. A few people never got their food at all because after 30 min of waiting for even a single person to emerge from the back they just gave up and left. If your only going to man the drive through then close the lobby. Or at least have a bell.

    Food Was Great! Burgers Were Delicious, Fries Were Crispy, and the Ice Cream was Great! Tables were mostly clean too! Although the bathrooms may be a little strange depending on the day. Hope You All Enjoy!

    The gentleman that made my caramel/ chocolate AMAZING SHAKE!!! It was soo good, The ladies with beautiful smiles and Great Customer Service. My husband and I really enjoyed it.

    It was 730 on a Thursday when I went. I sat in the drive threw and waited for almost a whole minute before I said hello and then was told very rudely to hold on. I than ordered a milkshake and when I was giving my order it was the wrong milkshake. I informed them and they asked me if I wanted them to make another one, well yea considering I ordered what I came for. After a roll of the eyes and a sarcastic remark, i just pulled away with no milkshake and a few dollars short. As a customer I didn't make a mistake. And to give me an additude like that you can guarantee I'll never go back. It's a shame to, I love sonic fries.

    Great choice of menu items. They employees here were very friendly. The same can't be said for some of the customers, but that's this area for you. Unfortunately, staffing shortages resulted in long wait times. Not the employees fault. Will visit again!

    Ordered a meal and the drink was flat. The Dr Pepper either is running very low or the calibration (syrup to water ratio) is off. And being it was a drive through order, no need to go back and ask for another one and get same results. Definitely need a service tech to calibrate your drink machines or have an employee check the bibbs.

    Burger was dripping grease and what appeared to be dissolved mayonnaise. Wrapper was soaked, bag got soaked. Was not given tater tots that where supposed to be included with meal number 2. One would think to check the order prior to giving to a customer in the drive thru. Poor service. The wrapper of the buyer shows how "wet" the burger was half the wrapper wet and greasy and other side was dry. This is piss-poor service and just an example of just get it out the door and not caring or at bare minimum taking a few seconds to make sure orde is to some sort of standard

    So glad Sonic came to our area. Great food with great deals. Anything under the sun is on the menu... from their classic burgers n' dogs to their many slushie and shake varieties. Many other options as well. This location is always clean with friendly staff to take car of your order. If out and about and see a Sonic, stop in for a great treat.

    No matter when I come here, they are always too busy for the staff they have. “Sorry we are short staffed” is the motto and while I understand and sympathize, it’s still frustrating week after week getting the same level of service. Drinks are always amazing, food is subpar at best.
