I was cordially greeted when I entered the store and treated with the utmost respect upon checkout. Even while shopping, I had a question about a price and an associate showed up with a price checker. Nice job, Kohls!

I like candles and decoratives there. Also, I shop dresses. Sometimes you can find very big discounts. Overall, very diverse stock with reasonable price.

I went got a slow cooker lady working the floor putting things back stop and help me when I needed help toke her busy time to help she gave me information about the cooker and some good cooking ideas she was very nice enjoyed are conversation and I didn't feel rushed I wish I grab her name . I had to do exchange today cooker was damage lady at customer service very rude when I ask questions but 99 percent of time kohls have great hardworking staff and store is clean and they move there lines as fast as they can always with a smile 😁

I'm really not sure why I even bother going into the store. This store was dirty, things were all over the place and it looked like a hurricane went through the building. I actually wish I took pictures cuz I wish I was kidding! This store was a madhouse due to that mysterious 40% off coupon that made its way into our accounts. However, items were grossly overpriced and that 40% barely helped bring down our total. And honestly the employees are just as fed up as the customers are. I was speaking with the supervisor and she told me they just hired a bunch of people and they all up and quit at the same time. In a way I feel bad for them and that would totally explain why the store looks like a hurricane went through it but clearly there must be something going on behind the scenes the way staff are treated.

I was in this Kohl’s two day in a row. The cashier in training was wonderful the trainer was very attentive and guiding her. Also, was extremely kind to another cashier who was getting yelled at by a disgruntled customer who couldn’t read sales sign, unfortunately, some people shoot off their mouths at the wrong people. The trainer handled the situation and also with compassion, to the cashier who should never be yelled at!

Great experience the last two days with large orders. Cheryl was super patient and nice when I was checking out. I wish she was there everytime I was in the store.

Store is very junkie. Loaded with everything no organization. Maybe they are going out of business!? Other people were saying the same. Prices weren't so cheap unless you had time to go through all the clearance. If they have what you want. Not a nice store anymore. Great customer service. Man at the register was awesome as always.

The Sephora in Kohls is excellent. Emily and her team are all very knowledgeable and listen to your needs. When you go into the store she and her team make you feel more like family. Thank you so much
