1st time there. Very Pleased and Excellent Experience. Was Recommended by few of our peeps. Was more then they expressed. The Staff, Good and Atmosphere Is Tops. Prices seem awe high. But the portion and quality are WELL worth it. Highly Recommend.

This place is amazing. All the old pictures and nostalgia make the atmosphere perfect. The service is top-notch. They were very attentive to all our needs. The food is served family style. Lots of leftovers. All in all, it's a great place. We make a point to stop there every time on our way home to Massachusetts. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service, food and atmosphere. Ryan our wait staff was training Vito. The recommendation for entrees was great, family style eating. We had stuffed chicken breast with prosciutto, lasagna and garlic bread with cheese. Everything was perfect. Good food with friends a recipe for wonderful meal. The pictures are part of the atmosphere. Really interesting 🤔

Recently had a family birthday celebration here,service was outstanding, atmosphere was great, food I'd be honest a say it wasn't as expected, meatballs were very very bland no flavor at all,baked ziti was ok,and my favorite eggplant was overcooked and edges were too crispy but still edible, sadly it was the waitress that made the experience overall worth enjoying. I hope next time the food is better I apologize for this honest review if it offends anyone.

I have been there many times and they never disappoint. We were a party of 19 this time and we were celebrating my mothers 70th birthday. They did a great job. She got a big thrown as a chair and she was super happy with the whole place. I personally love the bathroom decor. Vito, Erica and Chantel (Shantel) =) were our servers came and checked on us many times, the food was delicious and we sure will be back.

Absolutely delightful food! In from away, I called to place an order from an online menu that was out of date, the gentleman on the phone was pleasant and quite patient about my allergies and was able to suggest a dish that was amazing! I had my heart set on the apple gorgonzola salad and it was so good.

My first time here. The place is truly amazing with all the photographs covering every inch of the place. Clean restrooms. Staff were great. But then the food was extremely disappointing. I went with few friends who had already visited this restaurant and had spoken highly about. If you order large that would easily serve 5-6 persons. Also, small can serve 2-4. However, the food dint taste good. The bread served was super dry and stiff. The chicken wings tasted weird they were kind off slimy inside. All in all a very disappointing experience.

Place to share Italian food with group (> 3 people). It is a lot for just 2.

The ambiance of the restaurant was cosy and the waitress was very friendly. Good food for families because the dishes are in very large portions. Got the salmon entre, brussel sprouts and tiramisu.

We ate here with my husband and his coworkers for a holiday dinner. The atmosphere is very unique but somewhat claustrophobic. The food is ordered in a very confusing family style but was absolutely delicious! Our server was fantastic but the service was slow although I think they do that on purpose at this restaurant. There were three children in our party and there were children's menus and overall a wonderful restaurant for a company event!

Pretty straightforward food. Good Italian-American quality, not fine dining. The portions are meant to be shared with a party of 4 or more. I was a party of 2 so 1 entree, side, and salad was enough. Lots of kitschy pictures hanging and sculpture which is always fun to look at. Lots of tasteful lewdness too in a macho way. Staff is always attentive and there is a window view into the kitchen as well.

The service wasn’t great. We were sort of forgotten after they seated us. The food was wonderful, especially the Shrimp Fra Diavolo. We ended up not getting our garlic bread until the end of the meal. They comped us the bread but then double charged on an alcoholic beverage. We will be back just for the Shrimp dish. We hadn’t been here in 19 years!

Wonderful family style restaurant with a unique atmosphere. Italian themed photographs and memorabilia decorate the restaurant and provide great conversation starters. Fun oldies music complements well with pleasant lighting and atmosphere. Lunch specials available or if you prefer, family style dishes which feed 2-3 or 4-5 people. Staff are pleasant and respectful. Fun place to eat if you want to experience a true Italian meal!

Party of 20+ and our server Shantel never missed a beat. She was pleasant, attentive and helpful! Food was good and we had our own room to celebrate a retirement! Highly recommend for large parties due to the large portions!

Wow! Great food and amazing service! The portion sizes are generous. You definitely won’t leave hungry. Our waitress, Rachel, was super friendly and had great customer service. I highly recommend asking to be sat in her section. The restaurant itself has many different rooms and scenery to look at with lots of historic photos. The deserts are to die for! If you can’t find any room for it while you’re there, I recommend bringing some home for a late night snack. Will definitely be going back!

2 Points for Take Out - 2 Extra points for dining in We’ve eaten at Buca di Beppo many times, so we know they have good food. What we learned with our latest experience is not all of their dishes are good options for take-out. Lasagna works well for take-out, but breaded dishes, not so much so. If my review was based solely on this meal, I would give them 2 stars. My 4-star rating is based on all dining experiences I’ve had with the restaurant. For Easter dinner, we ordered a special for six. Our selections included salad, chicken parmesan, fettuccini alfredo, and cannoli. The pasta and dessert were great. The pasta had just enough sauce and was cooked well. Surprisingly, the cannoli travelled well as the shells were still crisp and included a side of chocolate sauce to drizzle over the tops. The salad and chicken parmesan were disappointing. The Roma tomatoes were barely pink and lacked any flavor. The dressing seemed a bit off as if the ratio of oil to vinegar was wrong. I thought it was missing croutons but in reviewing their online menu, I saw the mixed green salad does not come with them; they might have helped elevate the salad considering the tomatoes they had that day. Their chicken parmesan does not travel well. They use an airtight container which traps in moisture making it more of a mush than a crust. It can be frustrating when restaurants remove items from their menus, but I clearly understand why: they do so rather than sell a dish that does not meet their own standards which helps ensure customer satisfaction. TO THE RESTAURANT: If you can’t source quality product (tomatoes), don’t use it. Instead, offer an explanation and substitution. If you can’t deliver a dish to someone’s home that matches the restaurant’s quality, don’t offer it; offer only the dishes you know travel well. You figured out how to deliver crispy cannoli’s…try to figure out how to deliver a crispy crusted parmesan. On the upside, I’m impressed that you read and respond to customer reviews. We’ll eat at Buca’s again and we’ll even order take out again. We won’t, however, order crusted dished for take-out and we might have to ask what their tomatoes are like before we get another salad.

Delicious Italian eats, just be aware that it is served family style. Servings are for 3 or 5 depending on order. Great place if you come hungry and want some leftovers. Only thing I wish is they had a variety dish that serves 3 or 5. We were a party of 4 with four different tastes so some had to compromise (which we do at home not when dining out). If they had a sample platter I didn't see it nor did anyone offer it so that is my only issue with the place. The atmosphere was nice too. Lots of pictures around to take in and converse about while you are waiting for your meal. The service was courteous.

We had our dinner on the way back from Niagara to Westford. First time in an Italian restaurant. Must try Eggplant Parmesan!!!

This place was just what my family needed after dropping my baby boy off at RIT for his freshman year.

Service started off a little slow based on walk in traffic but Dan advised us immediately of this. Dan brought over bread and once we got our drinks and appetizers service was on point. Shantel was very attentive, knew when she had to come back with something and checked on us frequently. She was extremely pleasant and offered recommendations and explained the portion choices to us. Calamari, margarita pizza and chicken carbonara were great. Highly recommend

Wow, just wow. We went for my moms 50th and the service there was incredible. It was surprise for her and they did an awesome job of bringing her to our table without letting her know anyone else was there. Our waiter was very good at explaining the family style. Everything was made to order but came out quickly and hot. And it was so good. They also gave my mom the biggest ice cream Sunday to share.

Jeff was absolutely amazing. Picked the best wine for my in laws, picked the best dessert for my husband's birthday and thanks to him we had a great time. Thank you Jeff!!!

We come here often and have ordered many different items and everything has always been excellent! The bread and salads too. Our usual server Rain is a delight. We have never had a problem with anything here and always leave happy.
