My son is going off to college and wanted to come here for the last family dinner. Our waitress Angie was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the menu. She checked on us frequently amd made sure we had everything we needed. The food was very tasty and the proportions were great. I need to give a shout out to the bus boy who kept the table cleared of unneeded plates and glasses. Service there is excellent. First time at this Olive Garden. Service was excellent and so were the meals. They have 5 drink specials that are $5 each all day, every day.

Food was amazing but service lacked, anytime I asked a question of my server when she came by I got the eye rolling bit. Wanted to leave but my family was with me so I stayed and sucked it up our server also did not deserve a tip but my family left one she was very rude. We also went with out drinks for most of our meals as she did not come back and ask if we needed anything or if we needed another drink.

Our daughter had surgery on Friday and could not eat for 24 hrs prior. After the surgery, unbelievable to us, she wanted to go out to eat. Because it was a Friday during Lent, we decided on Olive Garden in Albany. Oh my goodness! What an amazing experience. Flawless and perfectly executed. Very well staffed, perfectly cooked food and a wonderful atmosphere. Waitstaff was impeccable as was the manager, who visited us twice to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend if you’re in the Albany area.

Food was good, shortened menu but they had most of the popular dishes. Waitress was attentive and made sure to check on us during our meal. We had to wait for 20 mins but it’s to be expected since people are finally getting back out and to normal. Sorry the only picture I have is of the empty plate 😂

I haven't been here in years, but I remember that salad and those bread sticks. I got the grilled Chicken Margherita and my husband ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with Meatballs. Everything was delicious and served fairly quickly from the time we ordered it. Would definitely go back.

Good experience! Food was great, good variety on the menu for food and drinks. You definitely can take some leftovers home, dishes are huge. Place was nice and the server and bartenders very friendly. Definitely worth it!

Went for early lunch on a Wednesday. Soup and salad were fine however it is the filth in the restroom that made the entire experience gross. The floors looked as though they had not been mopped in weeks and smelled so strong of urine it made my nose burn. I went in the restroom to use the sink to wash my hands and felt dirtier coming out than going in. PLEASE hire a cleaning company twice a week and train your staff on how to clean properly for between the these cleanings.

Went here on a Thursday at 5:30pm during the Never Ending Pasta Bowl promotion. Had no issue getting a table. Seated quick, server came and took our order in a timely manner, food came fast, server was attentive and getting refills on the pasta was easy. Five cheese marinara was my favorite sauce but I also had the meat sauce and the mushroom one. Bud Light draft beer being $7.50 was a little steep, but everything else was fairly priced. Very reasonable to take a family here during this promotion.

Our server, Ashanti R. was extremely attentive and we even tipped her more than 20 percent because of her hospitality. When I go to a restaurant, I want to feel as though it is not necessary to try so hard to be perfect and be myself. The entire group I had was at ease because this is an Activities Club. We are definitely going to come back here again and again! There is a deal in which we may get either unlimited salad and soup and breadsticks for the price of an entree. I ordered Shrimp Scampi and it was the most perfect portion I could have asked for considering it was filling but not so much that I had to waste it or take it home in a container. That says it all…!

Makes you wonder what it's like to be left with nothing but grit and blood. Because I had every amenity any worldly gent could ever feasibly wish for. Breadsdicks? Salad? Some other third thing possibly?

I went there for a late lunch around 3pm after a 3 hour trip from MA. I ordered an appetizer, never ending dipping sauce, and the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks. After ordering our server asked which soup I wanted to which I answered, and she then asked my boyfriend as well. We were a little confused after she walked away bc we didn’t know we BOTH would get soup. Initially I was going to eat the soup and breadsticks, and he was going to eat the salad and we’d shared the appetizer. Upon her delivering our food, One salad was brought out, one Breadstick container and two soups. Once we received our bill we noticed our tab was a little too high, only to see we were charged for TWO of the unlimited meals. My boyfriend asked our server about the charge to which she responded with “well what do you want me to do about that?” He asked if she could take it off considering we only asked for one and she went and got the manager. The manager came back and asked if there was anything wrong with the food, and he said no, it’s just that we didn’t order one of them. She said that since we there was nothing wrong and we arent supposed to share we were still gunna have to pay for both unlimiteds despite receiving just the soup for two and nothing else. And that’s not even the worst part. We had only brought about $50 since eating out our food only costs about $30-$35, and our tab ended up being almost $52, so my tip went to paying for the item we didn’t order, (I had planned to tip the rest) and i apologized for that by writing it on the receipt. Both my boyfriend and I were very embarrassed by that and he was holding the receipt close to himself. Our server asked if we were all set and kind of like, tried to grab our receipt, he moved it back a bit but ultimately handed it to her. She glanced at the receipt in front of us and took a step back and started actually looking at it, so the both of us got up to walk away, after turning the corner I realized I hadn’t grabbed my phone. I was to embarrassed to go over so my boyfriend went back to our table to see it wasn’t there (this only being LITERALLY LESS than 15-20 seconds from getting up) I asked the host if they had found a phone in the bathroom or something and he said no. Another server asked were we were and offered to go look, turns out, our server had it WRAPPED IN NAPKINS In her little apron thing? I don’t know what her intention with that was, but in every restaurant I’ve worked in, if a guest lost something especially of value it’s usually put in the managers office or in the hosts stand. Overall, this experience was weird and not worth it.

I'm not sure if they cook the soups or whether it comes out of a bag, but either way, it was made salty. My soup was very, very salty and a little thicker than usual. The restaurant was empty. We waited for about 10-15 minutes to be seated. The waitress was spot-on with her spot her attentiveness.

Our go to when we want something different. It was my husband's birthday and they give a free dessert and sing if u want. We had a nice time and plenty of food to bring home for the next day. Would have given 5 stars and normally would but last night they were having an issue with their main entrance and it caused a lot of confusion coming in the side door and then our table being by where the wait staff congregate, and their conversations about what happens there with the politics of the restaurant and it wasn't our business, so we just tried to focus on our birthday boy and ignore what they were saying. Seemed as if they spent more time bashing each other because I had to ask for service at our table 3 times and that never happens.

If you're craving some Italian food well, you can put Olive Garden down on your menu list of places. I went to this place with my parents. We enjoyed our time there. The staff are friendly, give good service to make sure customers are well taken care of. We also had good quality food that fulfilled our stomach's needs. There's an open bar with tables and chairs if one wants to eat by the bar. Also, there is a parking outside with easy access to get inside and out.

Great experience tonight. The food was amazing and our server Ashley was friendly and attentive. Had the Asiago Tort Alfredo and it was soooo good. Also did the Fried Ravioli for an appetizer and the Italian Doughnuts for dessert. Ottimo cibo!

Very disappointed in quality of the food. Chix shrimp carbonara almost dry. Beer was flat. Bread recipe changed dramatically. Very bland white bread flavor. Water has a chemical taste and the rest rooms were filthy. Feces on the toilet. We are usually easy to please. This place needs big improvements.

This was my first time ever going to the Olive Garden and I have to say it was probably the best experience I have ever had with any restaurant. Even though it was super busy. My waiter was super kind and polite. The food came very quickly within 12 minutes. I had everything that I had ordered even though it was a dinner time rush. I have to congratulate this establishment on their excellent service. A special thanks to my waitress Morgan G, your kindness was really appreciated, and as a Canadian I give you props. You did awesome!

A very fine dining experience of Italian cuisine. Wonderful atmosphere. Elegant seating. Fantastic service. Very courteous, polite, understanding and helpful waitresses. Very quick prepration of food. We had Fettuccine Alfredo with a side of Minestrone Soup. An Eggplant Parmesan. A chicken Parmesan with a side of Green Salad. They offer a choice of salad or soup with the dishes. We opted for the Lunch Size portions. Breadsticks were served complimentary. They offered to refill the bread basket too. They have a fine selection of wines and deserts. Their seasonal Pumpkin Cheesecake was too tempting, but we decided to skip as we were too full. Olive Garden is a mist visit if you prefer Italian cuisine.

Just moved our daughter up to a near by university and wanted a place to eat after a long day that wasn't fast food. Decided to try Olive Garden for variety of selections including salad. The place is large with ample parking and nicely decorated. We were seated right away and our orders were served in a timely manner. Portions were generous and total bill for 3 was only a few dollars more then a fast food bill. Staff was pleasant including the manager Sherrie who was asking everyone if they were pleased with their meal. Will definitely return each time we visit our daughter.
