My food was cooked very well, though the portioning and quality of my partners food was less on point. Our server was fantastic , she was on top of things and overall we were happy with her. The atmosphere could really use an update/upgrade as it has a very low budget corporation kinda feel to it The bathroom when we got there was atrocious, though by the time we left (After or near closing time.) It had been cleaned. Soap dispenser and sink on the left don't work though. Edit: paid another visit and had a solid experience. Server was nice, food was prepared well. Definitely an overall improvement

If you pull into the parking lot turn right into Olive Garden, absolutely pathetic. Came in around 2:00 on cinco de mayo and would've been better off with taco bell colon cleansers, my first mistake. Management was non existent besides getting us waters after sitting waiting for 15 minutes, finally got biscuits after 40 minutes of waiting and complimentary oil slick soup 5 minutes after. We got appetizers almost an hour after arriving and the meal came almost the same time so horrible time management. The pizza app was paper thin with a blackening lemon. The server was overwhelmed and obviously overworked and management was non existent with filthy tables all over the place. This is the Albany Med of restaurants, full of regret for coming and vowing not to come back life or death, I'd rather die.

Love, love, love this location. Parking lot was full when I arrived and I will still able to get seated immediately. Service was a little backed up because of the crowd, but they handled it nicely. Food was incredible. Great job from the staff.

A nice family seafood spot. Off the menu I really enjoy sweet chili shrimp (it's spicy) and also a dish called admirals feast which has fried fish, fried clam strips, fried shrimp, and fried scallops. The admirals feast is $22 but if you get it on Tuesdays before 6pm it's $15! The sweet chili shrimp runs about $9 or $10 and is part of the appetizer section of the menu. Most of the restaurant is booth seating except for the bar. When you first walk in (to your left) there's a tank with live lobsters in it. They have to-go ordering if it's something you prefer. There is also labeled "pick up/to-go" parking spots in the front of the restaurant. Visited again on 2/24/2022 for dinner and it was quite busy. There was a thirty minute wait when we arrived. They were out of kids menus so the menu was written on a piece of paper. One of the regular sized menus was ripped too. I ordered the "Seafarers Feast" for $35 and it was good. It comes with a lobster tail, scallops, fried shrimp and sauteed shrimp. This comes with two sides. I picked Mashed Potatoes and Ceasar Salad. Overall good place to go. Our waitress Emily was pleasant. Thank You!

I feel like my lobster pizza was burned but they still bought it to me. Then someone next to me ordered one and it looked nothing like mine. Everything thing on the pizza was dried out no cheese stretching or anything. The pizza itself was hard like a cracker. I had to take the sauce from my lobster dip and put it on the pizza. So disappointed!

Red Lobster is a sure bet on wolf Rd. Spacious, seats 320 comfortably. Service outstanding, dishes for all palates.

Zero positives on the food. Bar harbor was baked to death. Lobster tail and shrimp tough. There's four muscles, 3 are smashed and the 4th didn't open. Catfish is all breading and baked to a shrivel. Very mealy and inedible. The waitress kept the kids glasses full, but didn't bring condiments and I wiped off the booth benches myself. To be honest, a soup kitchen has better food.

It had been a long time since I had a meal at Red Lobster. Thank you for tmobile for handing out 2 free appetizers on their tmobile Tuesday. This is my second visit in less than a week and ordered coconut shrimp and crab stuffed shrimp Rangoon. The appetizers were appetizing yummy. I would definitely order this again!! I would give it a 5 star for food and prompt service. I tool off a star as I did takeout and ordered food online. With me having difficulty navigating the website and placing the order, I took a star off.

Stopped in twice for their "shrimp" specials which was a real deal, and the selections we chose were delicious. The best part of our meal was having Suzanne as our waitress. She did a fantastic job, and although it was the busiest time of the day and she was handling several tables due to short-staffing, she kept returning to make sure we were satisfied with everything, gave us exceptional service and was so pleasant throughout the entire meal. She is a credit to the restaurant, and is a shining example of what a wait person should be. Thank you Suzanne, we appreciate your talent and attention.

We went last weekend and Red lobster completely changed their menu and i don't like it. They also charge for salads now and didnt in the past and the paid salads are worse than the free ones were. The Red Lobster on Wolf Rd is old and hasn't been updated in decades. My niece got Mac and Cheese and it is Kraft Mac and Cheese. Not going there again. Your better off going to Family owned Restaurants then Chain ones. Also we went for dinner at 3:00 pm and there was a 10 min wait. They don't have enough staff. They prob pay low wages and no benefits and cant attracted workers unless your a manager that gets benefits. .I will say that service was good.

Our first time ever attending a Red Lobster, with mixed feelings. Service by far was top notch. Our waitress Chayenne J. was attentive and polite. We began with an appetizer, which unfortunately the new crab fries were unavailable, so we settled on Mozzarella Sticks, which were good. Also hot and fresh were the biscuits. Moving onto the entrees is where trouble began. One order was for Rainbow Trout, which seemed a bit on the thin side and possibly overcooked a tad. The other order however for salmon we found to be very undercooked. Both dishes had a side of broccoli which was cooked, but on the crunchy side. The waitress was informed on the salmon and acted quickly to have removed from the bill. Overall, service was great, but food could use some elevating and better critiquing before going out to customers.

My son and I always had Red Lobster in Canada and the USA which was always good. Not this time! What we ordered this pass weekend was over cooked or frozen before thawing. Or perhaps a new chef who didn't know what he was doing! My son mentioned his fresh shucked oysters we awful and we sent them back. He also had fish and chips and I had scallops on a skewer (undercooked) with overcooked rice and muscles which were over cooked or frozen before cooking also with garlic bread. Like who puts garlic salt on garlic bread!? I couldn't eat it. All I tasted like salt. Caesar salad take out the few lettuce leaves which started to go yucky. Red Lobster famous biscuits were a bit mushy and you can hardly taste the garlic/cheese in the biscuits. Very disappointed and we won't be back when we make our yearly shopping trip to Albany, NY. The only good thing we had a very nice waiter. New supplier or new chef who doesn't know what they are doing. We won't be back.

We had a great time. When we came in we were greeted by 2 girls at the desk who were very friendly. Rachel, the waitress was wonderful. She was friendly and attentive Also, Aston. Kudos to the management and staff. We had not been to a Red Lobster in a long time. We will definitely go back. Thanks.

I went with my boyfriend. This was my first time but not his. The food was significantly sub par and definitely not worth the price. We went at about 915pm and they close at 11 but our waitress treated us and all her tables like we were bothersome to her and the only reason she was still there. They didn't have ginger beer in their bar to make a Moscow mule. The table was broken and not only wobbled but spun as seen in the video. My boyfriend enjoyed his popcorn shrimp, and their cocktail sauce. I had the fish and chips. The fish was not good, and their "tartar sauce" was pure onions. I'm not a picky eater, but am confident in saying I wouldn't eat here again.

First shout out to our waiter Mitch. He was amazing. My bestie and I shared the Lobster lover's dream and shrimp tacos. The tacos were ok, the tortillas were grilled to long. The rock lobster was tough to chew, the pasta was over sauced. Our waiter did bring us another rock lobster no questions ask....much better.

Three of us had a nice dinner, with tax/tip = $175. Started with Langostino Lobster dip & tortilla chips. My Salmon New Orleans was delicious as usual. Cousin enjoyed Lobster stuffed Flounder, no complaints. Son had Steak/Seafood combo. Steak was medium to medium-well & was not medium-rare as he requested, but he ate it anyway. Victoria took excellent care of us & we will definitely go back.

It's a hit or miss with this place. The last time we went food was horrible no seasoning, soggy broccoli, very fish smelly soggy crab legs and so on but the 2 weeks prior we had great server food was amazing everything fresh, seasoned, cooked just right, and new menu items. The pictures I added are from the time it was really good about a month ago now!

Waitress was great with my wife and grandson. Very patient and attentive. She ordered me the the wrong meal but it was replaced within minutes. The food was better than I remembered it being since I haven't been there in over 19 years.

Their specialty biscuits are out of this world! The only restaurant biscuit that I know of that I can bring home, microwave it for a few seconds and it's like I am in the restaurant again. They must be experienced. The fried fish was great. They have the best tarter sauce too. The portions were good size. I took enough home for a good late night snack. The servers were very nice. Price was reasonable. We are going back. The biscuits sealed the deal...and they brought more! It was a good day!

Terrible, had get my own napkins and silverware, nobody came up to us for 20mins had to find a server to help us. With My 2 children I guess nobody wants to serve the family, because the table of woman got service right away. Thank goodness I found the right server took our hold order right there and tried to manage a table out of his section, if it wasn't for him I would of left. Good job man, but will never eat at red lobster again. Not worth the money if service is that terrible.

It's not Seafood at a coastal Family owned establishment... but they're definitely doing all the little things right and making the most of Red Lobster's capabilities... Really enjoyed our NYE in Albany at this place and our waitress made it fun!

9 of us and took a minute just to get someone to serve us. Took a bit longer than expected to get our drinks but after that was great. Servers were very friendly. All of the apps and entrees were very tasty and perfectly cooked. Even gave a free dish of ice cream to the bday girl. Would definitely recommend.

Good food with expected prices. Restaurant is always clean and servers are super sweet and friendly. Only downer for me during this visit was the white wine sauce was not as good as other meals we have had there.
