Staff was alright, didn't seem to really care much but were friendly enough. Food was absolutely horrible. Silverware was gross. My husband and I grabbed a quick lunch while traveling yesterday, he got a pasta dish with steak and shrimp (Queensland pasta I believe) and I got a burger meal and paid extra for a "premium" side of Mac n cheese. The fettuccine was hard and old and the pasta was so dry the pieces were stuck together in stacks of 3 (see picture), french fries from my burger meal were obviously freezer burnt and my (long awaited, we came here specifically for it) Mac and cheese it was also old and dry & tasted like it was from the previous day. Server saw we didn't really eat anything (my burger was whole aside from one bite from each of us, maybe 3 fries were missing and 2 bites were taken from the pan of mac and cheese) and didn't bother to ask if anything was wrong, just asked if we were ready for our check and boxes. We accepted one box to take home to our dog and still left the majority of the food behind. Maybe lunch time isn't the right time to go, maybe dinner would have been more fresh but an $80 bill later and we ended up grabbing fast food about an hour later into our drive home so we weren't starving. But hey, my one drink from the bar was good!

Went 2 nights ago and it was awesome. My cousin and I took my almost 6 year old out for an early birthday dinner. Dominique was our server and she was great. Warm bread and drinks came in a timely manner. The Strawberry Peach Sangria was delicious. I really enjoyed the Alice Springs Chicken, Steakhouse Mac and Cheese, and loaded mashed potatoes. One of the best parts of our meal was when my daughter was brought out a birthday ice cream sundae with a candle in it and sang to! We are not from Albany area, we're traveling from out of town but will return again when there!

This was a very good experience here at this location. The hostess greeting was very nice and took us inside right away. The waiter was very polite and very helpful with the food order. The restaurant was was not very full at the time and looked very nice inside. My girlfriend and I had steaks which were both made to the way we ordered them. The blooming onion was very good as well. The restrooms were very clean. The lighting in the restaurant was very good as well not to bright. The decorative items around the restaurant were pretty nice to look at as well. I would return here again to eat for sure.

I’ll start off by saying I’ve worked multiple customer service (culinary) jobs. I’ve never had a bad experience here but this time was a little different. We ordered our appetizers and meal at the same time and after about an hour we still had yet to receive our appetizer. I think our waitress forgot to put our order in. It was not very busy at all. While the food was good. The service wasn’t the best.

Came in for dinner on a Friday and Danielle was the best server I have ever had anywhere. Friendly, helpful, and funny. Fantastic service!!! Id never been to Outback before but will definitely be back

My daughter who lives in Atlanta ordered this meal for my Birthday and the Outback on Wolf Road in Colonie New York delivered my food with no problems

We came in to celebrate a birthday and our server Danielle was probably the best server I have ever had. She was so personable, and engaged in friendly banter with all of us. The service was super quick and attentive, and the food was delicious. It was our first time here, and we will definitely be back!

I had the ribeye n shimp meal. Great food and our waitress Cory was very friendly and service was outstanding. Food came really fast too...no wait. AAAA++++

My family and I didn't know what time they closed and actually got there within a half hour of them closing. I thought they would turn us away but they sat us. Our waitress was nice, the kitchen was closing soon so we did have to quickly give our order but we weren't rushed at all to eat or leave. The food was really good, I'll definitely go back to that Outback

Food is a three because over time its taste and presentation is very consistent. There is nothing on the menu that makes you go WOW!!! But, what is on the menu is served as ordered with predictable flavors and good quality. It's comfortable. However, the need to smash the Victoria filet while cooking (ordered rare) is disturbing. This is definitely a chain restaurant with a good training program for young servers; hence, the 5 for service because everyone tries hard and puts up with the public, right? Atmosphere - it's a chain. However, this particular store has very good acoustics. It is busy every time I have been in (15+ times) and yet the noise level is quite low which allows for great conversation at your own table.

Fast seating. Our server was really friendly and quick to bring anything we asked for. Very pleasant. The steak was delicious but I got the lobster Mac and cheese and I’m pretty sure the lobster was fake as it tasted terrible and turned to powder when I tried to eat it.

I've ordered delivery twice for this specific Outback on 6/1/23 and 9/18/23. Unfortunately, both times the potatoes have been delivered like this. The other food items have been good and I haven't had any other issues.

Apps were great, pasta dish was dreadful. Pasta undercooked, shrimp cold, and lobster was non existent. Can’t fault the restaurant too much as whoever was on sauté station that night just failed that dish. Server was great and attentive. Would definitely go back, but would be hesitant to get any pasta dish.

It was a great menu. It's at the top of my list of new places. It's successful and clean. The meat I ate was also very delicious.

Went on a weekday and had to wait a while for a table for 3. Other than that wait, the appetizers were very good and plentiful. There was more than enough food to eat on the entrée, which is probably the reason for the steep bill. Service was pretty good but not ultimately engaging, which is understandable considering the number of customers and limited staff (that day). Very good food, though.

Honestly it was pretty good. The drinks were tasty although they seemed a little weak. The blooming onion was crispy and seasoned. My ribeye was super chewy and bland, but I loved the coconut shrimp. It was a calm night and the waiter was attentive.

Wanted a good dinner due to fasting tomorrow for a test. Kinda disappointed . Soup was good, prime rib over cooked. Husband's portion was fit for a child. Plus the total was $70. Next time I want steak it won't be here. .

My steak and lobster was cooked perfectly. Prices weee reasonable and the service was great.

I was 1 in a party of 7 to go to this restaurant. A terrible experience, waiter to forever to take out drink orders, after 3 trips to our table we all finally got our drinks but then the 1st drinks were empty. Order appetizers, they were so salty that you couldn’t eat them and the grease was dripping off them. We placed our dinner orders and when they arrived one meal was wrong and we waited 20 minutes to get a correct one. Medium rare filet dry and over cooked, slightly pink in the center, NY Strip well done, drinks again taking forever to get delivered. The other cuts off meet were not cooked correctly and our meals were cold. Blooming onions cold, salty and very greasy. Table next to us waited 35 minutes to get their check after asking for it. When they left another party was seated, when they finally got their drink order two of the drinks poured all over the one customer. Very poor customer service. The restrooms were filthy, no paper towels, floors were a mess. The only good thing I can say is that even though it wasn’t even warm the sweet potato was delicious. Very sad.

We had the pleasure of dining in today. We had a party of 6, with being small children, and one who has a severe peanut allergy. Our server Jose went above and beyond to ensure my neices safety was top priority. His service was quick and precise. He monitored our entire meal, checked on us frequently, and even brought the kids extra toppings for their desserts! I can't say enough good things about our meal here today and it's because Jose executed it. Thank you again Jose!

Service was okay and the resturant was nice. When it came to the food it was very hot as in spicy. The ribeye was so hot I couldn't actually taste it. I usually like the normal seasoning on steaks, but this was way too potent. If you don't like your mouth to burn, specify plain or unseasoned

The place seems to be ok, doesn't really stand out. The greeters were ok, no energetic vibe. The person working behind the bar was very friendly and prompt with everything. After ordering our food, I had a problem with my steak that I ordered, but the problem was fixed very promptly and very courteous by what I believe was the manager. After that, I was satisfied with my food. For that reason, I only gave 3 stars, because maybe someone else wouldn't say nothing and paid for something they didn't like.

Baylee was the best server. The food was amazing and the service was stellar. We will be back. We took home some food so we could make room for dessert. We had the 15 oz ribeye and the bone in ribeye.

The service was a little off, server didn’t spoke loud enough to hear him good. Didn’t gelt a vivid vibe. we waited 40min for food when it wasn't even busy. Drinks were good but food not cooked to our liking, i ask for a medium stake they brought me a MED WELL and my husband ask for a salmon.. it was burned. Not good to be honest.

Don't come here for the chicken or mash potatoes or wings, come for the steak, blooming onions, the warm pumpernickel bread

Horrible food! We had dinner in the Clifton Park location. Only a few people were seated, which was great, not crowded at at. Now I see why. The steaks were way under cooked, almost raw. The wings were pink. My Alfredo with chicken and shrimp didn't have any Alfredo sauce! I asked for sauce since it didn't have any. The sauce was thin like water and tasted like salt, no cheese flavor at all. It was a horrible dinner. I will never go back.

Called ahead and still had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Overheard hostesses say the kitchen is 20 minutes behind. Once seated and ordered, took over an hour for our food. The waiter disappeared and was tendind the bar, never came back to our table. The other bartender finally went to check on our order. Someone else brought it to the table. My steak was under cooked. They ran out of baked potatoes. Need to get better help or train them better. 😩

Fried onions are salty. If the saltiness is reduced, it will be very delicious.

The Cobb salads at Outback are usually pretty good, but this one had a huge iceberg lettuce head heart in it. The bartender tossed it before I could get a photo of it.

Usually like this place but had a not so great visit. 15-20 mins before we were even acknowledged at the table and there was literally 2 other tables with patrons on our side. Frustration starting - appetizer steak dip was delicious. Waited quite a while for the meals. When they arrived hubby's rare steak was good. My medium rare was more like medium well ( manager's description) and the loaded baked potato didn't even melt the shredded cheese. Had the meal removed but incredibly disappointed! Not going back anytime soon. Too bad!

Good food,good value and great service. Honestly we ended up here because the line was way to long at Texas Roadhouse. I'm glad we did I spent less money had a good filet my children both had sirloin with strawberries and oranges for 9.99$ each. It was a pleasant switch. Our server was awesome and great with kids!!!

Had a gift card I received as a gift. Decided to try curbside for the first time as well. Ordering online was easy asked for vehicle description and gave a time when it would be ready. Got there and sat in the parking lot because we were there early. When it was our turn they asked our name and she went inside. Couple minutes pass and the lady comes out to tells us that someone came to the take out and picked up our order by mistake. This confuses me because there isnt many people with a same first name as me and as stated before we put in vehicle description and none matching the car i was in even pulled into the parking lot. She apologized and offered a free drink while we waited for them to make us another order. We got the mushroom appetizer and the chicken wings. The mushrooms were soggy and was supposed to come with ranch and had blue cheese instead. The wings were good but nothing even remotely special (Market 32 taste better in my opinion). Not sure if it is staffing not paying attention or if it was an excuse because our order had not been ready yet. I would not recommend.

Ambience and food were all great. While I don't recommend their Blooming Onion, which is their signature item, everything else was great! Highly recommend their steak options 🎉😁❤️

I asked for medium and I got a steak with no red. The waitress and the manager were super and took care of it quickly. The second steak was GREAT. Thank you for a great meal.
