I cannot say how the doctors are but I can say the billing and office staff are questionable. I had a referral and received a call in early May to schedule an appointment (after the referral and the authorization number was received by the clinic). The first available appointment was 7/21/22. I received forms to fill out, via mail, on 7/14/22. I received a detailed voicemail on 7/18/22 on where to go, be 10 minutes early, etc. I showed up my 10 minutes early and was told that my referral expired on 6/30/22 - so when they received the referral the clinic had all the information but still scheduled the appointment after the referral expired. Fast forward to when I showed up to the appointment (drove from Denver area). I was told there was a problem and go sit down while they try to figure it out. Well 30 minutes later I am told that I just need to sign a paper and everything will be good to go until they could get ahold of my insurance. It was a waiver that I would pay out of my pocket. I refused to sign. I was then given the phone and spoke to someone in billing. She was rude! She proceeded to tell me it was my fault that the referral expired and it was not on the clinic (despite me receiving a phone call to schedule an appointment after they received the referral information). No accountability at all - wouldn't say they screwed up or apologize (that would have gone a long way). Needless to say, I drove 100+ miles to/back and had to take time off for work for absolutely nothing. UPDATE: Despite the response saying it was being looked into, I never received any correspondence at all despite the response to my review.

Just saw Dr.Lofgreen for the first time the other day, regarding hair loss. He was upfront and honest with me about the condition of my hair/scalp, and was also willing to help immediately! I felt very heard and appreciated his professional opinion.

I went to Dr Robinson for a mysterious skin discomfort I’d asked other doctors about for years. She quickly identified the problem, thoroughly explained it to me and provided treatment. I would highly recommend her as a skillful and caring physician.

The medical care was fine, but was treated with undertones of ageism, and compared to other patients. The part that I still can't leave is that I was simply saying I had never had eczema before so I was learning how to take care of it. Then the doctor said oh a lots of people say that I've never had eczema before but now you do. He went on to say I've never had a heart attack before.. Then because my friend my best friend just died of a heart attack in a split second in September and I told them that. Neither one could say a human response and understand that he had committed a huge faux pas and should have said I'm sorry to hear about your friend. I can't believe how rude that was.

Dr Sperber represents the best in overall care and communication. His willingness to listen to your concerns and provide meaningful feedback is greatly appreciated. His candid, comfortable insight regarding any skin issue is welcomed when anxiously sitting during the skin check.

I found Seth Lofgreen, MD, to be fully competent as a dermatologist as well as having a pleasant, unhurried manner and pleased to answer the numerous questions I posed to him regarding a facial lesion, which was not healing.

Dr. Marcus has treated me and my child for multiple skin issues. We love the care we received. Dr. Marcus listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable. She took care of our issues right there and then. Saving her and us time by not having to come back. Also, we were seen within a reasonable time. Thank you Dr. Marcus and great staff! We feel blessed to have found you!

Dr. Lofgreen is great! Took my son in for an appointment and saw a skin cancer spot on my neck. Scheduled an appointment for me and removed the spot it was quick and easy and didn’t hurt and I was dreading it and it was bugging her made it so easy. Very thorough and detailed orientated and outstanding skill and bedside manner. Despite being it being less than a week out sheet looks way better and my sore that wouldn’t heal is finally gone and on the way to permanent healing. Highly recommend Colorado Springs Dermatology we’ve seen a few different doctors there and they’re all good. I really appreciate him noticing the spot despite being there for my son. Caught the cancer and removed it promptly. I’ll always be grateful!

The staff is very courteous and helpful, the Doctor is very thorough and kind ,and the atmosphere is pleasant while you are waiting. I appreciate that greatly because they make any medical treatment so that you don't mind going there and that does not happen that often so I say thank you for that

I arrived 10 mi it’s before my appointment. Waited 40 minutes past scheduled appointment time to be seen. If I was 40 minutes late would I have been seen if I apologized? I think not. Why is my time less important? Soft apology. Came in for a potential procedure & was asked about another spot on my face I’ve had for years, if I wanted that taken off. It was awkward.

Dr. CAROL was great...however my rx still has not been called in to my pharmacy. The first receptionist though nice seemed frazzled and rushed, so she may have forgotten...

Great practice with Dr Cheryl Marcus, a Derm surgeon. Friendly, efficient staff, doesn't recommend unnecessary surgeries. Dr Marcus has treated several friends with melanoma and they universally agree that she is top notch.

👍👍 I know they don’t need another good review to convince anybody but I’ll just say this- The last 4 years I’ve gone to relaxed clarity for my renewal and I wish I would have found this place sooner. SO MUCH BETTER THAN RELAXED CLARITY!! No sketchy parking lot, way less sketchy staff that actually see...

😠 Never go here. They will consistently mistreat you. Make you wait in the ER for 4 hours, then stick you in some corner of the hospital for another 3 hours, when you’re finally called back. No attention, no consideration, no empathy. No matter your condition. I was in inconsolable pain, and all I got...
