I
cannot
say
how
the
doctors
are
but
I
can
say
the
billing
and
office
staff
are
questionable.
I
had
a
referral
and
received
a
call
in
early
May
to
schedule
an
appointment
(after
the
referral
and
the
authorization
number
was
received
by
the
clinic).
The
first
available
appointment
was
7/21/22.
I
received
forms
to
fill
out,
via
mail,
on
7/14/22.
I
received
a
detailed
voicemail
on
7/18/22
on
where
to
go,
be
10
minutes
early,
etc.
I
showed
up
my
10
minutes
early
and
was
told
that
my
referral
expired
on
6/30/22
-
so
when
they
received
the
referral
the
clinic
had
all
the
information
but
still
scheduled
the
appointment
after
the
referral
expired.
Fast
forward
to
when
I
showed
up
to
the
appointment
(drove
from
Denver
area).
I
was
told
there
was
a
problem
and
go
sit
down
while
they
try
to
figure
it
out.
Well
30
minutes
later
I
am
told
that
I
just
need
to
sign
a
paper
and
everything
will
be
good
to
go
until
they
could
get
ahold
of
my
insurance.
It
was
a
waiver
that
I
would
pay
out
of
my
pocket.
I
refused
to
sign.
I
was
then
given
the
phone
and
spoke
to
someone
in
billing.
She
was
rude!
She
proceeded
to
tell
me
it
was
my
fault
that
the
referral
expired
and
it
was
not
on
the
clinic
(despite
me
receiving
a
phone
call
to
schedule
an
appointment
after
they
received
the
referral
information).
No
accountability
at
all
-
wouldn't
say
they
screwed
up
or
apologize
(that
would
have
gone
a
long
way).
Needless
to
say,
I
drove
100+
miles
to/back
and
had
to
take
time
off
for
work
for
absolutely
nothing.
UPDATE:
Despite
the
response
saying
it
was
being
looked
into,
I
never
received
any
correspondence
at
all
despite
the
response
to
my
review.
