Unprofessional service!! Called my wife on the day of our Anniversary to tell us our couples booking cannot be completed because the spa was overbooked. Then they proceeded to tell her that the spa should have been booked first before booking the package. Why is there a couples package that includes the spa day if you can hold a booking time? To make things worse, the customer service associate did not try and rectify the situation with any solutions just "sorry you're outta luck". Will never give this place our business again and will tell friends of our experience.

I stayed here for 1 night in October 2022. The resort was nice and spread out. The staff were courteous except for one lady at the front desk who seemed dismissive rather than willing to help. I left my AirPods Pro in my bed at the resort and I can track it on my FindMy app till date - the AirPods are still in Colorado Springs but the resort claimed that their staff found nothing! it is a bummer because those things cost over $200 and since I am confident I left it in my room - someone must have picked it up and not reported it.

Beautiful area with fantastic views and lovely rooms. The staff were great and even opened up the conference room so we could use the NW facing balcony for lightning photos. Highly recommend this place, BUT just an FYI.... book directly though them! I booked through Expedia and paid extra for a 2nd floor room and upon arrival was told its not guaranteed through 3rd party bookings, and ended up with a ground floor. Still very nice but would have preferred a 2nd floor.

I wanted to love this place so bad. I spent weeks planning a trip here. Everything was ok and staff was helpful for the most part. I booked a spa package and that was ok. I’ve had better experiences at other spas but the service itself was fine. When it came to checkout for spa services the lady gave me the bill. I showed her a 20% off I had in my email. She called her manger to verify and they approved it so she gave me a new ticket reflecting the 20% off. I paid for it and went about my day. 3 days later I see that they charged me more then what I had signed for on the receipt they gave me. When I called they said THEY made a mistake and actually could not honor the 20% off after they already had done it so they charged my card the difference without notifying me and without me approving the amount or signing a new recent. I understand they made a mistake but from a business perspective that should fall on them. In no world is it ok to charge a card for more than the customer signed for after the fact especially without notifying them. Their excuse was that they assumed the hotel notified me yet they stress how the hotel and spa are two different entities. So frustrating and upsetting . Definitely fraud on their end and they are trying to play it off like there isn’t anything they can do and now I’m left paying for their mistake

Just stayed and enjoyed my stay. The room is clean and spacious but does not constitute five stars. Comparable to a mid-level Marriott brand. Drawbacks: The wardrobe’s are too short to hang pants or a dress. The bathrooms do not have drawers to store toiletries. Poor lighting for the large space. Showers do not have space to place toiletries- You have to put on ground. TVs are not app compatible…so no Netflix, Hulu, etc. All surprising for a four-star hotel. Positives: Golf, restaurant is good, kind staff, clean lobby and rooms, bottomless mimosas I would try other hotels/resorts before staying here again.

Just spent the weekend here. Was a pleasant experience. Everyone we encountered were kind and welcoming. Tried the steak restaurant and it was okay, but the food was salty. It was late when we ate so we didn’t send it back. My only complaint/suggestion is there is not really a cozy comfy common place to gather. The athletic center has this type of areas but closes about 9pm. Otherwise a great stay.

There is a large resort fee included with your room. The problem is the pool and hot tub close at 8:45 for everyone. The room was nice but the coffee machine didn't work and dumped hot water all over. When the front desk was advised of the problem no action was taken. The construction equipment behind the hotel started constantly, beeping loudly at 7:30 am all weekend. If you want rest and relaxation or morning coffee in your room this is not the place.

Everything about this place is amazing, and the service is exemplary. This is probably one of the nicest locations in Colorado Springs. Amenities are exceptional. Beautiful views. All of the staff were amazing and very attentive. Food was Awesome...with several healthy options.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE FROM THE FUN, FRIENDLY AND TOP-NOTCH STAFF!!!!! Tessa, Kaylee and Nikki at the front desk went above and beyond to make my Husband's last-minute stay at The Lodge at Flying Horse unforgettable and 5-star review worthy. After booking online, I made a "silly special request" via phone call to the front desk about 20 minutes before my Hubby was to arrive at the hotel. Not only did these sparkling young folks fulfill the request, they made it even more special than I could have ever imagined. The result was contagious laughter and so many smiles for all involved. Thank you all SO MUCH for being AWESOME!!!!!!! Without hesitation, I would recommend Tessa, Kaylee and Nikki, as well as this beautiful hotel (as long as they are working there ;) The world needs more people like you all! Cheers!

Absolutely beautiful location with clear views of Pikes peak and the surrounding area. Rooms are nicely updated and spacious. The restaurants on site are high quality and the fitness amenities provided are excellent!

My wife and I were in town for a wedding and decided to stay the night here. This place is absolutely stunning and the customer service is top notch. I 100% recommend the steakhouse here on campus. My wife and I are planning a getaway back here when we can spend a week.

Beautiful. Friendly staff, just north of Colorado springs. We loved everything except the steakhouse 🙁. The food at the pool was really great.

This hotel is very sterile and business like; There is nothing romantic about it. I'd compare it to a newer Holiday Inn Express without the free breakfast. Way over-priced for what you get, and mostly younger high school kids running the front desk. We wanted to pay for a late checkout for only a 1/2 hour longer and when we called the front desk they said they "could not grant that request". They also wouldn't cancel the original reservation even though it was 6.5 days in advanced and not the 7 days of their policy. Absolutely no leniency and kind of rude. I wish we had stayed at the Broadmoor where they are less snooty and will accommodate customers any way they can.

We really enjoyed ourselves here and would return in a heartbeat! Our kids loved the pool area with splash pads and both small and big slides. We loved dining at the Steakhouse while our kids played at the kids cabin. Our room was very clean and spacious. The only reason I gave 4 overall stars was the cleanliness of the pool area. There were wrappers, straws, and bandaids in and around the pool as well as food and melted candies that we stepped in. This was even when we arrived early in the morning as if no one cleaned the area the night before. It was a little disappointing but we hope they will have that resolved for our next visit.

Flying Horse’s new lodge is fantastic. Having only been open a couple weeks, they did a wonderful job of making sure we felt welcome and I did not notice any disruptions or issues while there. The staff was wonderful to work with throughout the stay and was attentive at all times. The amenities available on site are first class and I was very impressed by the facility as a whole. Views out of the rooms were of the golf course or Pikes Peak. Either way you wake up and enjoy great scenery. I’d stay at Flying Horse again any time!

Lovely lovely pool area and the immediate area is in a gated community. We found it a perfect area to relax in and all the staff we found to be friendly and welcoming. They are building a new hotel next door but we didn’t find that this was an issue with noise etc. Obviously we knew it was a bit of a drive to anywhere but I can see how for some people this wouldn’t be a good location. A few negatives which meant it wasn’t a five star review from me…. 1) Wifi is shockingly poor - like something back from 2002. They really need to sort this out. 2) The hotel itself doesn’t really feel like a hotel - it feels out of the way with a very low key reception area and it’s a short stroll to the main facilities. Overall though for what we wanted a really good stay: Would recommend.

Beautiful lodge. The receptionist was very nice and helpful upon check in. Our room is spacious and has an outdoor seating area that looks out over the golf course. The room has a small couch, desk, small coffee bar with refrigerator and a nice big bathroom with walk in shower. The room is clean and quiet; we could not hear other guests at all. Parking is easy and the lodge is in close walking distance to the gym and grill. Very nice resort.

First time stay at this beautiful resort lodge. A few critiques: The shower room wall doesn't have a place to lay a razor or any other item. The reading lamps didn't work independent of the main light between the beds. 🤔 (room 345) The same light between the beds do not have a dimmer, much needed since reading lights do not work. The pillows were not as comfortable. No feather pillows in the room. Strange for a luxury resort.

Everywhere was very clean and elegant. Service was on top of it and everyone was extremely nice. No odors in hallways or in rooms. The room was extremely spacious and the view was sweet. I will return for sure.
