Fantastic hotel! The parking is $15/day, but it was very convenient and I never had trouble finding a spot at any time of day. The rooms are comfortable, maybe a little too dark. I didn't hear any hallway noise or noises from other rooms during the entire week. The gym is spacious and well equipped. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but the quality was good.

This was an awesome experience. We had a quick business stop to the Springs and for this boom it was a great escape. Comfy beds and an amazing shower. I showered morning 3 days in peace and quiet. I also appreciated the kind staff and good breakfast in the morning. The hotel was very clean and from now on this will be my stay place in the Springs! Thanks for a great stay!

This is a really nice hotel, perfectly located in the downtown area. Very clean. Very nice experience. Although the room numbering was very confusing when we got upstairs. I understand that they're connected to the elements hotel next door so that made the room numbering a little bit confusing. Maybe the front desk should have. Just let us know that it would have been a little tricky finding a room number. The only concern that I had was in the morning. Not too early. Not too late. I did not have very hot water in the shower, it was lukewarm at best which made for my morning to not be the best. But it was okay. The breakfast, same deal, The food was not very warm even though it was in the warming stations, But again, it could have been a bit better. I've had better continental breakfasts at other locations. Overall I would return to this location. It was clean very up to date and a very nice area to stay.

The rooms and maintenence were excellent. The follow-up to me being double charged for my room, & double charged for "incidentals fee"...the worst. I am a Marriott member. I do not feel the management team cares here. I had such apoor time with them with their lack of communication that if affected my stay...and the rest of my vacation. A desk agent by the name of Chance assisted above and beyond, and the maintenance manager clearly does care, though. (Saw him working hard both days, The rooms were well maintained as well as the gym and lobby facilities. Also, he went out of his way to greet me and others often.

This is a really nice hotel, perfectly located in the downtown area. Very clean. Very nice experience. The breakfast and good coffee was a nice surprise! Although, the room numbering was somewhat confusing when we got upstairs and only one elevator was operating during a busy check out downstairs. We'll definitely return. Biggest wow moment was eating dinner at a stellar spot around the corner called White Pies!

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms. There is a lovely outdoor space to eat your breakfast, which, by the way, is also really nice. The only thing that I can say would have improved our stay would have been to have bidets in the bathrooms, but honestly, that’s hard to find while traveling so I’m not going to judge too harshly on that subject. I highly recommend the pearl sugar waffles and bacon in the morning. The hotel kitchen staff (and Chef Laura) work extremely hard to keep the breakfast area clean and stocked with hot coffee and breakfast items throughout the morning service. Being from Texas, we didn’t acclimate to the altitude quick enough to take advantage of the gym facilities or pool, but they’re lovely as well. Laundry machines are available in the hotel as well. Concierge was always friendly and I looked forward to seeing their smiling faces when we came downstairs each morning.

New hotel located right in downtown. The common areas and rooms are very nice. The hotel is connected to the Element. The inner courtyard has lots of seating with various fire and water elements. Pool is nice, unfortunately the hot tub was out of service. Parking is underneath the building and they reduce the fee from hourly to $15 per day. We had issues with not having hot water, was mostly warm and would never get that hot. Staff were friendly but did not seem to know how to do things. Walkable to a number of restaurants and shops.

This is a great SpringHill. Great pool and large hot tub. The location is great and really close to restaurants. There’s garage parking and a bright lobby. They had flavored water in the lobby and fruit. The staff welcomed every time you came in. The breakfast isn’t good, but I don’t like any Marriott breakfasts so it’s probably not in their control of ordering powdered eggs and packaged pastries.

Great new hotel. Perfect location downtown near lots of restaurants and breweries. Rooms are clean and modern. Nice amenities like a well equipped gym. Good free breakfast. The restaurant/ bar on the 8th Floor (Lumen8 Rooftop Social) has the best view in town and good food and drinks. Highly recommended this hotel!

On vacation from Texas, stayed here for the week (July 3rd - July 7th) with my wife and kids. Very nice hotel. One of the nicest Marriott's we've stayed at. Very big and clean rooms. Many restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff and Awesome on site security guy who went out of his way and wrote down a list of things for us to do. Free breakfast, close to every attraction. Every thing seems to be within a 15min drive or less. When traveling back to Colorado, will defintely stay here again. Thank you Springhill Suites Staff !!!

Enjoyed my stay very much. Kiki at the front desk is super kind and always made sure that everything was up to par. 11/9 edit: I also want to thank Patty and Pua for their kindness and for making my stay so great. The housekeeping staff also did a sensational job, please tell the whole team thank you!

First, I’d like to say I love the location and overall cleanliness of the hotel. Customer service was horrid. One individual in particular. I’ll spare you the details, but I’d strongly encourage management to work with staff to ensure they listen to guests, avoid gaslighting, and learn to handle mistakes properly. Customer service is key; as platinum elite members, we stay consistently with Marriott. While this may be a nice location with great amenities, I will not return based on my experience with one individual.

Nice hotel. Super comfortable beds and lots of amenities. The breakfast was really good for a continental breakfast. Spacious rooms it’s a modern bathroom. The courtyard in the middle of the building definitely gave it a nice feel. My car wasn’t able to fit in the underground parking so they let me keep it out front. Thanks.

We stayed here for a hockey tournament in Jan. The staff and rooms were exceptional so even though we live in denver, we decided to stay again in Feb for a gymnastics meet. Customer Service was good, but not as great as the first time. I’m planning a short weekend get away with some friends and suggested this place. Called for some information and unfortunately, the customer service is again, typical, not going above and beyond like they did the first time. Hopefully, our stay in March will be exceptional, so this can be our close home away from home as we visit Colorado Springs often!

Stayed here for a three day conference. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was attentive and friendly. I wasn't impressed with the breakfast food, but these types of buffets have their inherent limitations. Overall good experience!

Me and my family just moved 2000 miles across the country and we stopped in Colorado Springs for the night. First I want to give a shout out to Erica for being super helpful. She was more than accommodating to me and my family .After 14 hours on the road, it was more than a breath of fresh air we needed, although there's plenty of that in this town already. Room was great and actually had a nice view of the mountains to the west. Also want to give a shout out to the lovely lady, Kristy (I hope I spelled it right) for helping me when I lost my wallet and giving me some tips on my next destination. All in all, I highly recommend this property if your passing through Colorado Springs.

Great hotel right downtown. The staff was amazing and super helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The room layout was nice and different. The only negative was the pool was kinda small and only indoors. Also it was weird that there are basically three different hotels in the same building. We were on the 8th floor and i walked down the hall looking for ice and i came across a bunch of conference rooms and then a restaurant. There is a restaurant on my floor?

We are actually locals. We thought we would check out the rooftop bar, Lumen8 for a nightcap. Week night around 9ish, it wasn't too busy. We walked in and chose a table by the window. Well evidently we broke the secret "please don't seat yourself" rule or something because not one person came over to greet us much less ask if we wanted to order something. We saw the servers look at us several times. We saw them seat and wait on other people who came in after us. Eventually we left after it was evident no one was going to come speak to us. I suggest patronizing one of the great local bars mere blocks away from Lumen8. Service with a smile anywhere but this place.

We would come back. They met our expectations. BREAKFAST: It was very good for what it was! I never eat hotel eggs but everything else was good. I found it strange that I couldn't find whole milk. They had oat milk, which is fancy but I wanted so fattening whole milk with my raisin bran haha. PARKING: We didn't take advantage of their parking since we took a Lyft to/from the hotel, but they offer underground parking to protect your vehicle from the elements. There is a height restriction so be mindful of that. LOCATION: This area IS prone to homeless folks wandering around. At one point, a man with a very strong odor and extremely dirty clothes was loitering in the lobby. The staff was handling it well, but just something to be mindful of in case homeless people bother you. It didn't affect us as we've lived in dense, heart of downtown areas before. Others, it may be an issue. ROOM: The room was as advertised. I absolutely HATED their pillows. They were god awful and I slept horribly. BUT!!! I'm extremely picky with pillows and I usually bring my own. It just wasn't possible this trip. The shower doesn't get as hot as I'd like but the water pressure could strip paint off a wall. I say that as a GOOD thing. It was almost like a shower massage. 10/10 highly recommend their shower. CLEANLINESS: Very clean hotel, zero complaints and we felt like they cared for the sanitation and appearance of the property. STAFF: Absolutely lovely start to finish. I wish I knew the name of the gentlemen that checked us in because he was so kind and nice. I feel like he was a manager of sorts based on his clothing. He deserves a guest mention but I just don't recall his name. Tall, slim, dark-ish hair. Working the afternoon/early evening of October 19th, 2022 and I believe the next morning when we checked out. If someone sees this, let him know he was fantastic! I attempted to chat with the staff through the mobile app but nobody ever responded. That was disappointing but not a huge deal.

Wonderful new hotel in downtown Colorado Springs. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond. A special shout-out to Richard J. for excellent service.

Good downtown location. Fridge and microwave in room which is nice. On site parking but it is $15 so just keep that in mind. I find work Marriott Bonvoy their TVs never seem to turn on and what I've found is they are typically unplugged on the right hand side so always keep that in mind because often at night it can take a while for someone to answer the phone.

4 stars just because the shower head made me feel like I was the recipient of getting pressure washed, with the 15 degree tip. No need to floss as you can just smile and let the pressure do the work for you! Breakfast was good, overall the hotel was super clean. Would stay again, after doing a spartan race, for sure
