Brand new hotel! Great service! Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Numerous Restaurants within walking distance so you didn’t have to eat the same stuff everyday. Overall 100% great!

Brand new Hampton Inn. The staff are so friendly & welcoming. We stay at Hilton properties at least once a month due to work & the staff at this location is definitely at the top! They make you feel as though you are the only guests they have! Will definitely make this location our new favorite in Colorado Springs. The rooms are neatly arranged & bed is comfortable.

Friendly staff, Easy check in, and very clean room. This place is brand new with in the last year. Update to our stay. We extended our stay after night two for a total of 5 nights. We were told our room would get house cleaning the fourth day, that never happened. Get used to getting your own supplies to restock your room from the front desk and making your own beds, and empty your garbage’s because this place doesn’t give any house keeping for multi night stays. If you are sensitive to smells. the hotel has a horse oder from the horses in the back of the property. We will try somewhere also our next visit to town.

We stayed one night, checked in really late and Judy was chipper and friendly. She quickly set us up and gave us a concierge bag filled with some goodies. This is a newer hotel so it still had that new build smell. The rooms were clean and spacious . Absolutely would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodations.

This is a very nice property that has just recently opened. You'll be greeted by a very friendly staff that will help you with any questions that you might have. They will have breakfast available that offers a nice selection of continental breakfast items. The rooms are very well appointed and nice looking.

My only problem with the room was the configuration in the bathtub. The control is at standing eye level as are the soap dispensers. You have to stand up to adjust the water and to get soap. Otherwise, a great stay.

We stayed here July 2023 and the hotel is 8 months new so everything is up to par at this place. The location is great with many restaurants within walking distance, (Mexican, sushi, chicken salad Chick, Lobster place, greek, etc), and others a short drive, like Longhorns Steakhouse. Sprouts grocery across the street was well. The beds, pillows, and blankets, were very comfy. The shower worked well and the bathroom very clean. They serve a fantastic hot breakfast daily with waffles, eggs, meat, potates, hot oatmeal, etc. What's not to like!

My wife and I stayed at this Hampton Inn for 47 days beginning December 17, 2022. Our stay was AMAZING! Everyone treated us like family and they went out of their way to be helpful during our stay! Breakfast was AWESOME! Some years ago I worked in the hotel business (so I speak from experience) and I was so impressed with every one of the staff. They are AWESOME! Stayed here for a few days and I was very happy with the experience. The hotel was very clean, and still so new that some places in the building still smelled like new construction. The staff was friendly and patient. Breakfast ran surprisingly late, unless I just don't go to enough hotels, because it was from 6am - 10am, perfect for people who need to sleep in. The location is on Powers and Barnes, pretty much right in the center of the entertainment hub, super close to the movie theater, the local baseball stadium and soccer field, and plenty of places to eat and shop. And if you're lucky and get a front-side room and you're here for a summer Friday night, you'll see the fireworks the baseball team puts on every Friday. Only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because of the room doors. They are so heavy that you just CAN'T close them quietly. Even if you are able to pull the door forward slowly, once it reaches the door frame, it WON'T close. You HAVE TO slam it. So, you end up being That Person who is always slamming doors at the hotel. Once everyone goes to sleep, its no problem, but if someone is leaving early in the morning, prepare to wake up with them.

I stayed here for 3 weeks for work, it has been the best hotel I've stayed at. I really want to highlight Michelle and Judy. They were fantastic and went above and beyond multiple times. My room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Housekeeping was fantastic, and I never had to ask for anything.

I stayed here for a week recently. The entire staff was one of the best I've ever been serviced by. Night staff Raul checked me in with a delightful smile and very courteous energy. The morning and day staff of Meagan and Lupe always made sure my room and everything was clean and attended to. There were so many shops to grab food nearby. Whenever I'm in Colorado Springs next, I'll be sure to only stay at this hotel. Thank you all for your hospitality.

Good experience. Had problems with noise in the room next door as soon as I alerted staff. It was taken care of. Clean room, great service the front desk people were extremely awesome. Off the main street and away from the highway so no road noise.

I stayed here for one night, and I have to say it was a very, very excellent experience. The room was spacious, clean, and most importantly, comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel's location is also good, with a nearby 7-11 convenience store and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The surrounding area was quite quiet at night, and I didn't hear any noise. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of options, including delicious homemade pancakes and impressive coffee. There were also some savory choices and yogurt, oats, and more. I had a very enjoyable night here, and I would definitely recommend this place. I hope to visit again if I have the chance.

Great place to stay! Still has the new hotel smell. Staff was incredibly friendly and personable; rooms were very clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities and zero complaints. Big shout out to Brittni for making the visit fun and memorable.

Stayed here while working at St. Francis Medical Center. Location was great. It's a brand new hotel so everything was clean and updated. Service was phenomenal and I plan on staying again.

Excellent hotel! clean and easy to access. Beds were comfortable and i had the perfect amount of pillows. Lots of nearby places to eat and grab groceries. Judy at the front desk was a tremendous help. We even got free bags of breakfast on our way out since we were short on time! Ill be staying here next visit im in town forsure.

New hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Special shout out to the woman working the front desk, Michelle. She was helpful and patient with us when we asked to change rooms. It wasn't on them, I just wanted a room with a tub because we were traveling with a baby. FYI all King rooms are showers. Switched to a 2 Queen room which was perfect. Laundry on site at the end of the hall on the first floor. $1.50 for a 30 min wash and $1.00 for a 45 minute dry. Indoor pool! Open 6AM-12AM. Breakfast is small, but a nice selection. Eggs or omelets and a meat, either bacon or sausage. They have waffle makers and juice machine as well as milk, yogurts, and fresh fruit. Double special shout out to D, the young man who works the breakfast in the morning. He's always in a good mood and willing to get/help you with anything while keeping that whole station spotless. The management/ownership was present on one of our mornings and they were also kind and eager go assist me should I need it. We intended to stay just a day, but our travel plans were delayed and each day they extend me without a headache. 10/10 would recommend if you're traveling through Colorado Springs.
