We stayed here for a night after our flight was canceled. This location was much nicer than hotels closer to the airport. It was about a 30 minute drive to get to the airport in the morning. There were plenty of restaurants/things to do nearby. There was also a good view of the mountains.

Family members stayed at this location while attending a gymnastics meet at the Air Force Academy. While other members of the team chose a different location, our decision was made based on reviews (and our personal preference for Hampton Inn as a first choice) and they were absolutely correct. This hotel was clean and comfortable, has a clean accessible fitness center and pool with attached spa, includes the standard Hampton Inn breakfast buffet, has helpful professional employees, and easy access to restaurants and the Academy. This location should be the first choice of anyone traveling to the Colorado Springs area.

Beautiful scenery behind the hotel (definitely ask for a mountain view). Entire hotel was clean and smelled nice. Beds were super comfortable. Pool and hot tub were clean and not heavy on the chlorine smell. Employees were very welcoming and helpful!

A very friendly staff. At check in the receptionist asked a few questions, and moved us into a room on the top floor with a mountain view. Since our stay was 5 days the receptionist set up housekeeping for half way through the stay. A warm breakfast was available every day including seasonal pumpkin spice waffles. There is a guest laundry on the second floor. The pool, hottub, and gym is on the main floor. There was plenty of free parking. The rooms were clean, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Convenient and safe location.

What a beautiful hotel. The backdrop is the stunning Colorado Rocky Mountains. Plenty of retail and food places - we didn't have to drive at all during our stay. The continental breakfast was deluxe - being able to choose vanilla OR cinnamon waffles (very nice touch). We will absolutely stay at the Hampton Inn Colorado Springs in the future.

The Hotel is right off the highway with lots of stores and restaurants close by. The Hotel was clean. The Breakfast was fresh and good the breakfast attendant is very helpful. The reason that the I have given a one star is the water in the shower did not get hot and at 4:30 in the morning when your getting ready to go to a volleyball tournament its frustrating. Called the front desk but what they said to do didn't work. We didn't have time to change rooms and they didn't even offer that. At check out the lady didn't even apologize. If the water would have been Hot or they made the offer to use the room next to us if it was empty or another room close by but they didn't I would have given a 5 star rating. That ruined our stay. Nobody likes a cold shower.

A newer build in the Northern Academy area. Super clean with friendly staff. The rooms are a really good size even in single bed ones (I’ve stayed in both single and double), they’re charmingly decorated with vibrant colors to take away from those neutrals hotels stick to. Breakfast is served hot or grab n go style, whichever you choose. Coffee and tea available all day, which is exceptionally great in winter. Great for families or children less couples/ families/ business trips. The little convenient shop is stocked with some good options if you have a late craving, otherwise if you can’t go out just order grubhub to have it delivered from wherever. The area itself is perfectly convenient. There is a mall and a couple shopping centers across the street (mall is older but not a complete blah, they’re updating it, but it still has some good stores and good eating options)the closest shopping center has an O Reillys in case you need car stuff, Ihop, Dollar tree, other random stores, A nice shopping center across from the mall on the Briargate side with a Whole Foods/DSW/Nordstrom rack, Old Navy, Best Buy , aside from that almost anything you’re craving is nearby within walking or a mile for any dietary exemption. I have yet to experience all the amenities and will update my review after doing so, so far this location is my favorite, especially with Hampton inn as they are usually pretty old buildings and need a serious upgrading. If you’re visiting and don’t know the area well, here are some highlights from a local: Coffee lover- Starbucks is everywhere of course but if you want some local options, try Dutch bros if you like the sweet fun flavors (best to go when you’re not in a rush as the lines can be typically long but move quickly also), Drip Queen coffee in chapel hills mall across the street is unique, hand crafted with love (a family/veteran owned) that offers some other delectable options (I love the coffee in a cup chocolates!), this whole foods in the shopping center across from the mall has a coffee shop inside called Allegro which is good but sometimes it’s not open, they make good coffee though and if you’re going for some groceries it’s nice to stop by there for some caffeine or other drink, Ziggis drive through coffee has fun flavors and I love the zucchini bread slices, their burritos are good too with some nice salsa, Kangaroo coffee is one of my go to drive throughs as they offer local and organic coffee. If you’re willing to drive/bus or ride share my favorite coffee place is Switchback coffee and there are two locations not far from one another but I frequent the Hillside one. They get super busy inside during summer so finding a seat may be a challenge (either get there as soon as they open or maybe a few hrs before they close if you want to sit in) from the coffee to the food and service, it’s just a great experience. Food some walking distance others driving/public transit: if you are a meat eater Saltgrass steak house may be your go to, I’ve never eaten there but they are super popular for grubbhub deliveries (I drive grubhub), Olive Garden, Urban Tandoor, Red Robin, On the Boarder, Viets, Asian Cookery just to name a few in the immediate area. If you like Sanwhiches: Schlotskys, Jersey Mikes, South Jersey Subs, Subway. There are also many fast food places such as McDonald’s, Wendy’s , Qdoba, Panera, Chipotle, chic fil a , del taco in walking distance, others like Taco Bell, Panda Express, you can have delivered or drive . There’s also another nice shopping center if you go up voyager and turn right onto Briargate that has Sephora, ulta, apple store, and a bunch of other nice shops. I love to just get coffee and walk around there in the early morning it’s very nice.

Making memories at its best! I so love our stay here ang so far my kids favorite this year. Brand new hotel with a very modern design, spotless clean room, not suffocating chlorine scented pool area, fancy gym and friendly receptionists!

Our visit began with a kind, caring, and professional welcome from the front desk staff. The hotel overall, the room, and the pool area were stocked and nice and clean. The pool was kept at a great temperature for the beginning of October as it is getting into the cooler months. Breakfast in the morning was not only delicious, but there were plenty of options for my family to choose from. We will definitely be returning, thank you! :-)

I stay at this location because it's very clean and the beds are quite comfortable. However, there is an issue that needs to be fixed. In almost every room I've stayed in, the sink drain, shower drain and shower head need to be fixed. A slow drain is a health hazard. There should not be any standing water in the shower nor the sink. It's gross. Also, shower heads are not expensive. When they deteriorate, they should be replaced. Please fix these issues.

I am writing a review out of genuine frustration. My husband and I got caught in a hail storm after a long drive. We were exhausted and wanted a quiet place for the night. The rooms are great, beds are comfy, staff was very nice. We did not have a great stay. There was a drunk woman yelling in the hallways. The people above us stomped all night long to the point where it was so loud they kept waking us up. They placed us right next to the laundry room and the dryer kept running all night. We tried calling the desk once with no answer. Even then, we left with no complaints as we know noise happens in hotels. This morning, the final charge for the room which was $278 at the time of payment, cleared for almost $400. What? It’s not a deposit hold. It’s an actual cleared charge for way over the room rate. We left the room clean. We literally had dinner, slept, and left after finally getting like 3 hours of sleep.

This hotel is one of the nicest, cleanest hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Special shout out to Araya (sorry if I misspelled your name). Asked for some extra pillows on my way out to get some dinner, the second I walked back in the lobby with my dinner they brought me two pillows without being asked, she remembered me and this goes a LONG way in making me feel like a valued guest! ❤️

Well located property; great view. Arrival welcoming. Room disappointing (leaky faucet/short shower curtain/rough bedding) for such a new hotel. Cold coffee at breakfast
