I have been with Longevity Care Clinic for about 6 months now since moving to Colorado. I am a healthcare professional nurse for 50 years now and I know quality when I see it, sense it, feel it and experience it. Longevity is everything I could have hoped for in a healthcare clinic. Staff are all caring and compassionate. This is a small, privately owned clinic not subject to corporate influences. They communicate well. There is an individualized comprehensive and thorough plan for me unlike anything I have experienced! They utilize a variety of resources and referrals as an extended part of their team and follow up with integrating all services coordinating ongoing care. I would highly recommend them. You must see it, experience it to believe it! I have 'found a new home' to meet my medical needs!

If you have any type of health issue, I would highly recommend Longevity Care Clinic. Dr. P is highly qualified and honest in his assessments and treatments. The staff is also knowledgeable and friendly. They have a variety of treatments that help support and boost your immune system. I feel so happy that I found this clinic!

I was sick last April and made an appointment on the 27th. When I arrived they informed me that they would no longer be accepting my insurance effective the end of the month (3 days notice). They handled me letter they supposedly sent to their affected patients quoting the last day they'd take my insurance would be April 31st (not even a real date). They also said they wouldn't see me for my appointment either because I had a balance due. Their error because they didn't bill my insurance correctly. No apology, just flat out rude! It took them weeks to figure out what they did wrong, it took me one phone call. Obviously I left that day without a primary care provider and sick. No way to treat people!

Professional, knowledgeable staff and friendly family atmosphere. You could not ask for a better place to try and get healthy/lose weight + they address concerns one would never have thought of. Their equipment is top shelf.

Dr P really listened and explained things in a way we'd never heard before. Motivating analogies and wonderful word pictures! Katy is helping me stay motivated as I seek which foods will best support healing enochrinoligical problems. Dr P, P.A. Ashley, and nutritionist Katy have all given me realistic hope and help. I am already doing a bit better and look forward to more healing!

Visited Dr P for the second time after receiving a few tests he’d recommended. He reviewed everything thoroughly with me as well as a laid out and detailed plan for care and suggested supplements. I’ve been to a variety of practitioners that push very pricey supplements, but Dr P seems to give recommendations that are cost effective, but then leaves all of the decisions to you. I appreciate not feeling pressured into purchasing things here, but still receiving premiere care that will put me back on the road to wellness! Office staff are kind and personable. I will not be using anywhere else for my future care!

At my first appointment, Dr. Pavlovic took about an hour on my visit to listen to my concerns, also for me to get acquainted with him. He treated me and my body as an individual. We all have different needs/issues/solutions. Patients are not treated like a check-off list, if you understand my meaning. Without saying too much, he has helped me with multiple issues, some involved the help of Ashley and Katie. A couple issues were doing 100% better after finishing the office visit. I keep thanking them, because after years of trying to figure myself out (no thanks to doctors/medical care of the past) I am feeling/functioning so much better. The office uses traditional and more natural medicine. Whatever works best for a person. The whole office staff are engaging and friendly. They care for their patients. They take all kinds of insurance. They have a monthly plan for those who would like a more comprehensive whole body health treatment. Look at their webpage to see the staff and their backgrounds. I've had gut issues for 2 years and no one could figure it out. I am working with Dr. P. who finally has been able to help me. I highly recommend this clinic! They actually care. Dr. P. has an amazing ability to make me feel comfortable, and obviously based on my time with him figuring our my problem, he's very knowledgable. Thanks to the whole team!

Went in recently and used their Ionic Detox and watched how the procedure worked to rid my body/immune system of nasty toxins that had weakened my body's ability to rid itself of them. I felt better than I did when I arrived before the treatment. I will go back for more and I am telling family and friends. There are many different ways to improve your health with this clinic. The staff are very professional and really care about the whole you. Check them out. I'm glad I did.

Finding an MD that has both allopathic and holistic knowledge, who listens, is kind and caring, has a wonderful staff, and lovely office is a rare find! We love Longevity! Thank you Dr. P and staff! ❤

I am getting great help with improving my health from NP Ashley Melchiorre and nutritionist Katie Miller is not only helping me to get healthy and lose weight but is the first person I’ve worked with that acknowledges eating disorders and knows it’s gotta be slow steady changes to make it last also love Teri who is very personable as well there is a lot of fancy stuff there as well and nobody pushes me to do stuff I can’t afford

Dr. Pavlovic and his staff are the most professional, and most caring medical office that I have ever experienced. During this time, where the health care profession has become more difficult to navigate than ever, it is very refreshing to be a patient at Longevity.

Excellent services with superb caregivers who are thorough, not only listening to the needs of their clients but addressing them promptly and providing different options, rounded out with a courteous, focused and efficient staff. Very grateful for their keeping me in a state of wellness.
