Typical Broadmoor style and fashion. The rooms are Exquisitely appointed. The views are outstanding. The Bar Restaurant has great food and service, thank you Adam for taking such wonderful care of my group. Walking the grounds is like being a wonderful experience. Everything is perfect. I bring my family here every other year for the holidays and we're never disappointed!!

A beautiful, historic gem kept in pristine condition. Be sure to take a walk on the grounds around the lake. Also, spend time in the hallways checking out the hundreds of celebrities, past presidents and sports legends who have visited the Broadmoor.

The rooms are very nice. Seldom did I see staff smile. Polite, but none were welcoming. I ordered a rack of lamb at their restaurant. It had more fat than meat. The creamed spinach was incredibly salty. It was a very unpleasant meal. I commented to the server, who offered to comp a desert. I really wanted a decent meal, not a scoop or sorbet. Wouldn't go there again.

Wonderful restaurants with a wide variety of food and also very family friendly. Staff have been very helpful and the rooms and grounds are well maintained. We enjoyed the spa and fitness facilities, also the outdoor pool and the golf. Definitely looking forward to our next visit and trying out more of the wilderness adventures.

I always love staying at the Broadmoor. The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful. I love the history of Spencer and Julie Penrose and their dream of this hotel. The staff is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. There is so much to do here. Shops, restaurants, movie theater, bowling alley, artwork and historical items to see. There’s a free art/history walking tour offered and the Penrose museum across the street is fun. I enjoy walking around the lake but inconsiderate guests have discarded trash, gum and cigarettes and left the their dog’s excrement for others to step in. Of course the Broadmoor will clean it up and keep everything beautiful but they shouldn’t have to. Please respect this property so others can enjoy it for many, many more years.

Beautiful property! Horrible beds, I went with my 2 kids and we got 2 twin beds. I didn’t sleep for 5 nights. Bedding was more like a cheap motel but the property itself was nothing but 5 stars.

Property and locations is premium. Lots of scenic spots to enjoy a walk or a sit with loved ones. Rooms are great along with the facilities. The food for us was unfortunately the weak link here. Very high prices are fine, as long as the food quality brings the value. Also, I love to tip 15-20% for par - excellent service. Every restaurant on the grounds charges a mandatory 20% gratuity and then has a separate discretionary tip section on top. When I inquired, 20% is apparently split amongst all hotel staff and something like 70% of the discretionary goes to the server. Seems like the hotel could be more clear about this. If 20% is mandatory, adjust your prices to reflect reality and customers can tip servers. Or explain your policy clearly.
