Saw this place listed as a top 30 restaurant to go to in CO springs, and it was worth it! Such a fun vibe, but man we’re the drinks and food good… I got the Razorgirl and I swear it tastes like a sour patch kid, so yummy! We also had the Spicy Seared Ahi Donburi Rice Bowl and the Pork & Chicken Gyoza, delish!

Great bar with amazing drinks and food! I absolutely loved the atmosphere. Their lychee buck (not pictured) is SO GOOD and refreshing. My boyfriend and I are obsessed with their takoyaki. We will be back!

Was looking for a late nigh sushi spot in the springs. This was the one and only option. I’m glad it was though! Great food and great service! I don’t remember the names of everything we got. I know the ball looking things are a fried octopus w some other ingredients. Whatever it is. It’s fuego. Also the bowl was good and spicy! The tuna roll was fresh. Thanks for reading.

Very cool interior and friendly staff. Drinks were fabulous! Not much choice for food but...it is delicious and you aren't overwhelmed with tons of choices. Definitely will go back.

The atmosphere of CHIBA will transport you to another world full of unique dishes under soft neon lighting while anime plays effortlessly on different size monitors and televisions in the background. The service is also impeccable, our waiter Frank gave us enough space to enjoy our time while consistently checking on us with a very relaxing vibe. We Definitely felt safe at this beautiful location and that's always so very important to myself and family. Thank you for having us.

Hands down best Japanese bar/ cyberpunk vibe bar in Colorado. The takoyaki is super crunchy on the outside and super chewy on the inside! The drinks are amazing, the vibe is just perfect. Will be coming here more often .

I love this place! They have a cool, higher energy vibe with colorful lights and loud music. The food is also fantastic, creative spins on Japanese favorites and equally creative cocktails.

Found this gem while on a Cocktail tour in Colorado Springs... the presentation of food and drinks was beautiful! The owner shared his story and inspiration for the Chiba Bar- really cool place, but it I can only give it 4/5 bc they had no vegetarian options. My friends loved the dishes they ordered, I stuck to the drinks here.

This place is amazing! Best Takoyaki I've ever tasted, awesome cocktails (including a Lychee and a Yuzu cocktail), perfect atmosphere for a scifi author. My friend and I found this place accidentally after a writers' conference, and we will be making the trip back whenever we're in town. Wonderful experience!

Had the absolute best impromptu date night at this hidden gem! Chiba Bar is essentially Blade Runner themed and has not only a cool futuristic vibe and fabulous bartenders, but the innovative food and drink exceeded expectations as well. We'll definitely be back!

We LOVED this place! Cool atmosphere, great service, fun drinks and excellent food! We had the edamame dip, Ahi Bowl, Tofu Bowl and the Takoyaki. They were all amazing! If you don’t like tofu, you’ll like this bowl. If you like tofu, you’ll love it! The Takoyaki was to die for! We were so glad we ate dinner here. 10/10 Recommend!

Took my dad and brother who was visiting from Japan. They loved it! Fun celebration of Japanese culture. Recommend the takoyaki and gyoza. Decent selection of Japanese whiskeys. We enjoyed the Yamazaki 18. Did not disappoint!

Great atmosphere and food here. The sushi tools and spicy ahi were very well prepared. The unagi, however, is absolutely fantastic. It's prepared with a bit of char, which is like nothing I've ever had before. Highly recommended.

Had such a lovely dinner here tonight with my boyfriend! The food was awesome and our server (I think his name was Michael) was so nice! The vibe inside was great too. Will definitely be back :)

We stumbled upon this bar last night while exploring downtown CoS, and were very surprised to find ourselves in steampunk bar with great vibes. The food and cocktails were truly amazing, very well thought out and executed. Staff was very friendly. What a gem.

Great atmosphere and wonderful service! Cocktails were very good and all the dishes were excellent. I really liked their take on the mochi ice cream as the quarter slices gave the visible impression of seasoned poke with a taste and texture melting away with a chewy skin. The cherry luxardo syrup underneath was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend trying both mango and chocolate for contrast.

This food is frickin' amazing!! Creative, cooked to perfection, visually stunning and yummy beyond belief. Like really, really unbelievable. Cocktails were fun, interesting, unusual and enticing. When I woke up the next morning I was not sure it was real ... was I exaggerating? Intoxicated the night before? I confirmed with my husband, yes indeed, it was amazing for sure & needs some serious accolades. We cook all of the time and tend to be hypercritical of food. We were down in the Springs from the Denver Metro area & hope they do open a location in Denver!! NW Denver would be preferred, but we would drive to another location if you come.

A must visit spot if you ever get a chance! The owner was absolutely awesomely cool! The swag, atmosphere, decor, drinks were 10 out of 10! Would, did and will continue to recommend this place!

Staff is very friendly and customer service is excellent. Definitely a great bar with good food options. Love the spicy combo rice bowl. I love spice and it's spicy indeed! Staff also gave us a cool sticker! Definitely a great experience.

Great food and service here every time I visit. You can’t go wrong with anything off their menu, but you absolutely have to try their takoyaki. There’s is the best I’ve had compared to other restaurants I’ve been to. Can’t wait to come back!

The staff are super nice, the food is amazing, especially the eel bowl, and the drinks are GREAT!! It's a very calm but fun atmosphere to hang out, have a few brews or whatever, and watch any shows that are on and chat on about whatever! It's very much a calm and fun atmosphere!

I should have come sooner. This is definitely a well kept secret. Unassuming from the street opens to a cool spot. Something about a concrete bar with neon signage works so well. Cowboy bebop on the screens and cool lofi on the speakers is a nice touch. This is a place you come in a forget about the time. I didn't eat but the food smells phenomenal and the service is top notch. Over 15 Japanese whiskeys on the shelf and sake on tap. Well done. Thanks, Anastacio.

Cool spot in downtown, love the cyberpunk theme. We had multiple small dishes and they all tasted delicious! There are multiple sake options, and all are very well priced.

Had many great experiences here, every server and bartender I've had has been amazing. I'm not much of a bar person and Anastacio and John recommended the Razor Girl drink which was perfect. Friendly relaxed environment, good drinks and good people. Can't complain.

Chiba is good in my book. The lychee drink was delicious. The menu is very limited and I ordered the majority of the items on the menu and it was tasty while hot but they got salty when it got cold. I think they put too much unagi sauce on some of the dishes. They played anime on their screens and the ambiance was great. The service was phenomenal as the waitress came around refilling our drinks and was being attentive.
