So I wanted to do a comparison between Drifters and In-N-Out because I've heard they are similar. In my opinion, they are pretty similar but I believe that Drifters has a better burger. The depth of flavor and quality was just superior in a Drifters burger. I order the Double Cheeseburger(Wild Style) and was extremely pleased. I arrived around 8:30 (closed at 9:00) and they were extremely polite and fast. I was out of the drive thru in less than 3 mins. I would definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for a good quality burger in the area.

First time I have been to Drifter’s! Wow burger’s are awesome, taste good, large portion of fries. Definitely better than in and Out! I will have to visit often. Also switched out a chocolate shake in my combo and was only charged $1 more. Anywhere else would have been $2-$3 more! Yummy Had Wild style double cheeseburger combo!

Greasy, cheesy, messy goodness! Absolutely delicious. Super fast and friendly service. If you're looking to feed your inner demon this is the place.. Loved it.

Absolutely fantastic burgers. Reminiscent of the style/taste you'll find at In-N-Out, but with more quality. We enjoyed the shoestring fries and milkshakes... but we felt that the flavoring was just a little weak and could've used more. Also, the regular shake is a little smaller than you might expect, so order up if you want a bit more. The only reason we didn't rate it a 5-star was because drive-thru is still your only option and we would have much preferred to avoid the long line, which starts to clog the parking lot into other businesses and spots very quickly. The service was speedy enough, considering how everything is freshly cooked, but each car is easily going to be at least 5 minutes if not more to process. We would definitely come back and hope that whatever renovations are being done will be finished by then.

Drifter’s was the perfect place to come pick up some fast food. Super nice employees and fresh burgers. The shakes are also delish!

What a great Cafe burger. Just what I wanted at that time. I'll be back for sure. I just wonder why anyone would go to a fast food burger place with great burgers like this available. Got fruit instead of fries and there was even berries in the mix. If there was more of a real side of fruit I would have rated 5 stars.

Love Drifters! I have been coming here since they opened. Best burger in town. The reason for 3 stars? Every time I come here now, it’s a 20-30 minute wait minimum for drive through. I don’t know if they just have super slow people or what’s going on. They never used to take this long. It’s also super disappointing that they no longer allow you to go inside. All drive through service.

Fantastic!!!! I searched high n low in COS for a great burger place!!! I found it. I can't say enough about the whole experience. If u want a great burger, fries u must pay them a visit. Ty for your awesome meal and customer service which was also a 110%. Happy customer. Blessings

Went through the drive thru..had about 5 cars ahead of us and still the wait was relatively short so definitely points for that..had a double cheeseburger combo, cooked well, tasted good, and traveled well. The only downside to me PERSONALLY was the sauce or dressing that they put on the cheeseburger but that's just a personal matter. Solid experience overall, would love to try more of their stuff. So this place has been here a while now. Every time I drive past it there's a long line. I decided to wait in that line one evening with my friend who raved about it. Honestly, it was well worth the wait. It's a really good burger. And it's styled as in-n-out but just better. Definitely get the wild style.

Only drive through open still. Fast food from a drive through never tasted so good! Best burgers in town! I miss the one that used to be in Briargate, but glad we still have this one around! Definitely order your burger "wild style"! So juicy and savory. Fries... neither bad nor wow. Good size serving with meal combo. Meal combo drinks are huge! Glad it wasn't half full of ice... just the right amount. Quick service and got the drive through special orders right for a van of 8. Impressive!

At the time of posting, the dining room is closed, the atmosphere inside my car is a bit lackluster. Gloomy, dusty, and trash everywhere. Someone should clean up, I mean really. At least the music is good. All jokes aside, the food is great and the cashier at the window is always nice.

Love to stop here for a treat. Great burgers that aren't too big and the fries are top notch. When we last went through, we thought we could smell onion rings and asked if we could add some to our order. The girl at the window handled the situation very well when she explained they did not have that item and joked that is for the best because the staff would probably eat them all.

Was only able to get drive thru , but the burger was really good and very fairly priced! I can't find anything to complain about besides maybe a better drive through lane design lol :)

The food is ok, very derivative of In n Out and Whataburger. My husband liked his Big Cahoona Burger, our son liked his cheeseburger, and I liked my grilled chicken, just wish it had spices or Franks Red hot on it to give it a little something extra. The fries were also good.

Really good burgers but unfortunately you can only go here once in a great while because their drive through line is like 10 to 15 cars long at all times like 80 percent of people don’t have a hour wait for a burger. People have to work u know. And you can only do a drive through order which makes it even worse. The owner should fix this or continue missing out on thousands and thousands of dollars. A lot of people see the line and leave. And this is coming from a business owner myself. These Two things mean everything speed and quality

Excellent food.. burger is fresh to order on a nice toasted bun. Whom ever greeted when ordering was nice and person who took money was nice and smiling

The buger was delicious! My husband got the grilled chicken and didn't really like it though. If you go here I recommend sticking to the burger. I should have gotten a double patty because there wasn't much burger to topping ratio but it was delicious either way.

Drive thru only! OK, so I'm trying it out for the first time. I've heard it's like or better than in and out. Let me say in MY Opinion, it's very much like in and out, but it's definitely not better. The best part is the burger, which is great and dam near close to in and out, but the freshness and quality is a bit lacking with my one experience. The French fries were not good at all. They tasted like they were cooked in old oil or lard with a bad and overwhelming aftertaste. I tried the strawberry shake, and it was OK but lacked flavor. The prices are a bit more expensive than in n out, and I still prefer the double double and animal style fries. Also, the dining room being closed sucks obviously... Overall, I still recommend giving them a try because you will like it and possibly love it!

2 stars for CS only. Don't know what type of meat this hamburger patty actually is. It did not taste like beef, at all. To compare, it tasted like lamb, or something gamey. Not a fan. The buns were nice and the toppings and sauce were good, only. French fries were hot and fresh but nothing spectacular. I was disappointed.

Definitely in my top 5 favorite burger places. Simple but yet so delicious. Affordable for any budget. Drive thru is always quick and I've never had any issues with my food being wrong.

Good not great. The customer service is amazing I’ll give them that. I had a hamburger combo for less than $10 which is nice. They serve Pepsi products which is fine. The fries were lacking salt but they were HOT and fresh. The burger gets all the flavor from the sauce, which made some bites disappointing. The vegetables were crisp and fresh. Overall it doesn’t trump in n out but it’s an okay alternative if you’re on that side of town and don’t have time to wait for in n out.

I was told this place was just like in & out. The first time I tried them I was not impressed. I recently was in the area and wanted to give them another shot. To my surprise it was very good. Fries are way better than in & out. Not that takes much. Burger was very good. Pretty close to in & out

Drifter's has the best California-style burgers in town, hands down. We've been going here for years, and we made it a tradition to stop there every time we leave or enter town to go to the Denver airport, and especially when we come back from DIA since it's a great comfort food after a long difficult travel. The ingredients are awesome and they use local beef. The food is extra amazing when the line is long so it's definitely worth the wait. 11/10 would recommend

So I should note that I'm giving this 3 stars only because their drive through is very very slow. Waiting in line for around 10-15 minutes for 4 cars go ahead of me. Went around 1:50pm. Other than that, let's not forget that the burgers are almost worth the wait. Delicious burgers and the fries are great, and OMG the shakes are super smooth and delicious. I'll see if my drive through experience is different next time and if it's better I'll revise my rating.
