I took my daughter out on a daddy daughter date. She wanted to eat at the place with the tomato sign. The entire experience at this establishment was sad. Starting with the dark parking lot which felt rather unsafe. Inside, no one was at the counter for several min and we just waited. When we ordered the cashier was pretty much insisting on a tip, and kept trying to push the button for the highest amount on the machine. Trying to find a clean table was impossible. There were only four clean tables, the others all had dishes on them, even though there were only three or four other customers in the building. Each table we went to was sticky and gross. It is as though they used a dirty floor mop to wipe off the tables. We found the least dirty and used water and napkins to clean the table better. We got our food, which was not bad. Just average, nothing to write home about. But each order should have had bread sticks. The guy who dropped off the order said they didn't have plates and he couldn't bring out bread until he had plates. He said using a carry out bag was not an option when I asked. We were at the table for 20-25 min and finished our dinner, then the guy showed up with a couple breadsticks. We were done so it was a mute point at that time. The overall experience here was very poor. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The outside of the building should have been an indicator that what was inside was dark and unenjoyable as well. There are other places in town, give them a shot before trying this one if you have a choice. Follow up: Fazoli's asked me to email them. I did. They did not reply. It was just an act to make it look like they cared, which makes it an even worse place. Still recommending you go anywhere else. Stay away from this Fazoli's.

Hello Everyone, Fazolis a place I have not been in a long time. It’s was pricey for my wife and I $32.42 for this type of restaurant. The food was cold and have no flavor, like it this sauce came out of a can. The pizza it was dry, and the salad was ok. The silverware was dirty We asked for plasticware. Never again One L T1

The worst fazolis I've ever been to. We've tried them a few times now and we are officially done. Both times rude teenagers taking orders, never put all the ingredients in what we order, example... chicken parmesan sandwich supposed to have PESTO!!!! Never does. Loaded alfredo had no broccoli or mushrooms, and also it's way to overpriced. Done. The one in Augusta Georgia is absolutely fantastic tho. The young people in Colorado seem miserable not like the happy gentleman and young ladies down south. I can't help but feel sorry for them. Men are clean shaven and handsome where I come from not scruffy nasty hair and beards. Depression and mental illness seem to run wild here. Don't bother emailing them either as you can see from the comment below they will not reply.

Ordered from here and had it delivered to the house. We ordered Wings, pizza, breadsticks, and spaghetti with meatballs. What I didn’t order was food poisoning with a side of intense vomiting and explosive diarrhea, but your restaurant so graciously blessed me with this little surprise.

We came in for dinner last night and it was really busy. The crew at this location seems to have a good control over quality and flavor. It did take a little longer than expected but we were happy to wait as we had delicious bread to hold us over. Our server Kayla was very friendly and made us feel like we were important. It was a nice feeling being back in a normal restaurant environment. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for the great family time

ordered some food and made them into a meal, was charged on the receipt for all these items, but was missing my breadsticks, my soda, my pizza, and my salad. very disappointing. called them and was told they cant do anything about it.

Me and my husband ordered from here and got their amazing Alfredo’s pastas! My order wasn’t right the first time (don’t hate mistakes happen)So I called in and Datrell went above and beyond ! And made sure that the order was correct when we came back and, that we were taken care of, he was very kind, understanding, and professional. We got our food fresh. I will be returning for sure 💕🌸

It took two people to figure out how to give the right amount of cash back. It might be safer next time to pay with a card. I got the lunch special and asked how large the slices were. She couldn't tell me, so I asked if one slice was large enough for a meal. She said yes. I'm glad I got two slices. They were small. The taste was bland, and the crust was super thin. I got the pepperoni slices, and there was an "adequate" amount of pepperoni to call it pepperoni.

Datrell and another gentlemen who waited on me in the drive through were so friendly, so helpful.They answered all my questions. I had such a great experience. The food was hot and delicious. Thx guys. It's so nice you do the cooking fast. It gives me more time to be with my family.

I came here alone today to dine in and to try the new cheese ball skewers and the shrimp Alfredo manicotti. My "waitress" Emma was AMAZING! So kind and wanted to do nothing but help her customers. I wish every waitress was like her at every restaurant! And the food was delicious! The cheese balls were crispy and melty and my manicotti came out bubbling hot. I've always loved fazolis so much, they have the best bread sticks, way better than Olive Garden and they have even been proving to be better than Olive Garden even with their dishes. Fazolis is unlike any fast food restaurant, I mean where can you get pasta from a drive through?? 10 out of 10 recommend especially if darling Emma is working!

Went here today for the first time. I wasn't expecting really anything out of a fast food Italian place. We were just hungry and needed lunch and my son really wanted bread sticks. We were so impressed by all the employees we interacted with. From the employees taking orders at the front (who made sure my son got all of the bread sticks he wanted, seriously they even brought out a basket of fresh-out-of-the-oven bread sticks...which were divine), to the people bussing tables and serving food to the tables.. everyone was just really friendly and helpful.

Great experience tonight, Datrell, the manager took our order and got us through a long line of customers very quickly! Get home, food is delicious! Good food, good prices, good service.

Kudos to Brandon at the drive-up window for being outstanding. I don't eat here very often but have lived in the neighborhood for seven years and the folks who work here have always been friendly and upbeat and I have appreciated everyone! And the baked lasagna is great...thanks to whoever manages this location.

The Alfredo is tasty... Bread sticks are greasy and good...and the cheesecake they serve is from the cheesecake factory(so you know it'll be good)...I always get strawberry:)..and the fried cheese skewers with marinara are the bomb

Always clean. Even when super busy. Great staff. Reasonably priced food that is enough different from usual fast food to feel like it isn't fast food at all! The all you can eat bread sticks are wonderful.

Haven't been to a Fazoli's for long time and I'm not sure why. The food was filling, hot, and delicious . I has the baked Ziti with two bread sticks and a side salad. Perfect amount of food. Full for hours. Service was excellent. Enjoyable will be back.

I come here for the yummy baked spaghetti and love it. However the last time I was here the person taking the order was a little rude and forgot to give us our desserts. We had already driven home before we knew because they knot the bags closed then we had to go back and show our receipt but they did eventually give us our desserts.

Willis was fantastic! He was running the lobby & drive thru and made sure orders were correct while also keeping the lobby clean & stocked. We love Fazoli’s! The food is consistently great, the staff are always wonderful and the food always comes out hot, fast & correct. We will definitely come back soon

I just spent $30 of food. Get home 30 minutes later and it is missing items and completely wrong! I was the ONLY person there. They literally had no other customer at 1100AM. I should not be shocked and disappointed, but I am. I'd understand if this was a McDonalds on the south side of town. You don't pay $30 at McDonalds for two hamburgers. Bad customer service and management are the #1 reason for going out of business.

Normally a good place to eat. After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked about our food. Turns out it had been sitting under the heat lamp. Outer exposed noodles (not underneath sauce) were dry & hard. Bread sticks were way over salted & buttered. They were soggy from the butter & our lips puckered with all the salt. Mentioned it to the manager & his response was he thought it was fine. Then he walked away.

I love Fazolis! Great food at reasonable prices! I met my dad here for lunch. He arrived early and they got him a drink while he waited and didn't charge him until we both ordered. The quality of the staff is exceptional!

It was fast, hot and fresh. Not bad for a low budget Olive Garden.. lol

Fazoli’s, I want to like you! I have given you so many chances. But then I place an order for 2 full size entrees and one of the ravioli has 5 total pieces! I don’t understand. One Alfredo and one meat sauce, same size. Each of these is $9.99 each. What is the deal? We’re not big people. But there we were, after dinner, still hungry. Well I guess I could get something out of the freezer.

I ordered online using doordash pick up service. When we got to the restaurant the manager said the doordash driver picked it up when i ordered for pick up and not delivery. They refused to work with me until i called doordash and already left the restaurant, they then decided to “remake” us food. It’s a 21 minute drive, he should’ve thought of that while we were there since it was their mistake why my food is missing. I’m just confused why he didn’t think to to make us food while we were still there. Im just mad how Incompetent the manager is. So frustrating

The staff was really friendly, the food was great, and the price was very reasonable. My order was originally charged wrong (I was undercharged), because they didn't catch that I wanted the more expensive version of the meal I ordered. They added to my meal and did not charge me. The portions were much larger than I expected. And they gave me 4 breadsticks, when I thought a meal only came with 2. I was very happy with the service, as well as how quickly I received my order.

Today, 19 October 21 is our first time to order in this resto through online and we’re very disappointed for the service we got. Our order was given to the door dash driver without even checking if it was the right order for pick-up. The Manager on duty did not even offer us something and make any solution to our concern. We travelled 20 minutes away and did not even bother to offer us something? It was not our fault.

This was a great experience tonight. It was clean quiet and breadsticks were still free like they were in the 90s. Alex clearly went above and beyond and if he isn't at least an assistant manager, then he deserves to be.
