Absolutely Fabulous 2 bedroom Sweet Suite Room 233. I can’t say enough great stuff about this place. Somewhat hidden behind the Holiday Inn, it’s walking distance Circle K, Outback Steakhouse and Old Chicago Pizza deals the entire mf’ing deal for me. We gonna come here just for fun!

GREAT hotel! Scott and his team here were so helpful last night. Our home caught fire and we had to find a place to stay with 4 kids. We called him up and he was so helpful and kind to our family. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. He showed our children so much kindness and did everything he could to comfort us. The breakfast was amazing and he made sure to check up on us in the morning. 10 out of 10 will definitely stay here again. Thanks again Scott, you are such an amazing person and keep your property so clean and comfortable!

The hotel was excellent! Everything from breakfast, cleanliness of the room, staff was very friendly and helpful. The location and view were a bonus! The view from the back and the pool are perfect for Colorado Springs. The kitchenette was fully stocked with anything I needed. Close to restaurants and shopping.

This is a great hotel that I would gladly recommend others stay at when in Colorado Springs. It is tucked away off the highway so it is nice and quiet. The customer service was exceptional from all the staff. The General Manager engages personally with his guests and attends to everyone of their needs with a kind and professional attitude. Lastly, the location is ideal as everything needed (and more) is accessible in the immediate area (restaurants, shops, malls, movie theaters, etc.).

Love how the hotel is tucked away. The views from the second floor balcony are beautiful. Little hiking trail behind the hotel with stream. The staff is kind and helpful. We stayed 5 days and it was great.

Excellent stay. The pet friendly queen suite with kitchen was perfect. It was clean, very comfortable and was a welcome alternative to expensive AirBnb's. The staff and manager were extremely warm, welcoming, accommodating and professional. The daily included breakfast was good, with healthy options which we appreciated. The amenities; outdoor pool, hot tub, barbecues, grounds and walking trails with beautiful mountain views were lovely. A surprisingly excellent stay, so good we actually extended! A Hotel Worth Recommending
If you're looking for a great hotel, I highly recommend this one. Their customer service is top-notch, and their staff is incredibly friendly. Scott, the manager, is especially amazing. I've stayed in a lot of Staybridges and this one does not live up to standards. The most concerning aspect of our stay was the breakfast served. The "hot" food like eggs and sausage and potatoes were cold coming out of the serving containers, raising concerns about food safety. All of the baked goods served were stale. The juices were out for hours and I had to say something to get them refilled. You hate to have to go out and buy yourself breakfast after paying almost $200 for a single night. The rooms were fairly quiet on interior walls but the windows didn't insulate sound well and the nearby train could be heard clearly at night. The website said nothing about the hot tub being seasonal, so we were very disappointed it was not usable.

Service was excellent! Rooms were very well appointed, very spacious for a larger family. We used the barbecue outside is very clean. Room was always picked up and cleaned every days, breakfast was really good. The hotel is super familiar 🥰 the manager make Chocolate cuquie for everyone ✨hi was Super nice. Super clean ✨ I recommended 10/10 Thank you . Pool and hot tub were a family favorite. 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely love this location and staff! I stayed here for 2 months for work and had family come as well. Complementary dinner three nights a week and great, hot breakfast every morning. The rooms were cleaned very well by housekeeping. Can't wait to come back to visit!

I would recommend this Staybridge, as it provided a very good value with a convenient location. The fact that both breakfast and dinner was provided during my stay made it an even better deal. Everyone I came in contact with at this hotel were pleasant and professional. The people management seems to be well taken care of, which goes a long way. My one complaint is that the facilities were not as clean and maintained as I like. This is a quirky particularity of mine, and since no one in my party made a single comment about it, I think it's just me.

First off, our night wouldn't be complete without saying that Adam at the front desk at night is a great man. He accommodated my big family in a 2 room suite and made sure we were well taken care of. Definitely recommend this place and if you run into Adam at the front desk, he will be sure to treat you great im sure. The rooms were clean. The pool was fun and the staff is wonderful. My family will definatly return again on our next road trip. You won't find a better room than at this place in town. I promise you that.

I have to throw in a shout-out to the great staff at this hotel. We booked another hotel and they messed up our reservation. They could not take us for first night of our stay. We walked across the street and ended up here. The front desk staff was very friendly, very efficient, and helped us turn a bad day into a good one. The kitchenette, with a full size refrigerator, was an unexpected pleasure. The breakfast was good and the rest of the staff was polite and attentive. I would stay here again. I was sad to leave this place and go back to our original hotel on the second day. We had to because we were there with a group.

The staff was amazing, especially the front desk. The rooms left a lot to be desired. Exhaust fans covered in thick dust, loose handles on cabinets and shower, and just kinda lazy housekeeping. That was disappointing. The view, however, was amazing. Waking up to the mountains every morning was just amazing.

This place ROCKS!!!! Backed up against a creek with trails, it feels secluded while still being close to everything. Awesome pool and hot tub, basketball court, free breakfast, and extended stay amenities like free laundry and a full kitchen with dishware. Modern furnishings and super clean rooms. Beautiful view, and all for a super affordable price. Thanks for having us! We will be back.

Phenomenal place. It is a bit rough around the edges and could use a minor face-lift. Other than that, it was great. The staff are simply amazing. Whenever a minor issue came up they were quick about resolving the problem. Breakfast is on par with IHG hotels. Nothing special, but still worthwhile. The pool and hot tub were out of service during my visit, but the adjacent holiday inn allowed access since they are part of the same chain. 10/10 would recommend

Great staff. Nice rooms. Would have given five stars if they would have opted for slightly more expensive paper plates and bowls during breakfast. Bowls and plates break in your hands because they are all Styrofoam. I almost want to give five stars because the staff is seriously one of the best in all the IHG places I've stayed at. Would still recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal staff, the facilities are great as well but a staff like this is what elevates your entire experience. We are local and had to come here while bug bombing our house but I would highly recommend to anyone, local or traveling. Clean updated facilities with an awesome view of the mountains on the West side, and nice updated rooms. Adam and Rose Marie are both class acts with great attitudes, we will be back some day just because of them. And they took our 3 cats which hardly any place will do, especially one this nice! Thank you!! 😁😁😁

The only reason why I am rating it this is because of the management. The hotel is nice and very accommodating. Hot breakfast every day and even hot dinner on some. Very quick to bring what is needed and has almost everything you need at your fingertips. BUT.... either the expectation for checking out is extremely high or the management is cheating people out of their money. I was expected to take out trash, wash dishes and almost cleaned the whole fridge if I didn't want to get charged $50. Never got a call back after I called at least 4 times in 2 weeks. Finally spoke with manager who claims he checks out every guest and the way the room is left. He didn't know me in the beginning of my call but the moment I asked about money he remembered and the how the room was left. Then he had the audacity to say I was lucky that's all he charged! This came as a shock because I know for a fact I didn't leave the room a mess. When I asked to speak with someone else, I was told "there ain't no body else, it's just me!" The way he spoke and handled my issue was so unprofessional and rude. So...future warning he ruined it for me personally but shouldn't let one bad apple spoil it for the rest!
