The Absolute Best Experience we ever had at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at Home. The Rooms was Very CLEAN. Laundry Personel was very friendly gave us extra pillows and fresh Towels every day. Ashley at the front desk was Very Attentive to our needs . Another Employee gave us Coupons to a local restaurant that had fantastic Italian food next door to the hotel since the roads was Icy. Last but not Least the Comfort of the BED was what made the Stay the best. . Wish I Could give them more than 5 Stars .

This is a good hotel in a safe area, rooms are cozy and pretty quiet overall. But I specifically wanted to post to call out the great staff there. They are really kind, attentive, and my favorite thing they did was create this little restaurant pamphlet with the staff’s picks and how far away they are. That kind of personalized detail really put this place over the top for me. It’s no fun to travel and have to search endlessly on your phone for a bunch of places and guess at somewhere you think might be okay to eat. We chose Miguel’s which by their system, multiple staff would recommend and it was great! Thank you all so much.

The 1st room smelled so they had to move us to another room which didn't smell but the furnishings were not clean. This couch was in the upgraded suite they gave us, it was gross. I will never stay here again.

    1. The parking lot is all toreup, there is NO SIGNS stating "We are under construction or we are remodeling" so, I didn't see any vehicles parked in front, and almost turned around because I thought they had closed down. They are re-paving the parking lot. 2. The heavy set white receptionist lady, must have had a bad day. I came in about 8:30pm, showed her my information and said I was checking in. She didn't recognize me as a Diamond, I had to ask for my two bottles of water, in which she acted like, I was causing her to do extra work. Very bad attitude, no regard for Customer Service?

Great hotel!! Employees are always nice and caring. Rooms are spacious and clean, with mini fridge and big desk to work comfortably. Free breakfast, clean gym & pool/jacuzzi. It’s close to many things (I mean, this town is also tiny). And my dog loves it too! Didn’t come here for vacations but it felt like it. My second time staying here!

The hotel staff is great, the breakfast is one of the best I have ever had at a Hampton Inn and Suites; they definitely set the bar high! Showers have great water pressure, and the beds are very comfortable. Book this hotel for your next visit!

The rooms were very clean. Towels and linens were fresh and fluffy. Fridge and microwave were in new like condition. Free breakfast and staff were both above average as well. Fresh baked daily cookies in the evenings. One of those rare instances where I’d pay an extra 20-30 a night to stay here over other hotels in the area.

Spacious clean room, breakfast was lacking, though. Almost all the food you could tell had been reheated from frozen, which made me want to eat else where😒.

We were slowly working our way back to the Denver airport and needed only a one night stay. We couldn't have picked a more perfect place. We arrived well before check-in so we caught a movie next door at the theater. After check in, we had dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings, next door in the other side of the hotel. We really enjoyed not needing to use our car to do these things since everything was just a few steps away from this hotel. What a great location. Our room was really nice. Will definitely return.

Definitely one of the higher up hotels in Colorado springs. Everything looked very clean and unused. They were extremely accommodating. Especially for the late checkout I had to do. and when asking directions.. just anything I had questions about they were very friendly and helpful for all of it, which I'm more than appreciate.

During a recent stay, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the frequency of cleaning guest rooms has returned to pre-c19 levels. I found this hotel very clean and the staff was attentive. The fitness center was small, but there's an Anytime Fitness less than half a mile away (within walking distance). I only wish the pillows were more firm, but that's a personal preference.

Was going to stay three nights. My family got bitten by bed bugs the second night. We have around 40 bittes. Was told since the hotel was full they couldn't help us. Had to book another hotel that night.

loved our 4 day stay! We came all the way from texas, had a horrible experience at the hotel in canon city and came to this one instead for the rest of our vacay and i gotta say first Caroline is sooo sweet and helpful in the breakfast bar, Jesus and beatrice were a huge help as well. I can’t name all the employees but they were all very very helpful and we will definitely come back to colorado just to stay at this hotel! thank you so much and keep it up!!

Fantastic staff, spacious and clean room, tasty complimentary breakfast, and really liked the indoor heated pool and spa. We stay at this hotel every month.

First the pillows were not adequate, we requested 2 additional pillows that were immediately brought to our room. The pool & hot tub are nice but way too much chlorine. Our eyes could only take about a half hour. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

I don’t know where they got the photos but only the lobby is remodeled. The room I got was so dark and my view was a wall. The bed skirt obviously doesn’t get washed because mine was filthy. Furniture was super outdated. Shower tub was slow to drain. The staff was nice. The breakfast was better than some other hotels. Not worth the price at all. Location is convenient with a Target around the corner. Still not worth the price.

Jesus at the front desk is just amazing. He really works hard to ensure customers are satisfied & he truly goes above and beyond. He is the face of this place and this hotel would be at a real loss if he was not here. Great job Jesus, you deserve recognition!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was what I expect when staying at a Hampton Inn, nice and clean. This was a great location if you are staying in Colorado Springs as a visitor with the intention of going site seeing and taking advantage of the many things the area has to offer.

The room was simple and clean, and the staff is very kind. The breakfast was meh, an apple tasted old and the muffins were dry. The worst part of the stay was a barely warm hot tub. The front desk lady tried to make it hotter but it didn't get any warmer. My family had been looking forward to relaxing for the night and this did not help, when I spoke with the hotel about maybe getting a discount on my stay I was offered a discount if I were to stay there at the same hotel again. This was not cool, as we were moving across the country and not going to be in the area again. If I could have gotten a discount at other Hilton hotels on the road it may have been okay, but they couldn't offer that either.

Great hotel. One of the nicest employees I’ve seen. The room was great and the shower was awesome never had such amazing water pressure in a hotel. Breakfast is not that good and laundry is pricey, $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry. But overall a good experience.

Wonderful experience. The hotel was clean and in a great area. The service provided by Nicholas at the front desk was exceptional. He made you feel very welcomed. All the staff were very kind. The kitchen ladies were so sweet and breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it this hotel.

We have a standard room with a king bed and it is very nice. The people here are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good; cheese omelettes, sausage, potatoes, several cereal choices, waffles, fruit, yogurt and more! There are a few restaurants across the street, a little strip mall around the corner. It's a really nice location. We will definitely stay here again.

About two months ago, I stayed at this Hampton Inn for a few days. This time, I stayed for nearly two weeks and had the chance to observe and experience this hotel in more depth. At the front desk, Nick welcomed me as an old friend; with genuine warmth and care. As I sat by the fireplace, I observed him on several occasions with other incoming guests providing the very best suggestions of all that Colorado Springs has to offer. Despite the frigid weather, his warm hospitality and sense of being a “front-line ambassador” for Hampton Inn and the community makes an enormous difference for travelers. Then, there’s Ms. Carolyn who manages the breakfast area. Quality, pride of service and cleanliness are her hallmarks. However, she goes further. A young mother enjoyed a moment of serenity; relishing her first cup of coffee, as Ms. Carolyn tended to her three children by making individual pancakes to the delight and satisfaction of the excited little ones. The gleeful expressions on these children’s faces were captivating. Ms. Carolyn has a heart for everyone but a very special place for the care and happiness of children who may have to consider this hotel as their “home away from home.” There is a spirit of loyalty, diligent teamwork and job satisfaction amongst all the workers at this Hampton Inn; whether it is the outstanding housekeepers or the diligent maintenance crew. The “maestro” of this environment has to be “Gabby,” the General Manager. While poised and elegant, I have observed how her genuine care, dedication to steadfast mores and standards coupled with heartfelt consideration for individuals in her team is then reflected into every aspect and consideration which makes this Hampton Inn a unique, harmonious and high quality place to stay. Lastly but not in the least is the hotel’s “night owl.” It was mission critical that I obtain transportation to the airport for a very early flight. “Zack” who works the night shift at the front desk is a problem solver/solution finder. After a disappointing experience with Uber from the airport, Zack assured that, despite the harsh weather conditions, transportation on my departure morning was in front of the hotel at the required time. Further, as I was still on a different time zone and awake very early in the morning, Zack ensured that the Hampton Inn’s incredible robust coffee was prepared to ensure my “mission readiness.” I don’t know if I’ll ever have the opportunity of returning to Colorado Springs. But if I do, there is only one place that I’ll stay: Hampton Inn on Geyser Drive. The exceptional “cast of characters” make a short or longer term stay at this hotel a long-lasting memorable experience.

Nick was very welcoming and very understanding when we brought an issue with our room to his attention. He quickly arranged for a new room without hesitation. Great room, very clean.

Every member of the staff we encountered at this Hampton Inn was kind and helpful and made us feel welcome! When we checked in, the front desk staff gave my son a bag of Swedish fish “for the pool” because he was so excited to hear our room was right next to the pool. Wonderful experience for our family, including our dog!
