Stayed 3 nights. The people at the breakfast area are super nice. They serve the hot foods now which is fine with me. The place was very clean. I did have to park in the gravel in front, wish it was paved, hope they can pave it soon. Internet is fast you don't have to pay for the faster internet. They do have a happy hour where there were a couple of people drinking. Front desk peeps are super nice and friendly. I arrive late around 10:30 PM after working a whole day and flying in and they tried to cheer me up. Thanks so much for making they stay as good as can be!

I picked this hotel because it got good reviews and took pets but the reviews were def wrong. The area had a gas station next door with homeless and transients. The hotel itself was under construction when we arrived arrived so parking was limited and plastic drapes were all over the front. The room we got was dirty, dated, and tight above the kitchen so it smelt like pizza all night. To make it worse at 10pm i got a knock on my door by the hotel because my baby was crying and i needed to keep it down. Not to mention that it was 200 plus bucks for a room that was worth 100 max. There are plenty of nice hotels in Colorado Springs pick something else.

Everything you want from this type of hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was amazingly friendly. Plenty of parking. And the lobby always had hot coffee available (bless you!). Breakfasts were solid, though very crowded on weekends. We’d stay here again.

This is a nice, clean hotel, we stayed for 2 nights with family. The staff (Reception) was extremely helpful and took time to explain about breakfast time and other things related to the hotel, I was given complimentary 2 water bottles (Best Western member), 2 tickets for drinks (we didn’t use) and a cookie. They have good breakfast options and serve lot of items. We had selected a kitchen Room with two queen beds, the room looks new and had good space. The hotel location is also good, it is located near to restaurants and less than 4 miles from garden of gods. The area of improvement that I would recommend, if you have kitchen rooms then make some space/add a Dish washer that is part of every kitchen hotel rooms that we have stayed with other management/brands, also the toilet/bathroom in the rooms should have a latch(Able to close) this is a not a hotel issue but best western design issue all Plus hotels has same. Overall, a very nice stay will sure stay next time in this hotel and recommend to family/friends.

Upon arrival the check-in was seamless the staff were very nice and friendly, our room was amazing smelled really clean and looked it too. The walls seemed thin for noise and with the exception of someones car alarm kept going off that the management apologized for which was no fault of theirs. This entire establishment is clean and full of amenities, the staff make you feel welcome. I highly recommend.

We had a last minute stay christmas eve and we stayed for 2 nights. It was very clean and spacious. The front desk staff were great, specifically richard and the bartender (I cannot remember her name.) They were all very nice and accommodating. The pool was lots of fun and breakfast was delicious. I love the little kitchenettes. It made our stay very comfortable and easy and was very affordable for all the amenities and accommodations. Highly recommend!

This location is under heavy construction. One of four washing machines in the guest laundry worked. The rooms are a bit noisy, someone's pet on the floor above was running around all night affecting our sleep. Breakfast starts late at 6:30 ends early at 9am, is overcrowded, and runs out of hot food they won't let you serve yourself. The juice dispenser has cup sizes that don't correspond to the cup size (no manual dispense), and the yogurt dispenser requires four "servings" to get half a bowl full. It's almost like they don't want you to eat. I've had a better experience in Nevada - 5am breakfast there and 24 hr pool + hot tub. No hot tub here, but the pool wasn't cold.

Awesome breakfast buffet! One of the best I’ve ever had. The pizza at the restaurant was also very good. The cons, the google page for this hotel says it has a hot tub, it does not. The deck area around the pool is small, only room enough for a few chairs. The parking lot is gravel, I guess due to the construction of adding onto the hotel (it’s not a great look when driving in). They have a bar at the front counter.?, seemed strange. They are in the process of building a bar just off the front counter. No folding luggage racks to set your suitcase on. Bathroom was tiny. Toilet sticks out in the middle of the room. Lighting is terrible. Two dimly lit lights flanking the sides of the bathroom mirror. Very hard for my wife to apply makeup, bad design. If it wasn’t for the breakfast buffet, it’d be a 2.

Nice hotel with a lot of things to wow the clientele - free hot coffee and popcorn always at the reception! Complimentary hot breakfast with a few meat choices, but vegetarian options are missing. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Kitchenette is provided, however it lacks some utensils and dish cleaner. Overall a comfortable stay!

Place was very clean and conveniently located near everything we did. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and spacious. The little kitchenette was convenient. I recommend the pizza there. It’s delicious.

We had a short amount of time to plan our visit back to The Springs. We checked out 10/01/23 we stayed for 5 days We decided on this brand of hotel and location. We were skeptical at 1st. When we arrived we were able to check in earlier, went to our room & actually we were inpressed, spacious room (the set up of kitchenette and bathrooms) really enjoyed the table with chairs. Room smelled and looked clean. Loved the option to be able to eat in room comfortably or go to the dining area. Location right off the Hwy made it convenient to run to and from my daily checks on my Mom. Near many options for food. The main entry reminded me of a small living room. So not alot of sofa sitting but the restaurant is situated right behind for table sitting. I loved the fact the lobby closes at a specific time and you need your card to get in (gave a little extra feeling of security). We travel frequently...and this was our 1st time at a Best Western brand. I give this particular hotel a thumbs up and would stay here at this location again.

Love the suites when I can get a room at least 3rd floor facing the highway. Pretty good breakfast. Don't allow you to visit eith your cat but dogs are welcome. Diamond members get great deals and practically nonexistent deposits. Friendly staff. Breakfast area is an Italian restaurant at night. Didnt eat there but menu looks pretty tasty!

Had a good experience on a family vacation! The building is quite new and everything was fresh and clean. Very impressed the rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast was excellent! (different hot options every day that are cooked fresh...not just a warming tray of "eggs"). Free popcorn and cookies during the week. Good happy hour options. Had lovely service from Robin & Terra at the bar and restaurant! There is a gas station, yogurt place and some fast casual lunch options in the same outlot, very convenient!

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. There are great amenities like a full kitchen with a stove pots and pans. The rooms are nice and well taken care of by the hotel staff. The breakfast is filled with all things you would desire to eat. They have staff to ensure everything is well stocked and ready to go. They also have a pizza restaurant in house for lunch and dinner. Both are delicious and will not disappoint. This is an excellent choice and thr price is just right. I am glad to have stayed here and highly recommend.

Recently we had to be in Colorado Springs because my mother was diagnosed with cancer. We don’t live there, so we needed a place to stay indefinitely. When we found Best Western Filmore, we instantly thought it was beautiful and clean. We we’re so tired and stressed, and in desperate need of rest. When checking in an amazing man named Richard was so kind and sympathetic to us. He went above and beyond to make sure our hotel stay was a pleasant experience. The entire staff from the front desk to the house keeping and restaurant staff were all amazing!!! The rooms were beautiful and extremely clean. Upon checking out Johnathan was so sweet and kind, asking about my mother and inviting us back to stay again. A huge thank you to all the staff for making a positive difference during a very stressful time. I will recommend this hotel to everyone!!!!! Warm Regards, The Maestas Family

We have an event to attend in Colorado Springs these days, and this facility looked good, so we chose it. After the evening event, we were exhausted and starving, so we checked in and ordered food at the restaurant on the ground floor. We waited for 40 minutes, and after reminding the waitress twice, the appetizer, the salad and main course were served together. All the dressings were very salty and sour (making my lips sting as if coated with something). If we weren't so starving, we wouldn't have been able to eat it, we only ate few bites to make us not starving anymore then stopped. When the restaurant asked how we liked the meal, we shared our feedback. However, the manager responded with a very rude attitude, saying, "You've already eaten, and you're done. What do you want?" How would you feel about that? We just want the restaurant to take our feedback seriously instead of responding arrogantly, like asking if we want free cookies. Seriously?

Great/convenient location. Clean/hygienic rooms (I am quite a critic about such a topic and even I appreciate the level of detail work my room assignment received each day of my stay). Friendly hotel staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. All provided amenities appeared to be in proper running order as well. Highly recommend this hotel!

Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast, and reasonable last minute rate for rewards members. This was a nice stay when an unexpected schedule change required a night over. Recommend!

This is easily the best hotel in the game. All of the staff are really friendly. But the person who stood out the most during my last visit was Katie, and Hailey at the bar. She was so kind and took wonderful care of my father, uncle, grandpa and myself. When I come back I'll for sure be looking for Katie during my next stay! This hotel is the best in colorado springs 🙌

Just got here. Will update. So far so good. Great desk staff. Clean so far. Smells like great pizza. There's a pizza place in the lobby There's a full bar. Good coffee on the ready. Keurig machine in room. Great stay. Loved this hotel.

We always had great experience with Best western all over the country but for this one we were disappointed when we got warning for being loud. The communication could have been more polite. But we were asked to keep it down when we were not even loud. There was no loud music being played or dancing etc. 4 people simply talking and laughing should not be treated as loud noise. If you are considerate of other guests, you should be considerate of us as well and double checked if we were actually making that much noise.

I had to find a hotel to stay in late last night and found this one! The rooms were clean the staff was great and the breakfast was nice. I felt very accommodated. My only complaint was that I was put next to loud people that kept me up. I had a long day and just didn’t want to call and move rooms. Other than some noisy neighbors it was great! I will if ever need to stay here again.

Counter clerk was very professional in helping us find our rewards info. Room was first rate. Robin took great care of us at the bar and Fillmore's makes a very good pizza. Heather did an outstanding job with breakfast - very efficient.

The only reason I gave it two stars is for the wonderful staff and they are amazing. The bathroom in the room was clean but the carpet was stained and gross, the couch that had to date back to the 70’s was disgustingly stained and filthy. The TV didn’t work, Was forced to book through a 3rd party, getaroom, and when a family emergency occurred we could not get one night refunded, due to the third party booking. The air conditioner sounded like a jet taking off and landing. The beds were extremely soft and lumpy. Pool was closed for maintenance. The photos were not of the room we stayed in. I would not stay here again as a matter of fact, I’d sleep in my vehicle before staying here.

Great staff and a highly upgraded room and hotel. The amenities are great they have a bar onsite Pizza And as usual one of the softest beds known to mankind. Hats off and compliments to Tyler the general manager and Jonathan and Amy manager and front-end service they are excellent great place to stay, close to a lot of major shopping and easy to get into and out of onto the freeway

Check in staff was not very friendly. We got 2 drinks with our stay and the bartender was rude that I even bothered him for the drinks. The food in the restaurant was ok(gas station food would have been better) the waitress was the most friendly out of anyone that works at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. Oh and quiet. I would not recommend this establishment.

I'm here for 3 months working. So far so good. The staff is wonderful. Its clear to see Management runs a tight ship here. The property is very clean inside and out. Service is prompt. And the servers for food and drinks take the time to remember your name and your favorite items on the menu. Amanda is definitely on point with this. Working over the road is extremely stressful at times. It's establishments like this that calm the storm.

We had a great stay here! We had a King suite with Kitchenette as we try to do most our own cooking as we travel - and all the utensils and appliances were very clean, as was the rest of the room. The staff every time we came through the door or headed out was incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again! One of the best BW's we've stayed at.

If you’re staying in the Springs look no further than this Best Western Plus Fillmore Inn. After a long drive to town walking into this beautiful hotel was a true delight! We were kindly greeted by Richard at the front desk and he set us up to have a perfect stay. The rooms are modern and impeccably clean with comfortable beds and pet friendly rooms for the fuzzy travelers in our party. Dinner at the Pizza Kitchen was a welcome amenity and the staff was absolutely wonderful! A quick swim in the pool was also a welcomed treat after a long day. Huge thank you to Richard for being the shining star here, he truly knows how to make people feel welcome and comfortable.

My family absolutely loved the best western inn plus! The staff was incredibly sweet and prompt. They did a request that I had asked and I couldn’t have been more happy. Truly above and beyond. The breakfast was fantastic! The ladies at breakfast are so sweet and my daughters loved them. Bedrooms were exceptionally clean. I will 100% be coming back! They truly treat you like family.

We are absolutely thrilled that we booked this hotel to stay at on our vacation. Everything was fantastic. The breakfasts were great and they have Pizza on site that is delicious. The staff at this hotel are amazing, they always greeted us with a smile and really helped to make our vacation one of the best. If you are traveling to Colorado Springs and need a place to stay I would recommend this place over and over again.

I stayed at this hotel a couple of months ago, and thouht that I had a great experience. The individuals we ho both checked me in and out were very nice and professional. The room was clean, and all amenities met or exceeded my expectations. The problem occurred when I viewed the bill that was emailed to me a few days later. Upon arrival, I was handed 2 bar vouchers along with my gift bag (I’m a rewards member). I was surprised by the vouchers, and thanked the employee as I assumed they were a gift. I never asked for the vouchers, much less expressed a wish to have them. The vouchers were never used, and were in fact, given back to give to someone else (because we assumed they were a gift). Viewing the bill a few days later, I saw that I was charged $16.23 for them. Best western normally sends a survey after stays, so I mentioned the charge and asked to be refunded the money. This has not happened. I’m really disappointed because the hotel and employees were fantastic otherwise. I plan on traveling to Colorado to do more hiking in the future, but cannot stay at the Fillmore inn due to feeling like I was scammed.

Best hotel! Loved the location, nicest employees ever! Great breakfast each morning, Heather was the most pleasant person ever and the pizza at night was very good also. They were putting in a larger bar area which will be great also. The outside area is perfect too. We enjoyed food across the street, Seven Falls, Top Golf, Garden of God's, Go Karts, Zip Lining, White Water Rafting & Air Force Academy!

We came here to eat at the pizza restaurant in the hotel. Never knew it existed but we had some family in town staying here that didn't want to go out because of the weather. The food was very good and better than expected. Prices were decent and the staff was friendly and helpful.
