I cannot express enough how much I will miss living at Casa Mundi. The property manager, Jessica, played a huge role in making my experience at the complex so great. Not only did she help with my out-of-state move, making the transition smooth and stress-free, but she also truly made the complex feel like a community. Jessica was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in my new home. She organized events and activities that brought residents together and made the complex feel like a tight-knit community. I also appreciate how she was always quick to address any maintenance issues that arose. I cannot recommend Casa Mundi Apartments enough, especially with Jessica as the property manager. I am sad to leave such a wonderful community and I will always remember my time at Casa Mundi fondly.

Recently moved in and absolutely fell in love with Casa Mundi! You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the apartment design and the layout is perfect. My lease was September 2020 to September 2021. Great experience! Jessica and team are very responsive when needed and also proactive, which is a rare find these days. The apartment was in pristine condition and there was a lot of thought that went into the design, materials used, appliances, etc. You get what you pay for with this property! My only constructive feedback is that Jessica periodically drops off dog treats for my four legged friend and I wish she would have done that more. :)

After living in the Springs for more than a year I can confidently say Casa Mundi is the place to be. It's nice, its clean, it's safe, and it's central to the most fun parts of Colorado Springs. Whether you want to go to a restaurant, ice cream shop, bar, climbing gym, or park, from Casa Mundi, all of these are within a 10 minute walk. More, the landlord Jessica is great! She is super responsive, accommodating, and often goes above and beyond for her residents. Casa Mundi is a great apartment building, in a great place, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time living there.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our 10 month plus stay at Casa Mundi and in particular really appreciate the property manager (Jessica) who “makes community happen”. The living experience is precisely as advertised - comfortable, upscale urban living in the the heart of “the springs”. If we were staying in town longer (job move) we would be staying in Casa Mundi. Jessica helps make everyone feel at home and with friends!

Casa Mundi truly sets the standard for boutique urban living. It’s central location gives you easy access to downtown dining, entertainment, shopping, nightlife, as well as hiking and biking trails, and a multitude of parks and preserves in the city. The building is beautifully designed with floor plans that maximize efficiency and finishes that make the space elegant yet comfortable. What sold me on living here was the building manager, Jessica. She was responsive, warm, and welcoming from day one. Management works really hard to make the building and apartments feel brand new, and it shows. I also appreciate the many resident events Jessica has organized, which have resulted in so many amazing friendships. None of the other downtown buildings provide the same level of service, responsiveness, and superior resident experience as Casa Mundi/Places Management. If I ever returned to Colorado Springs, I’d live at Casa Mundi or another Darsey/Jessica developed/managed community.

Lived here for over a year and had a fantastic experience. It’s safe and clean. It’s within 10 min walk: climbing gym, downtown, nice park, best coffee shop (loyal coffee), bars, food halls, cocktail places, nice restaurants, shopping. Fast access to the highway for commutes and weekend trips. Landlords treat you like people especially Jessica. 10/10 would recommend
