If you are a single woman relocating and looking for a place to live... Look no further! One of my colleagues lived here before getting married and she had a great experience. I have lived here for several months and I am very happy I chose this place. The apartment itself is great and very well managed, and the office people are really prompt and willing to help. The location is also nice and feels quite safe with lots of people walking their dogs. I visit the park and the botanical garden almost daily.

Caring staff, personal experience, first name basis all made this place my favorite apartment I've ever been in. You can walk in at any time to the office and speak to someone who is in charge and can help you fix problems. Great place to live, but a lot of apartments have nice appliances and shiny finishes. Here the personal experience makes all the difference!

The property managers and staff are some of the best I've ever dealt with (and I started as a property manager before I became a real estate broker, so I know how tough this job is). They're kind, responsive, helpful, and make living here so easy. I think with all of the half-a**ed property management companies and buildings around here, this team deserves a proper shout-out and ought to teach everyone else how it's done. Keep up the good work and thank you for making my family--including my 6 year old who's become friends with nearly the entire staff--feel so settled.

If you're longing for nature and greenery in your city living experience, Griffis Cheesman Park is that place. Tucked into an area surrounded by Congress Park, Cheesman Park, and Denver Botanic Gardens this modern building is in an ideal walkable neighborhood. Our friendly professional community managers, Julie, Stephanie, and Bri, take pride in making our community a beautiful home. Recently, on our mountain view Rooftop Deck, they hosted a gardening party to install our summer herb and vegetable garden(which is thriving beautifully!!!). Perfect for late summer grilling flavor at the Rooftop Grilling Stations. Thank you Julie, Stephanie, and Bri!

After searching for an apartment in the Denver area for my daughter to live in, we found the Amaranth!! This place is amazing! The building and amenities are exactly as depicted on the website. The most important feature of the Amaranth is the property management. Rob and his staff go out of their way to make life easier for the tenants. They are all so friendly, and willing to take time to talk to the tenants. They truly make it a community. It’s a great building with a wonderful staff, I wish that I could live there too! I am looking forward to visiting, especially since they have a guest suite that is available to rent. They are also very dog friendly too! I know my daughter is beyond happy to be living in such an awesome place!

This is hands down the best managed building I have and probably will ever live in. The management and maintenance staff are responsive, kind, and prompt. The building is extremely well maintained and the neighbors are respectful. The location is a little oasis in between Cheesman Park and the Botanic Garden. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I lived at Griffis Cheesman for almost two years. When I first moved in it was owned by a local group who were kind and helpful. The rent was reasonable and there was a nice community. Unfortunately, the building was taken over by a corporation (Griffis) and the leases went way up. What was most disturbing is that they continued to add on fees like delivery room charge, administrative prep fees, welcome fees...etc. I kid you not. I am not sure if this is even legal. They also charge for common room electric on top of your apartment electric. The feel of the building became very cold unlike the warm community feel that was there previously. Some people may be okay with the way they have decided this is luxury living and fees are attached to everything. I decided this wasn't for me.

We've lived here for about 5 months and we love it! Everyone is so friendly - from the leasing staff to the residents we meet around the community. LeeAnn is the sweetest, most helpful person and she and the rest of the leasing staff always go out of their way to put together fun activities and events for the residents. The amenities are awesome and always clean and well looked after. The location is also amazing, so close to parks, restaurants, coffee shops and anything else you need. There's plenty of communication from management about anything happening in or around the building that may affect residents' daily lives, which is so helpful. The building is quiet and the views from the rooftop are amazing as well. Basically, we have no complaints - we love our apartment and look forward to enjoying the rest of our time here!

😠 UPDATE 10/3/23: ongoing construction (3+years now) has created almost ghetto conditions on this section of south pearl street. 😠 Do not move here. Since I moved in I have had nothing but problems, and no offer for reduced rent when half the time my apartment is barely inhabitable. I moved i. 😠 If you see any 1 or 2 star reviews they are not lying. I have lived here for 2 years and my experience was down right awful. First things first: the professionalism is completely out of the window.
