If i could rate less than zero i would. This place has been the absolute worst place ive lived. We get charged for everything and nothing seems to be fixed or done about it. Parking is an absolute mess and joke. They say no commercial vehicles or working on your car in the lots and you see it every day. Charge us for common area maintenance and theres litter and trash every where. Trying to charge me 90 dollars for smoke detectors that weren't in in my apartment when I moved in. Trying to get ahold of anyone in the office is a rare occasion they could care less. Dont live here. Its absolute trash and disgusting. Im filling a complaint to the BBB.

Please note: this was my first time ever living alone, I had never had any experience applying to apartment complexes before this, and I moved here by myself from New York without seeing the apartment prior. PROS: - AMAZING MAINTENANCE TEAM. They were always communicative, I trusted them to come in when I wasnā€™t home, they are all kind and courteous. They all deserve praise. - AMAZING LEASING OFFICE. I canā€™t say anything bad about these people. I feel they are all heartfelt, and actually care when you approach them with concerns. They made me feel safe and secured at times where I was confused and alone, they could have easily taken advantage of me- thank you for not doing that. - CONVENIENT LIVING. There are bus routes everywhere! There are grocery stores walking distances away, shopping, and food all at your convenience. I was always pleased and happy walking to ARC or to the bus stop because the environment was gorgeous and I felt safe. - GOOD COMMUNITY. Good, quiet neighbors. I loved seeing the children around playing. Things were only scary at night being a single woman coming home from work, but the people walking around would either say hi or ignore you and that was great enough for me. CONS: - IN UNIT CONCERNS. My vinyl flooring was all torn up, my dishwasher did not function properly, my fireplace was unsightly and I ended up just covering it. The cabinets were falling apart, had molding in it and I eventually covered the inside to make it easy for me to use (Iā€™m a germaphobe) so I worked hard fixing everything up to my liking. Maintenance worked with me and they made the experience heartwarming. Also, the space is EXTREMELY SMALL. There are no lights in main space and had to get three lamps for my liking. - OUT OF UNIT CONCERNS: SPIDERS SPIDERS SPIDERS. I had a spider infestation, I shiver thinking about it now. I havenā€™t seen that many spiders in my life, and they are HUGE. My advice is having someone around to kill them for you or have insect bombs (not joking, they have them in walmart) at your disposal. The corridors were always dirty and made me feel embarrassed when I brought people over. The washers in the R building were always broken so that was frustrating but residents did use teamwork to make using 1/3 washers as efficient as possible. I also did have packages stolen twice, I try to make sure I get home before itā€™s dark out because both occurrences happened then. - SAFETY: there are NO security cameras. They implemented a patrol unit after I had to make three police reports for my car being broken into three times in less than five days, I am grateful they did that for other residents! I hope at some point they implement cameras, or just make sure you have a dash cam in your car (something I didnā€™t have). I chose to move because the police couldnā€™t determine if the attacks to my car was random and it was apparent the person who broke in had my unit number. The leasing office was VERY HELPFUL AND SUPPORTIVE in letting me go for my safety and didnā€™t rip me off at any point. They handled my situation with care and refuse to believe that they would have any particular ill-intent towards someone in need. So, would I recommend this place? Actually, I would. If youā€™re patient and easy to please. This is a straight forward community that isnā€™t a bad start. I would have stayed my entire lease (but maybe not have renewed) if I didnā€™t feel like someone was possibly trying to personally attack me.

I've lived here for a year. I personally find this place nice and quiet but that's because everyone in my building is nice and friendly and quiet and clean. Other buildings are NOT like mine. The maintenance crew here is the best. Best of the best, hands down. They come immediately to repair whatever is needed. Edit: They finally hired a full-time security guard!!! I'm soooo very happy to see him walking around. I see him every day, and he's so diligent and pleasant!!! 10 stars !!!

Not a great place to live. They don't tell you about the extra $100 per month you'll owe them in "conservice" charges like building maintenance and other stuff that doesn't actually get done. Seems like that should be a business expense, not one passed on to the tenants. The stairwells will still be dark and the washers/dryers won't work in one cycle either. They'll tow your car with an active parking pass costing you at least $300 and not do anything about it. I haven't had any experience with the roaches but based on other reviews it seems pretty rampant here. I was in a pinch and essentially had to move to this location after another property owned by this management company treated me awfully and completely misrepresented the other property(Esprit Cherry Creek). I wish I had more time to look around before signing with this complex. A shell company called ParkM charges $8 per month to park on the property. When my car got improperly towed nobody would reply to me from ParkM. They donā€™t even have a phone number so good luck trying to get anything done with them. Seems pretty obvious to me that they've asked their buddies to submit 5 star reviews with no actual comments to try to boost their overall rating on here. Don't fall for it!

I absolutely love living here! Araceli and Jazmine are incredible. The team is always helpful, speedy and diligent when dealing with any needs I may have. I've had very few minor issues and they are always quick to make sure everything is taken care of. You can't pay for peace of mind, but you can give 5 stars! Well deserved team! And thank you for being there when we need you all.

Ive Lived in these apartments since 2008 and the seeing the quality and maintenance of these apartments was truly disappointing, when these apartments were under the ā€œkennedy ridgeā€ name they were actually decent, cheap rent, free open parking, working washing machines/dryers, apartments and buildings were actually pretty clean and it was a nice place overall, it wasnā€™t until they got bought by another company and re-named ā€œpembrooke on the greenā€ where things started to go downhill for these apartments, towing became an issue, there was a rat infestation (no longer occurring) which caused mild to severe damage to my vehicles, and the safety overall started going downhill with car break-ins, gunshots, fights and drug dealers/users, a few years ago they were bought by another company and renamed ā€œrevive at 9 mile stationā€ but it only slightly improved, for example the exterior of the apartments were somewhat revamped with new paint, better maintenance team, and on-premises security, although even with these changes, i had electrical issues with an apartment after i changed units, a roach infestation and broken cabinets in the kitchen, towing was pretty huge issue too since ive had my cars towed more than once even though i had it registered in park M, it wasnā€™t until i got warned by a office worker for working on my vehicle where it pushed me over the line, ive always worked on my own vehicles here in the parking lot and ive never had an issue with office workers, and at that i would never spill oil or any fluids or make a mess no matter how dirty the job was, while theres more serious issues on going with the apartments, for some reason me working on my vehicle was a more ā€œimportantā€ issue to them. Honestly until these apartments dont fix their issues or atleast adjust the rent to match the quality of the apartments themselves, i dont recommend moving here at all.

Do not move here. Since I moved in I have had nothing but problems, and no offer for reduced rent when half the time my apartment is barely inhabitable. I moved i. March of 2023 and It began with a roach problem. I went to the office numerous times and pest control ā€œwould just never show upā€. After about 3-4 months, the roaches finally went away. Shortly after this, my ceiling started leaking in my room. It flooded my apartment. This apparently is not an emergency to maintenance and I had to sleep on my couch every time it rained for 2 weeks and wake up every 2 hours to dump the bucket. This then left a large hole in my ceiling that I had to fight to get repaired. Now, within the last month, I have had a wasp problem! I have been into the office numerous times to request pest control and they just never show up! I have emailed the manager numerous times and nobody seems to care enough to give me reduced rent. And not only this, but the property is disgusting. The halls are filled with trash and pests. The laundry room is barely useable. Take your money elsewhere.

I wouldn't recommend moving here. They refuse to fix the front door call system so people can get packages. They won't let you leave the door propped open and you can't get packages at the office. The lock boxes at the mail rooms are constantly full, so the office actually sent an email recommending that tenants find an alternative location to get mail. It's unreal when you don't have a car. There's really no reason these guys can't afford to fix the front doors and it's beyond ridiculous to ask 920 tenants to find alternative places to get mail when we all pay A LOT of money to live here.

Great experience!!! It was my first apartment, they help me throughout the whole process. The laundry room is always clean and they have security doing rounds at night time. That made me feel safe coming back from work. Si estas en busca de un departamento, te los recomiendo ellos hablan espaƱol.

Santiago was great at helping us get situated with little to no time. Heā€™s been adequately messaging back and forth on email to get everything done on time. Appreciate his time and patients trying to get us situated in our new apt. Somewhat difficult to get in touch with the office. Always set to a call center then they contact them. Otherwise great service with being able to message back and forth on email.
