The rooms were clean, the pool area was kept clean and stocked with towels, the Continental breakfast was the best one I’ve had in years because there was a large selection of foods to choose from including freshly made omelettes, biscuits and gravy, a waffle machine to make your own fresh waffles, and much more. The dining area was kept clean and organized despite how busy it was during breakfast. There was a modern sitting area to have a coffee, tea, water, or juice any time of day. The sitting area is good for visiting with family—what we did. The kids had a blast in the pool. The water was warm and the pool was indoors. Therefore the pool would be usable in the winter as well. There was a restroom for getting dressed after swimming in the pool area itself. It was a family restroom so it was large in size. Because of the high traffic in the pool and restroom, the floor was soaking wet. There were places to put your clean clothes to keep them dry so you could change. There were plenty of towels until the checkout time got close. Then there were just enough towels for our group—barely. The towels were adequate sized and clean. I really liked the hotel for its cleanliness, amenities, and the Continental breakfast was the bomb!

My family and I stayed here for a week and I will say that overall, this establishment is great - this includes the staff, facility/amenities (cleanliness, location, and availability). The two things I really enjoyed was the free coffee/water (hot and cold) 24/7, and the fact that the room bathroom had a fan!! I know some may not enjoy what is offered during the "free" breakfast, but I thought it was great! On average, they serve waffles, sliced bread, bagels, boiled eggs, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, breakfast meat (sausage or Canadian bacon/ham), scrambled eggs, mini omelets, cereal, fresh fruit (bananas, apples, oranges, and blueberries). There may be more items that were offered; however, I didn't study the entire line. The gym was nice to maintain physical levels while traveling so don't expect a "Gold's Gym" or anything extravagant (Note to future hotel "gym rats"/residents: dumbbells go up to 75 lbs). Aside from the Hilton app not working properly for me (specifically the digital room key - even after 3 resets from the hotel staff), the only thing less than adequate was how thin the walls and ceilings/floors were. I don't know if I should blame the hotel structure or the elephants and hyenas trampling around/laughing loudly above and/or besides us (or in the hallways). Regardless, I've been in several hotels where the structure was a lot thicker, hence, a lot of the sounds were minimal. I did call the front desk during one incident (30 May 2023 @ ~11:30 pm), when people were running around above us. Unfortunately, all the staff said was, "We'll look into it." Nothing was resolved only to be left very annoyed because it kept happening until I finally fell asleep. Although my family and I had to deal with hearing everyone above us throughout our week's stay, everything else about this establishment was great!

Stayed at 3 different hotels during my vacation to Colorado. All 3 were different hotels. The Hilton was a 10/10 for me. By far the cleanest, best exterior an interior, most comfortable bed, best water pressure, complimentary breakfast was great, friendly an respectful staff. When I need a hotel in the future I will be looking for a Hilton! New Hilton honor member an thankful for your services

Excellent stay! Room was immaculate and beds very comfortable. Everything was new and updated furnishings. Staff were extremely friendly and happy to serve. Breakfast was standard hotel buffet, but we were able to get good, hot coffee and some protein before starting our day. Will return again anytime we need to stay in CO. Springs!

Great place for overnight stay, the desk was very helpful and apologetic for nor getting a room on the first floor. Don't like to gripe, but I called the day before, the day of along with a note in my reservation. I have a service dog, also had 5 back surgeries. With that said, I have my hands full just unloading and loading back all my bags. Requesting the first floor helps out with my disability. Thanks to the night clerk I rate it better, than I would have originally.

Unfortunately I found bed bugs in my room. Hotel staff handled it well. Not their fault, please check all cracks of your mattresses before you sleep in any hotel, even nice ones like this get them.

I stayed from Sunday thru Friday. The room was spotless and the staff was friendly. They offered laundry service and a great breakfast buffet. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Trendy, updated decor. Decent breakfast. But very thin walls and everything seemed a little cheaply done. Was hoping for either a hot tub or at least a bathtub, got neither.

The reasoning for four stars instead of five is I had no power in my room for over 12 hours. The water was fine. The first night was excellent, though. This is the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. I tend to do a cleaning touch up whenever I arrive, but I felt no need here. When I could use the TV, it had a good connection with a clear picture. Photo provided shows lights in the "on" position

Nice suites fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds with some firm pillows which I need for comfortable sleep.. Only knock is the Irish step dancers that were practicing above me at 1:30 am on Sunday/Monday for about an hour.. My Philly nearly broke out, but I was able to get back to sleep. My colleague in another room noted she could hear conversations through the walls.. be aware sound proofing was not a priority in the build of this hotel. Otherwise, location and reasonable pricing. This was a 3 day business stay.

Overall, it was a good stay. The rooms are perfect for long stays and the pool was clean and well kept. My only dislike was the rush at breakfast for food at 8 am. There wasn't anything left out but cereal and biscuits, and there had still been an hour of breakfast left to serve guests. I had to ask for a banana because there was nothing to eat. Having a free breakfast is a huge perk, but not having enough food guests 😑 was a big letdown with paying for a 5 day stay.

Location is great. Right across the road from restaurants and grocery stores. The hotel is nice. It has a decent pool and gym. They do have washers and dryers. Kinda spendy $2.50 (quarters only) per load. The rooms are great. Large queen bed, large couch has a pull out bed. Microwave, full size refrigerator sink and dishwasher. The breakfast was the only thing that didn't get 5 stars. There were days when the breakfast was sorely lacking. Typically eggs (kinda spongey) slices of ham, oatmeal, different types of cereal. They had different types of juices but for the roughly 2 weeks I was there it wasn't working properly. The customer service was great though. Very friendly staff.

Love the hotel accomodations. Love the location, very easy to enjoy my vacation. However I must complain about the assistant manager. He's very rude and very unreasonable. Used very ugly language in front of customers. If I could remember his name I'd make a complaint to management. He doesn't need to be so rude to customers. Would stay again if it wasn't for him

Stayed at both Home 2 in Colorado Springs. Would recommend this one over the other. Front desk attendant was friendly, personable and seemed genuine. There is some sort of factory next door so the view isn't the best. But this was one of the more quiet rooms we stayed at on our trip.

Great suites! Great kitchen area with a full size refrigerator. Connected rooms are available. Breakfast is nice with good standard options. Located close to Charge mountain zoo.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were the cleanest I’ve ever seen and the pool area was sunny and tidy as well. It was the perfect quick getaway for our larger family!

We made a reservation about 2 months ago. Went there this evening to check in, after a very long day loading our entire house into PODS, only to find out that they had overbooked and did not have a room for us. They wanted to substitute for a lesser room but I refused as I made the reservation 2 months ago and should have had the room I booked, not some lesser room. There was absolutely NO excuse for this. So we called and Doubletree is just 3 minutes away and had a Premium King Suite for around the same price and allowed our 2 dogs so we canceled all 3 nights with Home2 Suites and booked the room at Doubletree. If you need a hotel I would recommend staying away from this one as they are clearly incompetent and unreliable. You may or may not have your room when you get there.

Great stay here! Staff was awesome, hotel was clean and organized. Great for people who are travel with pets as well, pet friendly. Lots of parking (free). Rooms are great. Near stores and easy access to the highway.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I really liked the location, I think they nailed it because it's right across from a shopping plaza with some restaurants. Now the service, I give them a 5 star rating hands down. If you go out and above to make your guests feel like they are the most important part of their jobs with legitimacy, I'm sold. If you have business or personal matters to do around this area, I strongly recommend you stay here. You will not regret it.

Fairly new location. Extremely nice area. Very clean rooms with restaurants galore all within walking distance. Indoor heated pool and outdoor grills with a fire pit. Pikes Peak is in view of hotel. I will definitely be staying again.

Home2 Suites was a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The Customer Service was great. All the amenities that are needed, with the exception of a full-blown store, are located in the first floor. The breakfast they provide to all of their guests are tasty. Gym, Laundry, and Pool are available 24/7. Housekeeping is available upon request or you can schedule it for your convenience. The building itself is close to plenty of places to Dine-In, Snack or get basic essentials. The only think that I noticed and it could've juat been my room but there was no safe inside the room. The kitchenette has all the basics that you need to eat a meal. There is no stove, but there is a microwave, sink, fridge and dishwasher along with a plenty of counter space and a pull out table/desk with a chair.

Very comfortable hotel. The rooms are very clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was nicely updated and clean. No hot tub which was a bummer, but the pool was a nice temp. Great breakfast. Overall a great experience. I've stayed here before and I'm sure I'll stay again.

Stayed for a week while visiting the area. Room was clean and staff was super friendly. Hot breakfast every morning was good and the 24 hour coffee and tea bar was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

My stay was the worst! The first room I got was flooded upon walking in from the dish washer had trash and dabree in the water, the second room they gave me well prepare yourself for this: I was in the shower and got out and in walks some total stranger because they accidentally forgot to record they switched me rooms and therefor gave access to someone else! This is the second Hilton this has happened at, it’s getting old already, I’m going to take my business membership to the Marriot

I was looking forward to my first visit to Home2. I will not be booking with them ever again. It is a pretty building, but the staff communication was poor. There were problems with my reservation, and they did not communicate with me. Even after telling me there were problems. They were sending me messages that everything was good.

The room was nice although we had to wait an hour longer to unpack because our room wasn't ready. On the weekends, breakfast doesn't open until 7:00 which was a disappointment when you're an early riser. Besides that it was nice.

This place is awesome, staff was incredible. Especially TJ, he made us feel very welcome and went out of his way to accommodate us . It was my daughters bday weekend and after a day of very upsetting issues, with plans we had around the springs area, we landed up at the hotel a little early . TJ helped us to get into our room. Later that day we called for extra pillows and the front desk lady was so nice and brought the pillows up immediately. The room was very clean and was very roomy for a family of 5, king suite. Regardless of the fire alarm that was set off that evening , due to someone pulling the alarm, it does not touch the exemplary service that this hotel offers !!! Thanks Home2suites staff you rock!

I'm here on official travel, and was supposed to stay at a much worse hotel, with 2 months worth of reviews saying the place had a bed bug infestation. Managed to get this hotel for almost 2 weeks at the allowed per diem rate. Extremely clean rooms (not even dust on top of the shelves, etc, yes, I actually checked), huge breakfast spread, lots of coffee and tea, indoor pool, gym, etc. This the THE place to stay around here, couldn't be happier.

Not only was front desk staff extremely rude, he also kept pushing me to take the stairs and told me the room was at the end of the hallway closest to the stairs, when it intact was right off the elevator. Then walking into the room there was still a FULL trash bag under the sink with boxes of old FOOD. Upon closer look the sheets are absolutely used and one of the beds have a long black hair in between the sheets. Disgusted. As a diamond member I have put thousands of dollars into these hotels as I travel a lot for work and I cannot begin to describe how gross and unprofessional the room and staff is. Really wish people where held ACCOUNTABLE for this type of stuff. Will be contacting corporate for this.

Nicely located off the highway, this place met all our needs; plus staff was wonderful (maintenance /painter /all purpose guy a total gent!). Enjoyed good breakfast, firepit at night, spacious & clean rooms. Special kudos to the breakfast staff lady who never stopped hustling (adding food, cleaning and simply being professional).
