My name is Joe and I stayed here for about 3 months. I liked staying here. My neighbors were friendly and nice. The house keepers did a great job. The front desk people were awesome. For it being at Nevada and Fillmore, it was pretty quiet. I would recommend it to everyone.

Rooms are clean, water pressure in shower is absolutely amazing, everyone is very very nice and accommodating, prices are the best around. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that they charge you for any stains left on sheets and towels if they weren't able to remove them. Other than that I'm very much enjoying my stay here!

Just checked in but id like to write a Review expressing how thankful i am Of Carolyn. Great customer service and My room wasis clean and just enough For me my wife and son. They offer a good weekly rate and the guest's are Lovely people. No complaints at all. I called several motels and thankfully spruce had a vacancy because they got Good rates. Clean rooms and best of all great customer service. Using this place Til my wife gets apartment. If you are Looking for a cheap but good quality Family friendly motel. This is it! Thanks! Edit to update* We ended up calling this place home for nearlya year. Carol and the community are like FAMILY. It was bittersweet when we found a place and our time here was up... Great place with great people just trying to make it in life. The people are amazing and i find myself sometimes driving by just to see how we started and how far we have come. I see some negative reviews... For the price your paying you get a nice room, great room service(Ashley and Samantha?) a VERY safe STAY.. They enforce their rules strictly. Quite Times after 10 p.m. which is awesome since this place is mostly for families. Id like to say THANKS to Carol, and the rest of the staff... I highly recommend this place if your between home's or just looking for a nice getaway 😎

It was better , now they hired a cleaning maid that is under doctors care and is going to therapy didn't clean my shower stall n to her she was done cleaning my room not good

This place is really super cool.. They have really good breakfast and a good restaurant nearby.. The rooms are really clean I was kind of surprised for such a nice hotel in the middle of nowhere.. Everything was super clean the bathrooms and rooms are beds

Don't go here . Drug infested ..just bad news ...cockroaches ..theft ..stay away .

Get the double bed cause it's the same price as the single bed and you can use that bed for the extra room to stage your packing for the next leg if your journey. Plus if you splurge for the hot tub you won't be disappointed for you'll find your neck, shoulders, all down your back, even your legs and feet will be as if you were 10 years younger!

This place is an absolute dump. Druggies and bumbs. Dirty you couldn't pay me to stay there.

Visited a freind there parking is kind of a pian but as long as u park where ur supposed to u won't have any issues room for a temporary stay in decent for a kitchen /bed /shower temporary stay in between houses or travel can't say any thing much else about it cause I dont know

I have a friend who lives here. It's a motel with Long term tenants.

This is by no means a 5 star or 4 star hotel but i like this place because its on a quiet street and the staff is personable and friendly. It has laundry on site and my room came with a fridge and microwave. The view is cool because the mountains look like the right in front of your face. The location is conveniently close to a gas station with restaurants and shopping plazas right around the corner.

The staff here are awesome and very responsive to your needs. House keeping does a great job .the place is quiet clean and all neighbors are respectful. Thx for making my extended stay a great experience..

Customer service ok . Place dumby and druggy people roaming around like what in the world is this . Wouldn't go here but same like half the other motels filled with trouble and not good extracurricular activities.

Couldn't give it a zero tried but wouldn't let me .. place is a nightmare.
