This is an outstanding bar. They serve very creative and delicious cocktails at this bar, but what makes this bar outstanding is the sensational bar staff, especially my bartender Anette. I highly recommend this bar.

This is awesome! They have a reasonable patio/ outside area. The inside is kinda small but very eclectic decor. But very relaxing atmosphere.They have a decent selection of bourbons, whiskey, and wines. We came here before dinner and enjoyed our cheese plate with a drink.

Love the intimate setting with comfortable chairs, and abstract paintings along the walls. They have a wide selection of whiskeys and wines to choose from. Some of them are quite rare, if you are looking for high-end or hard to find drinks. Their cocktails were also amazing. We enjoyed the pretzel and charcuterie board (pictured). Cork and Cask is downtown, walking distance to many other places you can enjoy before/after your visit.

Only went for drinks which were just great. The outdoor seating with fire pits makes for a nice ambiance. Try the Signature cocktails and enjoy the evening. Like and follow for more amazing places to see and visit around the World

I spent my evenings visiting various lounges while I was visiting COS and this is one of several I landed on. I was pleasantly surprised with the expansive list of whiskey I was handed which could make for a very dangerous place for me to be if I actually lived locally still. I was however disappointed when I selected not 1, but THREE, different bourbons that were listed on the menu only to be told each subsequent one was unavailable. Not necessarily the end of the world, but a slight nuisance since I was still able to find something else I liked. However I then ordered a food item from the menu only to be informed that that item had actually been removed and it was replaced with some atrocious sounding pickled item that hadn't been listed. I feel like it's really important to keep menus updated at the bare minimum with food changes given that it's only a single page of about 12 items. I understand the whiskey list not being updated when things are in and out of stock given how extensive the list is. I'd definitely consider giving this place another go though as the old fashioned was made properly and the bartender was more or less friendly. The overall vibe of the place was great as well.

Absolutely amazing experience. If you like bourbon or just good cocktails in general this is the place to be. Leslie is an amazing bartender and has great knowledge on the spirits they offer here at Cork & Cask. You'll be hard pressed to find a better experience and service in the Colorado Springs area period.

The whiskey selection is top notch. If your looking for a hard to find bourbon to taste I would recommend stopping in. The wine selection while not overly extensive is a very comprehensive list with great choices. The charcuterie tray is an amazing portion for the price. The ambience is laid back and very cool. The staff and owner were all very friendly and helpful as well. I can’t wait to get back soon.

Great cocktails & a huge selection of whiskey. The vibe inside is a dark regal with chandeliers and tall furniture. Definitely worth stopping by on a night out.

Fun atmosphere whether you sit in the interesting indoors (fun seating and art) or by the firepits outside. Alexis was friendly and quick. Nice place!

I went to this place two nights ago with a friend, and we had a great time. The bartender was so cute and sweet! I had a cocktail called “Roses for Me,” which was the best I've ever had. They were swamped, but the service was still so fast and attentive! I loved this place!

I don't need charcuterie boards. I need dessert boards. And Cork & Cask has just that! A delicious assortment of things the server really didn't know all that much about but I didn't even care. It was so delicious. The bar even customized my drink. Hooray!

What’s better on a chilly night than a whiskey and s’mores by the fire? After an evening out at the restaurants in the surrounding area, my friend and I decided to swing by cork and cask for a before bed drink and desert, and we were given just that. After a short wait we grabbed a table with a fire pit and decided to order the s’mores kit along with some evening cocktails. All around the experience was amazing (aided by the weather being just perfectly cool in march) and we left with smiles on our faces. Coming from Florida, sitting by a fire in March was not going to be possible for at least eight months, thanks to Cork and Cask for making the night special with a fun marshmallow roasting memory!

Seriously cool and hip bar with a great atmosphere. We, my friend and I, shared the Bavarian pretzel and Cheese Board and it was more than enough food. Every cocktail is absolutely delicious. Definitely get the Old School French 75 and Black Walnut Old Fashioned. Both are delicious and will cover both sides of the spectrum - sweet, smoky, and just plain perfect.

It was a beautiful 50 degrees outside but with the wind it was a bit chilly to sit outside until we had gas heaters to keep us warm. We enjoyed a charcuterie board with our drinks and finished with going inside where we felt majestic sitting in ultra plush comfy chairs. The HUGE selection of whiskey amongst other adult beverages was fantastic 👌

Fantastic Whiskey Bar. Definitely the place to go to try different scotch and whiskeys. Happy hour food specials are great and we enjoyed the Bavarian pretzel. Will definitely be back. I loved the old vintage pictures mixed with the chandeliers and funky furniture. Fun vibe with cool sophistication. Definitely a spot to try out!

I quit drinking a while ago, but wifey and I still like to go out and have a nice drink together. The fact this place has an actual selection of drinks they can make into mocktails is awesome! I had the Bourbon Punch Mocktail. It was fantastic!! We will definitely be back!

We ended up here by accident but ended up loving it. The drink selction was phenomenal and the snacking options were delicious as well. They even had a gluten free crackers option which was nice. The vibe was super cool and I loved the couches and chairs! Overall a perfect place for friends to gather and socialize!

Great drinks and atmosphere! They have an extensive whiskey list, but if you’re not a whiskey drinker, they have great cocktails, too. Lots of outdoor seating with fire pits.

Love this place. It's classy but also relaxing. The menu is inventive and fun and it's all delicious. Our friend group likes to come here for birthday parties and sit out on the patio with the fireplaces. The staff is always so sweet and accommodating and helpful. It's a go to for sure. The prices are completely reasonable for the quality you're getting.

This is usually a really nice laid back experience. Inside is laid out with oversized furniture for you to relax in. Outside is really where the ambience gets good though. Large benches with fire pits for you to gather around and chat. HUGE selection of scotch and whisky. Wide assortment of liquor in general. Charcuterie board and other things to snack on. The only drawback is at certain times, this place draws way more clientele than can be seated. Good problem for a business to have I suppose.

I love this place. I go mainly for the atmosphere. The outdoor fire pits with s’mores are my favs. But I love the indoor seating & decor. The can go without the tall tables and chairs IMO, they’re just not practical, tables are too wobbly, chairs are uncomfortable, and there is absolutely no table space for more than 1.5 people. That being said, I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a place with an amazing atmosphere, good drinks, and great staff.

My husband and I love this place. We recently did a stay-cation in Colorado Springs, and we would go here every evening after dinner, for a drink and a snack or dessert. The decor made me want to redecorate my office into a reading room. The service is always amazing. Oh, and the pretzel is SO good, you won't want to miss it.

It was a fine evening spending time with friends at the Cork & Cask. They make a fine Old Fashioned and a mean pretzel, it was seriously one of the best soft pretzels I've had. Besides - it came with spicy mustard, cheese sauce, and smiling service. If you are in town stop on by for a drink, it's well worth it. I keep thinking about that damn pretzel.
