I ordered from this place for the 1st time and nevet again! Awful food! Over price! Terrible customer service. Long story short the so called cook should be fired. He thinks he is the manager and owner and cook. He said it was my fault the food was wrong and my fault it wasn't full. I will never support this place. He disrespected me. I asked for the owner and he told me they are in China. If you are reading this and you are the owner, I advise you to fire him. I'll never let my friends and family order from here.

Ordered the egg foo young. Never in my life have I ever been served in this container. They poured gravy in it causing it to leak and the bag break. This is common sense. Please don’t go here

It’s a luck if a draw at this place. Our first time the food was decent, the second time we had hair in our shrimp fried rice but luckily they remade it and it was really good. This however will be the last time I’ll ever eat here. Ordered General Tso like I normally do and I have no idea what I got but it’s not chicken. Tofu maybe idk but even they couldn’t tell me what I got which is more alarming. Just go to Golden Harvest I know I will.

Only thing that gave it some sort of flavor was the hot oil. Both combos had more vegetables than chicken...at most there were 3-4 pieces of chicken in each combo (and this combo is supposed to be bigger than the regular combo) For the price of what we paid you can DEFINITELY find a better Chinese place than this one. SAVE YOUR MONEY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Very good food, fast service and amazing portions. This place is far better known for delivery; which meant that it was quiet for dine in. It made the experience even better. Will definitely continue ordering from this establishment!

Slow service, someone in the back was having a meltdown and yelling making the atmosphere in the restaurant unbearable (for nearly an hour). When we finally got our food nearly an hour later it was probably the worst think I've ever had an a sit-down restaurant, lukewarm and soggy and didn't get all the food at the same time. Should have just went to panda express.

My husband and I had an early dinner here and we were the only people in the restaurant. The server basically threw our order in front of us and we never saw her again. She dis not ask if our food was OK, if we needed more rice, or to refill our water. Typically they offer you more rice, but we were never offered more rice. My husband went to the register to pay so the waitress could come out and I could ask her for a to go box. The whole restaurant is empty except for us at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. The food was good. The service was awful.

Food is really good, restaurant is clean and inviting. Service could use some work, they seat you and get your order, after serving you they don't come back to check on you for refills or anything really. Other than that I would give it 5 stars.

The hot tea tasted like rust water. I had looked into the pot to see if the pot was rusty (it wasnt) - but the ice water tasted okay. 🤷‍♀️ The food was okay. Not awesome. My son's rice was way undercooked. The sweet and sour sauce tasted like it came out of a can. The cups and plates were dirty. It was expensive.

I'm not one to go out of my way to rate any place. But the complete unprofessional serve staff and management was enough for me to do it. Our server had zero serving etiquette, yelling in a silent restaurant at her mom in the back. One of the workers, I assume the owner, started yelling at a doordasher for asking about the food he was picking up. The consistency of the sauces on their food is skewed. I've ordered the beef with garlic sauce 3 times. First time it was amazing, that's why I wanted it again. Second time, it was so spicy that I couldn't taste the food at all. Today, it was overly sweet. There's absolutely no sense of professionalism at this restaurant.

Absolutely awful food! We found a finger nail in our food! From the start the food tasted funny and the chicken was jerky. Then we found the nail. Put us over the edge and everything ended up in the garbage! This place should not be open!

Worst food ever. Made my wife sick after eating. Would not recommend to anyone when notified the restaurant all they said it was her fault. They served day old food that should have been thrown out.

I’m beyond disappointed but I shouldn’t be surprised. I didn’t do my research completely on this establishment before choosing to do a take out order with them. But I’m still just so amazed this place is even open with all of its reviews on how bad the food is, and I agree. I got the chicken lo mein and it had a hair in it and undercooked vegetables, sesame chicken that was swimming in a sugar water mixture that coated every container in the bag, crab rangoons that had the smallest amount of crab and curdled cream cheese in it, and fried dumplings that were frozen in the middle and burnt on the bottoms. Sad to say I was hoping this place would be good. 0/10.

This place had great food a few years ago. But if someone is looking for fake, over breaded Chinese food, with gelled sauce, this is your place. Why do these places go downhill? Very disappointed!!!

I wouldn't go back. Food was ok but not up to what we are used to. Service was ok not overly inviting. It was dark and you almost felt like they didn't want you there. The bathroom was average cleanliness. The overall dining area appeared clean.

This was not the best experience. Usually very good but the food tonight was a 2.8 out of 10. Sweet and sour sauce tastes like cleaner, sesame chicken was tough, crab Rangoon were very greasy, 45 min wait.

We came in not fully knowing what to expect as the outside seems a little sketchy but our hesitation was quickly removed as we were greeted by very friendly staff. They interior had great decorations which I loved, however there was virtually no sound so it was really quiet and made me feel like I needed to whisper the whole time. Other than recommending a little music, I really liked the place and the sparkling tables. Also heads up, they serve the drinks in cups that day Pepsi but they serve Coke so if you have an issue with that, now you know lol. We ordered off the chef suggestion portion of the menu and got the Happy Family and the Chicken in a nest, which comes in an edible taco salad style bowl. When the Happy Family meal was served, it was poured onto a hot place and served to our table which was a bit showy and fun. I enjoyed it. When we were all finished, we asked for to go boxes and our waitress brought us an extra box of rice! She said you need more rice with leftovers and I agree and she is the best for that! The food was good and the service was nice. They have a good sized menu if you need lots of options and I was pleased.

I don’t really like the attitude of the staff. My boyfriend and I went there for our date night, we didn’t eat all day. When we went there to order our food as we were ordering the lady said,”so much food order something healthy” I didn’t say anything because I was too hungry so I acted like I didn’t hear what she said. The next week I called to place an order because my boyfriend like fry dumpling and the restaurant is closer to us than our favorite restaurant. When I called the same woman answered with an attitude no,”hello, this so and so restaurant how am I help you” she just said “hello what you wanna order”.

The food here is amazing! I've come here multiple times in the past few years and it's one of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever been to! The food comes out hot and fresh and tastes delicious. Definitely would recommend!

Really disappointing experience tonight. Called at 5:30 and ordered 4 meals for take out. Was told 30 minutes. My husband arrived at 6. They came out twice and asked what he was waiting for. Waited 35 minutes and ended up leaving with no food.

Live this family business & treated like friends by the staff and owner. Genuine all the way, fresh food right from the kitchen have been going for over 12 years! 5 stars!!

Small portions and over priced. The fried rice had almost no veggies and no egg. It looks more like white rice with a bit of soy sauce. Our food was luke warm. Smallest portions i've ever seen at a restaurant

The service was a little uneven but like a lot of other restaurants, I think they are understaffed. The food was spicy as indicated on the menu. Some restaurants really don't have spicy food. There weren't many dine-in customers while we were there. The table area looked empty . There was a lot of take out which ,to me, is a sign that people like the food but just don't want to eat out. I'm glad we found the Royal Palace. We will return when we're back in the area.

Really tasty food! We got the garlic chicken, pepper streak and pork chow fun noodles. The meat options came with rice or fried rice. I love the family style sharing option here! This restaurant reminded me of Chinese restaurants back home in Hawaii. Definitely returning next time we are in town.

If you're craving Chinese food in Sioux falls and you're either from out of the area or you live in the area this is the place you need to go the dumplings and crab rangoon are made from scratch I highly recommend this place I'm surprised it wasn't more crowded we will definitely be back when we visit Sioux falls again.

They served us dry, old, hard fried rice. Chicken in lomein was dry and hard. The orange chicken was a very small portions withonly a few pieces of chicken. It's over priced and they charged a fee for using debit/credit card.

I'm not usually one to leave a review but the only good thing about the place was the friendly staff. The silverware, drink cups, and condiment cup all had a brown layer of gunk on them that could be scraped off with a fingernail. The kids shrimp was chewy and brownish color. The sweet and sour chicken was alright. But if the servingware they put in front of customers is that dirty, I'd hate to see the kitchen.
