Ordered a butter burger from here but the patty was small and smashed into a cardstock thin sheet. Not worth the high prices whatsoever anymore.

So, as a California native, I have had the famed "In-N-Out" burger many times. And I have to say, In-N-Out can't hold a candle. The burgers truly always taste fresh, never frozen, and I like their Kringle cut fries. I am starting to think that Shake Shack copied Culver's because they taste very similar in my opinion, but Culver's is the original and a better deal. We ordered online and they did mess it up a bit, I ordered a double Culver Deluxe, and my husband ordered a double butter burger with bacon, but instead we got double butter burgers neither had bacon. My friend got the veggie burger which did come up correctly. I submitted a severe and immediately received a response from the manager who was extremely apologetic and sent us coupons. In the end, even with the slight error with our order, I love this place and will always come back :)

the only thing i have to say, is that every single day from 12 to 1, Chip has to take orders by himself. absolutely no help, even when the line is 10 people long. Chip is incredible and the best fast food worker i’ve ever encountered, but he can’t be doing this alone.

Usually slow service but the food is hot and freshly cooked. Make sure to check the bag before you drive away--if there is a mistake, they're very good about fixing your order.

Culver's is classically delicious midwest food fare. I really enjoy the seasonal lemon coolers too.

Came here to dine-in during the busier part of the afternoon. Food was fresh, tasted great, and came out to our table quick. Also, their Root Beer is the bomb, totally recommend.

My food order was wrong and poor quality but by the time I noticed I was too far away. (I live away) I hope they fix their issues. I love culvers.

Food excellent and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The drive thru line is a cluster and impedes parking lot traffic flow. Very inefficient use of drive thru space and that should be changed.

Always a great 'go to' places Love the Butter Burger/Bacon/Cheese. Never disappoints! The Cheese Curds are a favorite also. A Rootbeer Float is a great way to round out the meal. If you need a sweet treat the Concrete Mixers are awesome! Well with a try for your money's worth!

Stop in here frequently for lunch or supper. Always good food. My favorites are chicken tenders, walleye, pot roast sandwich. Staff are always friendly and service is fast.

Love this location. A particular gentleman is always so kind and makes sure we have our order correct. We had three little ones order their kids meals themselves and he was so patient with them. Loved it.

I wait over 40 mins in like to get a kids meal. Well turns out they don’t do Apple Pay and they didn’t want ven give me my kids meal. Who doesn’t have Apple Pay?????? Get on it.

Chicken strips were good when we went there on a late Thursday night and we were surprised to actually be greeted by the cashier. Glad to see things looking up. Past service has been less than friendly inside so we have avoided going here the past few years & we don't ask for much just a hello and a thank you.

This is a very clean location with friendly staff. Service can be a little slow when they are busy but the food is worth the wait. Remember to fill out the survey on your receipt for a free scoop of ice cream.

First time here, I drove through to get lunch. Got the fish and fries dinner and it was delicious! Service was excellent, just a short wait and worth it.

It's a little more. Spendy than the rest of the burger places. But my order is fresh everytime, and it's correct Everytime. So I rather pay the extra cost. Than to get home and find out that my order is wrong again..

It’s a bit ridiculous when you pay almost $5 for a large Root-beer float and Culver give you a small clear cup with a small scoop of ice cream and 3 sips of soda……..
