I
was
getting
my
hair
done
by
Erica
which
was
ok
while
in
the
Salon.
Come
July
Erica
offered
to
start
doing
my
hair
in
my
home
(my
daughter
was
due
to
have
a
baby
anytime).
We
were
very
grateful
but
noticed
our
hair
getting
dryer
and
she
wasn’t
using
any
toner.
Come
November
12th
Erica
put
foils
in
my
hair
and
that
when
I
noticed
she
was
using
something
called
Wella
(which
is
box
color).
Erica
put
the
foils
on
my
hair
then
said
she
had
to
leave
and
to
rinse
my
hair
at
1:10pm
then
call
her.
She
stated
she
had
to
meet
her
husband
2
miles
away
from
my
home
for
lunch.
Why
she
didn’t
let
me
know
this
before
starting
or
didn’t
come
back
after
her
“lunch”?
I
don’t
know.
I
rinsed
my
hair
and
let
her
know
there
was
a
big
problem
my
hair
was
fried
with
green
tent
not
even
close
to
being
blonde!
She
insisted
she
would
fix
it
just
not
right
then.
I
agreed
to
come
to
LC
at
7am
the
next
day
but
I
was
too
aggravated
and
upset.
I
let
her
know
I
just
wanted
my
money
back
to
fix
it
elsewhere.
(At
that
point
I
didn’t
trust
her
to
do
anything
with
my
hair).
She
promised
she
would
send
me
a
check
which
of
course
never
happened.
Come
to
find
out
her
licenses
was
not
in
good
standing
and
she’s
never
tried
to
rectify
the
situation.
I’ve
known
Erica
for
years
never
would
I
think
she
would
behave
this
way.
I
do
have
pictures
of
my
hair
before
and
after
as
well
as
her
license
which
was
expired
and
the
text
messages
with
her
saying
she
would
refund
my
money.
It
cost
me
$370
and
51/2
hours
for
the
first
treatment
to
even
start
repairing
what
she
did
to
my
hair.
I
had
to
live
with
my
hair
looking
horrible
for
4
months
until
my
new
stylist
felt
it
was
safe
to
start
the
repair
treatments.
This
whole
situation
and
Erica’s
behavior
is
absolutely
unacceptable
and
unprofessional.
