Today, I witnessed a young lady employee on the verge of tears. She's a tall young woman and she was wearing a yellow vest. This employee was so behind with her duties that she verbally asked for help. No one came to help her out. I them got the attention of red shirt manager. I told this manager about the situation. She did not help this young person out. NO ONE DID. Instead I saw other team members on the internet and really not caring. I finally told the vested lady to walk out!! McDonald's is not worth her stressing to the point of crying!!! The location as very active. Not really all that. Busy. McDonald's should be grateful and care about the staffs well-being.

Horrible service and even worst food. Yes it is fast food, and I shouldn’t hold them to the same standards as real restaurant, but these people have lost their mind. I haven’t had a single order correct, there is always something wrong with one of my orders. I DON’T RECOMMEND.

Drive through empty at 6:15pm, the order went fine, but was served a monstrosity of a Double Quarter Pounder. Didn't discover the thing until we got home. The meat was ripped to pieces, there was no way to pick the thing up without half falling off. Really irritated with them, the only reason for 3 stars is because they got the rest of the order right.

The customer service has improved in the last year. When I thought things were better, this happened when I’m on my lunch break… Can’t even put a burger in order! Funniest thing I’ve seen in a long time, yes this is ridiculous on all accounts. The manager on shift was in disbelief and immediately gave me a replacement. The probability went to the back and shift it around. Would be nice if they did something to make the situation right… But then again, the overall expectations are very low, sad really…

I placed my order and pulled up to pay but no one was at the window for a considerable amount of time so I went to the next. The guy handed me my food and I told him I hadn’t paid. He looked lost but took my card and gave it to someone for payment. I ordered an apple pie and it was expired. It’s not worth driving back for 1.50 but I see why they have an 84 score. I saw the score at the first window while I was waiting for someone to take my payment and contemplated pulling off then. I should have. Won’t be back.

Good food! It took them way longer than I feel it should sometimes, and sometimes they end up messing my order up - but when we return it to get it fixed, they’re usually quick on their feet to correct it - and usually give extra stuff to compensate! I go here often as it’s very close by, and will definitely make more stops in the future!

This is my preferred McDonalds. The food is usually fresh. The service is pretty good as well. It’s in close proximity to my home so that’s a plus!

Food is normally good. I say good, not great, because it is average. Burgers are sloppy, buns are hard, toppings are a mess, fries might or might not be warm, and drinks are pretty great. Better than most of the other McDonald's in roughly 15 miles. It's not saying much right? But at least this one gets the order correct! Nothing is worse than a custom order, getting a so so burger, and taking a bite to find out they screwed up your meal. Hence the 4 stars. Managers are fine, workers are almost always pleasant

Definitely won’t be coming back to this location ever again!! The workers were rude and had to wait almost 40 minutes for chicken nuggets and a big Mack! They were also not packed at all. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

My family and I are traveling and wanted something to quick to eat since we have a long ways to go till we are home. Upon ordering the young man taking our order kept asking if I was done, just for future reference if I’m done ordering then I will let you know but if you dislike your job that much that you can’t take a simple order or wait till someone is done then maybe you’re in the wrong field and shouldn’t work at all. Ordered a spicy deluxe, and the sandwich had so much sauce on it that I couldn’t even enjoy it and it was completely soggy. What’s even worse is they weren’t even busy or packed.. especially after 5:30 rush hour. Ridiculous and a dang shame. I worked in the service business and this was not it. Do better.

I come this location every other week for my son. You guys a awesome there, but this stand employee greets me and my family with a warm welcome every time. Very professional, easy to speak to overall a great staff member. Thanks to Shatavia your awesome keep up the good work..

Hi. This is the second time in two months that we stopped here after 10 pm while traveling from North Carolina. Both times, they brewed a fresh pot of coffee for us. Thank you to a friendly staff, it means a lot!
