Quite possibly the worst place to eat and have fun. The service is terrible, the food came out in phases over the course of 2 hours, each appetizer and entrees were cold, the waitress had to take our order because “the online ordering app isn’t working”, and our waitress mysteriously disappears for 30 or so minutes at at time. The food stinks, service less than desirable, and the staff is indifferent. Pro’s: Beer is good (they can’t mess that up, and the games are fun. (Pics- Cold voodoo pasta, $1 Dollar General box pizza for the kids, giant pretzel cold in the middle and sent back, and tacos that are tiny and undercooked). Don’t come here unless your looking to drink and play games only.

Always pleased...took our youth from our church (Young's Chapel Baptist Church) and they enjoyed it with their family and the food was delicious. Their was something to do for all ages..adults included. We will be back again.

Went on a Tuesday night with my family. Wasn’t busy at all. The games were entertaining and there wasn’t a wait at all. The food was good but I wouldn’t get the frozen margarita again but the Backwood Blueberry Lemonade was delicious!! Overall, the experience was good. We will be coming again.

This was a wonderful place to go for my birthday. My husband made it a very special day for me. Thank you so much Dave & Buster's for making my birthday a wonderful time to be alive. Our bar tender Trey was super awesome and super friendly. He made it an even better birthday by being so nice and attentive to us. Thank you for hiring such a great person. Yay! It is an excellent place for family fun. My grandsons didn't want to leave, nor did my SIL. We did the game portion but not the food for clarity. I loved watching their excitement. Appreciated the cleanliness of the bathrooms. It's not an inexpensive place, but worth saving up for.

Food was good but was not worth the 2 hour wait. Took us an hour to even order drinks, even when there was a total of 3 other tables. Finally got our food after 2 hours and took us 30 minutes to even get the check or a box. Asked for a box to put leftover food in but took forever and then got hungry again and ate it, the box was pointless then. Never coming back again.

Took my kids from Charleston to Columbia to visit. Overall a lot of fun for my 6 and 8 year old. Not a lot of options for smaller kids and frankly it's overly stimulating. Also very concerned at the lack of sanitizer located around considering it's a high-touch atmosphere. We had to search to find it. I recall seeing staff clean the glass with cleaner. I wish I had seen them going around spraying sanitizer on the handles and controls ar least once.

Spent 2 hours with three kids, total cost was 50$. Thats a good quality/price time. Games are fun and kids really enjoyed it.

Fantastic experience made possible by an incredible woman (Jacqui). She was patient and considerate. I was unable to keep everyone at the table together. She took our order four different times without so much as raising her brow. Made my son’s night fun and worry-free. She never allowed an empty glass or passed without asking how we were. She was exceptional.

I gave it 2 stars for the variety of games as far as food and food service negative 3. Went on a Saturday night so understandably they would be busy. We didn't wait too long to get a table, which seemed promising. We ordered drinks, including alcoholic beverages. Waitress looked miserable, so she didn't mention anything about special drinks for the night or food. My food came first, which was boneless wings, semi Luke warm and fries. 40 minutes later, 2 small kid's pizzas and my husband's cold burger arrived. We sat down for another 30 minutes after we ate everything, and there were still no alcoholic beverages. We asked about the alcoholic beverages on 3 occasions. After the 3rd time, she said she'd check on those drinks. Mind you, we already finished eating everything, my kids were bored. We canceled the drinks and paid for our food. If you expect to get food right away, don't go here. Expect it to get your food at least 40min-2hrs after you've ordered your food. I say 40 minutes to get your drinks. Alcohol beverages might take longer than 40 minutes.

Me, my daughter and my mom went here and it was fun. Enjoy the food there, although my mom's wasn't cooked too well to her liking. I loved my food I had the Hawaiian chicken sandwich. Played a lot of games. We had a good time overall.

We had an incredible time here. There are so many games and some delicious food. You have to try the big daddy cake. It comes with ice cream and it's warm and gooey and extra chocolatey and just so good. The games don't really have big ticket give outs companlred to most other arcades I've gone to. My kids had a blast and we got us a membership for whenever we visit my grandpa and aunt again. We have a D and B about an hour from where I live so we will be going back.

Today was the most fantastic service I've ever had in a Dave and Buster's! Every single need was meet and exceed any expectation I could have had. My waitress, Ronnie was attentive, patient, and on top of our order. The food came out fast and free. The drinks were also speedy and refilled instantly. Would recommend this location to any friend or family who wants to dine and play.

Our server Jacqui had extremely awesome service. She made myself and my 5 children feel welcomed. She suggested a great drink that I never had before. I will now be ordering a green apple mule from now on! This visit was a 10/10!

It was a very special occasion for my 2 year old niece and myself. The server wasn't friendly to our table but did seem friendly to other tables. Why was she training a new server? It was awful. Also she asked my 62 year old husband for his Driver's license when he ordered a beer, in the state of SC it is if you look under 40 yrs.old And we just sat down and she tried to get us to pay the tab. Train your employees to wait on ALL people spending money at your business. I still tipped her 5$ she didn't earn. Do better Dave&Busters!!!!!

We come from summerville just for the pump it up dance arcade machine, and spend about 40 bucks each time we visit and every time we've gone the machine is way too quiet, you can't hear what the rhythm is in the game. On top of that, the pads are sticky and don't register half the time. Edit: bumped up to 3 stars for a manager resolving the volume problem!

I'm quite disappointed with the game experience multiple game failures and mechanical failures on games. More then half of the $100 spent was on machines that accepted my card but didn't actually work this was incredibly frustrating for me and my date.

I had never been before, but had won D&B giftcards at a work event & thought I'd try them out (for my birthday). I ordered a Caesar salad with steak. The salad was large & looked fresh, but it was CHOCK FULL of raw onions (which was NOT listed on the menu). As I am allergic to raw onions, I spent a good 10 minutes picking out each piece. 😡 I eat Caesar salads a LOT & have NEVER had chopped onions on one...EVER! The steak, which was an EXTRA $6, was tough as shoe leather & almost as tasty. It wasn't seasoned at all! 🤢 My son ordered wings & he said they were good, but teenagers will eat anything (except raw veggies). He gave me his raw celery & carrots & they looked like they had been cut/sliced several days earlier & weren't freshly cut/sliced. The server came by the table a grand total of maybe three times...Four at the most. AND we had to WAIT the longest time between her "visits". Suffice it to say...I was NOT impressed with the food. I am SO GLAD I had those gift cards, because if I had to pay for that sub-par food, I would NOT have been happy! My family will NOT be back. 🤢 No, we did not play the games & the "automatic" 18% gratuity was NOT deserved! The meal was taken off the gift cards & I left a minimal tip on the table because of the lousy service (the tables were NOT busy & two eating areas were actually closed because so few people were in there, so our service should have been exemplary).

Games are fun, but bar service is trash. Two bartenders, nine people at the bar, and it's taken 10-15 minutes each time we've ordered a drink between playing games. We were going to order food, but again, we sat at the bar for 15 minutes or so before being acknowledged and just closed out. At least in that 15 minutes, we had time to look up some restaurants nearby.

JACQUI was so kind and helpful. She realized I didn’t care for what I ordered and offered an alternative. She didn’t have to do that. The food is always good and what I ordered may have tasted good to others, just not me today! I really appreciated that I was valued and very well cared for. My grandsons love coming here and we will continue our tradition of spending an afternoon of games and love! Thank you JACQUI!

Food was great for the boy. My palette is a little different but that's not why we were there. My son had a great time playing the games I got him the $60 promotion they were offering and it was almost hard to spend it all. I had to step in and help play some games. Overall it was fun and he wants to go back.

My waitress took 35 minutes before coming to our table to get our order. I was brought a sweet tea in an obvious dirty cup. Our appetizer came promptly but our waitress didn’t bring our food 36 minutes afterwards. She then brought me the ticket that had the wrong order with an extra hamburger charge. The waitress rarely visited our table and never brought my fiancé her mayonnaise for her food. This is obviously a very bad experience with terrible service, dirty cup, no utensils or napkins. She was unavailable to help me with my issues. I reported the bad service to a supervisor and I was brought a (corrected receipt) with no details to what anything cost. The supervisor stated that she was sorry and she would take care of it. My experience here was below standards on every level at any Dave and Buster’s establishment.

We have been to this particular D&Bs many times and always thoroughly enjoy our time there. As soon as the front door opens, there is a feeling of thrill and excitement that comes over us all!! Staff is very helpful, games are well placed so you can easily maneuver around, GREAT items to buy with your tickets but what I really wanted to comment on this time was the AMAZING food. Everything from the kids' plates to the adult meals were delicious! I personally had the steak and this, by far, was one of the best steaks I have ever had. Nice, big cut and cooked to perfection. Mwahhhh! Always such a great time!

Great spot to come relax, unwind, and simply have fun. Conveniently located right beside the Columbia mall, which is already a good epicenter for nearby restaurants, shopping, and other entertainment. They run a special on Wednesday that lets you place games for half off, so definitely take advantage of that.

We had our son's birthday party here. They did an amazing job with the party. So easy to plan. Kids loved the food. More than enough for kids and adults.
