Came in on a Sunday with a party of 12. We did the call a head seating. We only had to wait like 5 minutes once the whole party got there. The service was great and it was just one waitress waiting on us. The food came out in a timely manner. My food was good. I tried my wife's truffle French fries and they were nothing special. They were like regular fries that you could get anywhere.

This is a great environment. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I had an issue with my steak being undercooked I didn't say anything to my server. The young female manager with short hair, promptly did a table visit. She noticed I wasn't eating my steak and asked if she could either bring the temperature up or get me something new that I would enjoy. The fact that mangers take time and table touch is impressive to me. I will come back and eat again and I hope they keep managers like her in this establishment.

The service was great and we received our food really fast. The food was great, everything we ordered we were pleased with. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic meal at Carrabbas this afternoon. It has been about a year since I was here last and missed it so much since then. They have done some remodeling but stopped using the brick pizza oven (probably due to understaffed). I ordered the Mahi Wulfe which is my favorite dish. Mahi mahi cooked and covered with a white wine sauce, artichoke heart, sun dried tomatoes and other tasty seasonings. Really good. The chicken soup with noodles was extremely good also. Our waiter, Calvin, was a super salesman and sold me on the cannoli cake with chocolate ganache and a mini cannoli on top. Fantastic is an understatement. I’m sure I’m going to enjoy everything for a total of 3 meals including the cake. Eat smaller portions and no pain thus you have a great meal 3 times!!! BTW they have an A rating and I will put them on food circuit.

Our bartender was friendly, and the food was great. We stopped in after a 10 hour drive and had a wonderful dinner, drinks, dessert and espresso for the road.

Had a wonderful time at the August wine tasting. They have a different one monthly! Service was great & all of the food was delicious. It almost reminded me of dinning on a cruise.

Came here for dinner with my friend. Ordered the calamari for an app. Really want the classic combo but they don't let you switch out stuff on the menu. Anyway, the calamari was extremely salty. That was unfortunate because I love calamari. I ordered the lobster ravioli and added shrimp. Besides the 6 shrimp I paid all that extra money for the food was warm. The waitress was nice the few times she came to the table. She probably felt we were okay in the mist of having to serve 2 large parties. This is the 2nd time in my life that I've been here and probably would be the last.

Okay… I would normally not consider chain restaurants…but! I’ve been traveling for the last 3 days now and I really wanted pasta. I called Delucca’s several times for 30 minutes and got greeted with busy signal - then I tried Al’s and the person was so rude I hung up. Carrabba’s came through for me! They were very professional and their phone etiquette and customer service was a breath of fresh air. The food turned out very delicious. I made my own pasta and it was exactly what I was craving! ♥️ A Huge Thank you to the Staff at Carrabba’s!

Went sunday night, and the service was great. We were a group of 10, got there around 7pm, and the waitress was very helpful, courteous. She took great care if us, is not easy to do a group, and she was really good, i think her name us Abigail👍👍its the the best around here, we've been before but not in a big group.

Fulfilling meals. You will be full from the appetizers. So save space for the entrees. The complimentary bread and herb dip makes you come here again and again. The caprese starter with burrata cheese is a great option if you are a vegetarian. I loved both Linguine Positano and Rigatoni Martino. For the side salad or soup, ask for soup of the day options. You have vegetarian and vegan options here or can be customized to be vegan.

We decided to check out Carrabba’s for the first time in years on a whim and stopped in to this location. I’m so glad we did! We sat in Chip’s section and had easily the best service ever. He was attentive, made good recommendations, spoke to our 10 year old directly and made her feel welcome. The food was good, and the wait wasn’t too bad for a Friday night. Great experience!

We eat here REGULARLY because it always meets and often exceeds expectations. We know we will get great food and service and have never had a negative experience. Cheryl K. has waited on us many times and is exceptionally attentive and friendly. Even our kids know her familiar face when we eat at Carrabba’s. Love, love, love this place.

We ate here Saturday for our daughter’s birthday. We informed that they were short staffed immediately when we checked in, But we were comfortable with the wait time suggested. We were seating before that time, and were waited on by Selena and Hayden. We received excellent service, and you would have never know there was a shortage in staffing. Food was also excellent. Thankful for a very special evening and wonderful service from these two young ladies.

Maria T was excellent in managing my crazy requests- like 6 lemon wedges and two straws - garden salad no cheese no dressing. She smiled laughed and made it happen. My wife and I enjoyed the meal and having Maria T as our server. We ate everything!!

Probably one of the worst experiences ever... The salad was amazing and the appetizers were great as well... However the fettuccine Carrabba was not edible at all the noodles were under cooked on both of our plates... We both just ended up picking off the chicken and eating that only... We told the waitress and she spoke with the manager supposedly... I didn't expect the entire meal to be free but 15 percent off my bill isn't even close enough for the poor meal... We had already waited for over an hour and a half since we were seated... I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes to have another reply back from the manager... So we just left... I watched 2 other tables walk out as well for waiting on their food. I definitely will NOT be back and don't recommend anyone having to go through what we had to do last night!!!

Our server Calvin was outstanding. Was on point the whole meal. The food was excellent and delicious. My first time trying Mezzaluna, and it was lovely. The ravioli was fork tender with a nice sauce. My date had the chicken Bryan with mashed potatoes and loved it. Great meal and no wait on a Tuesday night.

Our server Selina was amazing but, the food was disappointing. The bread was the best thing of our whole dinner. My pasta looked good and the sauces taste was there but the noodles were undercooked and super chewy. My friends chicken Alfredo lacked taste and the sauce was watered down. Would not recommend spending money here, go to Olive Garden!!!!

The wait time was less than 15 minutes, the food came out quickly and everything was delicious! Our wait staff Maria provided excellent customer service!! Maria was very friendly, provided great suggestions to our meal, provided several refills, she was familiar with the menu and checked on us several times. It is always a great experience when we dine in!!

We HAD TO go back! We went to Carrabba's last month with another couple. This was another date night for us. We decided to sit at the bar this time. Kim was our bartender and she took care of us. We started out with a couple Sangri-Ritas. Now we're hooked. This is one of the best drinks we've had in a long time. I think we had 3 or 4 drinks each👀because they were just that good😝 For our appetizer, we tried the Cozze in Bianco aka Mussels (yeah I got excited and forgot to take a picture smh). It was a decent sized bowl that we shared. The mussels were in a lemon, garlic butter sauce. It was more garlic than I wanted but it didn't take away from the taste. I thought it would've been more of a broth that we could've eaten with our bread. But it was still A+. For our entrees, she had the Simply Grilled Salmon with Spinach and a Caesar Salad and I had the Johnny Trio with grilled shrimp in Fettuccine Alfredo (10oz sirloin marsala, Chicken Bryan, and Shrimp Alfredo). My steak was a little over cooked but they corrected that quickly. Everything tasted absolutely great! Kudos to the chef and cooks behind the scene! I'm sure we'll be back again soon👍🏾Oh yeah..we finished off our meal with YET ANOTHER drink🤦🏾‍♂️the Italian Old Fashioned. Now go and check out my other reviews on places to stay and eat. I went this past Saturday around 7pm. They were really busy. Their was a 45 min wait which was perfect because i traveled 45 min. We sat down and the waiter was very nice he just kept forgetting things. I ordered the trio appeztizer which was mushrooms meatballs, squid and mozzarella sticks . I also ordered a side salad which was not good. and for my entree i ordered the chicken Alfredo. The appetizer was ok in taste the food was definitely hot. The Alfredo was good , however it was a lot of noodle and not enough meet. The portion size was a lot. Minus the details i would definetly go back and try another entree to see if i can expierence a 4 to 5 star treatment.

My husband and I just had dinner at the Colombian Dr location in SC, it was his first time and I haven't been in years. Our sever was Tony and I can't boast enough on how absolutely amazing he was! Right off rip we had a not that great experience with the hostess putting us in the exact place we requested not to be and blew us off when we mentioned it, and he came and acknowledged that we asked for a booth (my husband has back problems) and instantly cleaned off his last booth and moved us. He was so quick, polite, and attentive! We couldn't be more happy about our entire experience with him! If you eat at this location you should request him to have a memorable dining experience!

Maria was the perfect server. Friendly and attentive. Food quality was on point. Best salad I have had since I can remember. The spinach and Alfredo side items were delicious. I typically only dine at locally owned restaurants but this is our favorite chain restaurant in our area. Always a great experience.

My favorite place to eat. I go here at least twice a week. If Selena or Lexis is your server you are in good hands. I never need anything when they are my server. Always have a full glass of soda. The johnny trio is my favorite. This place has wonderful flavor combinations that will make you taste buds explode. I wish they sold the creamy Parmesan dressing by the bottle.

Carrabba's is a VIBE, THE VIBE. The atmosphere will lift your spirits and it's so family oriented. The food never disappoints it absolutely amazing. Every course has perfect proportions. WE LOVE IT!!!

Always busy because the food is excellent. We chose the bar because seating was faster. We enjoyed Cesar Salad with grilled chicken, scallops and just baked bread for starters. We had a blast talking with our fellow patrons at the bar. The main meals were chicken marsala and baked chicken with sauteed spinach. To summarize, all were delicious and worth the wait. For dessert, tiramisu of course! Simply amazing. Our bartender was the life of the party. She was a lot of fun and the staff around her was supportive. We'll be back.

Great service, great food. Obsessed with the Sangria and Soups. Can never go wrong with any of their pastas.

First of all the food is so yummy and so filling ! Our server Amy was awesome! Constantly filled our drinks, made sure we were all set and so sweet. Angie the manager stopped by to make sure we also were set! Definitely stopping by again.

When eating here be cautious because I found a hair in my cheesecake, and also when we were eating there was still trash on our table none of the servers offered to remove the plates we used. they “ran” out of lemonade. customer service was not that great. so be cautious when wanting to spend your money here

I always review upon my experience. Being valentine day was Monday it was some what busy Sunday. We didn't wait long to be sitted. Service was very good ,quick. Now the appetizer was very good and salad was big. We ordered lasagna. Portion was big but kinda of salty, not much flavor. The noodles were on mushy side.Should we go back that is differently out of the question. Like i said I review from my experience.
