Amazing experience for my birthday! With a reservation we were seated quickly and our server Makayla? was very pleasant. The salad bar/hot dishes were all delicious and had so much variety. All the meats were delicious, well-seasoned, and well cooked. My favorites were the house special and the flank steak. Their garlic bread and pineapple served off the skewer is amazing as well. The only downside is that you can’t leave without overeating but it is so worth it!

Everything was GREAT. I tried all of their meats. The meats were very flavorful and perfectly cooked. The salad bar and hot bar had alot of choices and they were all amazing. I ordered a cheesecake to go and it was phenomenal. Overall experience was grade A from the atmosphere to the friendly and attentive workers. Definitely returning to this jewel.

We arrived shortly before closing and were seated immediately. The wait staff was friendly and our server explained the salad/dinner process clearly. Salad bar was fresh with lots of variety and the main course meats were hot and cooked nicely. The warm cinnamon coated pineapple was a great compliment to the meats as well. Overall a very good and unique experience. Highly recommend!

So, if you've had Rio's then you've had Cowboy's, however, there are different meat options here than at Rio's. Cowboy's was absolutely delicious, and our waiter was fantastic. He even informed us he hadn't been there long, but he was fantastic. For dessert I had a Lemon Berry Cake, and it was absolutely delicious in and of itself. I definitely recommend going at least once.

First time almost 2 years ago. Food & service was pretty good. I did notice the next morning my stomach was kinda upset. But didn’t know if it was from the food or the tea. This recent visit, food was hot & good but wasn’t as many selections. I’m assuming because they were so busy & had like 3 huge parties. I ate more salad then meat because of it not being a good variety as before. We had one waitress serving all 30 of us. She did pretty good but our tickets got messed up. && yes me and my husbands stomach was messed up that night a few hours later. Not sure what that’s about. But sadly we won’t be returning. It’s just not worth $170 for two.

We dined in for NYE. The waitstaff was nice, but we did wait an additional 15 minutes to be seated after we arrived with a reservation. For dinner, you get all of sides (cold and warm) from the salad bar in the middle. The meats are brought around and cut in front of you. Our waiter took our drink order and we were able to eat immediately after. Sadly, I do not have anything to rave about. The meats and sides were BLAND. Everything thing on my plate needed salt and pepper at a minimum. For a Brazilian steakhouse, I just expected so much more robust flavor. At a price point per person before tax, this was an expensive dinner to be so let down. Although our waiter was nice, I cannot say I would dine here again. Very disappointed.

Our first time trying this restaurant as were from out of town and we really enjoyed it! We came on a Sunday night & were seated right away without a reservation, and the service was very attentive and courteous. The salad bar offered a ton of options and had plenty of options to compliment the meats, and the meats were not dry. The grilled pineapple was divine! I highly enjoyed this place!

Yesterday, my wife invited me for my birthday to this restaurant, the food was good, but the service was terrible, and the young waitress who brought the meat had a bad attitude. I asked for a sangria to go with the beef. I had to return it two times because it was poorly prepared and to finish, because it was my birthday, my wife asked the servers four times to bring the dessert menu or a piece of cake, and they never got it, it was not a pleasant experience.

We came in at 745. Just a party of 3 and from 825 to 850 we only had a guy come by with pork. We requested steak and garlic bread at 830 from the waiter and my table was rare and medium rare. We did not see a steak till 855 and were just about to give up on the garlic bread but got some around 905. To top it off we only got well done meats all at the end. I usually just scuff things off but this was really bad.

I had an absolutely amazing time. The food was delicious and our server was GREAT!! A big shout out to Greg aka. “Gregorio” for making our dining experience super special 😊

Upon arriving 20 minutes before our reservation and seeing great reviews, we had high hopes for this place. I’ve been to several Brazilian steakhouses in the past, and honestly feel insulted by being here. If you’re considering this restaurant, please get a tetanus shot before stepping inside. Also, don’t be from out of state, and don’t be white. You will be ignored, shunned, and treated as a lesser person. We’re here for the Georgia versus South Carolina football game, and the prejudice couldn’t be more apparent. The restaurant was moderately busy upon our arrival, but quickly cleared out as the time neared 9PM. Which brings me to another point. Google lists this restaurant as closed at 9PM, however they were taking Open Table reservations until 10PM. It seems the staff cleared out at 9PM as well, along with their customers. After complaining about our wait, we we’re finally sat after ~45 minutes. The “manager” of this establishment resembled the local football team against a competent opponent, a chicken with his head cut off. The environment was uncomfortable, unorganized, and unprofessional. Based on my experience, this is typical Columbia. If you’d like to enjoy your overpriced dinner, and don’t mind a serious potential of getting sick due to incompetence, give this place a shot. You’ll absolutely love being shunned for your skin color and not being from South Carolina. Enjoy your meal, if you’re ever seated.

First, I’d like to say that the young man whom valet parked our vehicle was super nice. We had reservations prior to arriving. We were seated promptly upon arrival, which was a plus. Once seated, it took our waitress 10 minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink. Then it took another 10 minutes to receive the drinks. One of our chairs had blood in it so I asked if she could bring a rag….which she did eventually bring…once I scooted the chair away from my table….40 minutes later. The cold/salad bar was pretty delicious…the meat servers were very attentive to everyone…however, again the waitress was horrible with keeping up with refills. I probably would go again…but order it to go.

Fantastic. We called in for cold beer in the afternoon heat and decided to book a table for dinner that night. It was absolutely amazing. Hannah, our waitress, looked after us very well and there is such a variety of excellent food; salad, fish, cold meat along with a (quite literally) endless stream of meats from the carvery that it defies description. Make sure that you are hungry when you arrive. Truly great value and very friendly service. Superb meat of every type.

Spectacular food! The salad bar was ample, fresh and delicious! Olives wonderful, fresh mozzarella and tomatoes… pasta salad was so so good, tabouli, Caesar salad, the selection was fabulous!!! The variety of meats wonderful! The grilled cinnamon pineapple was out of this world! Service was outstanding, staff here is excellent ! Venue is beautiful. Bathroom facilities spotless. The have gloves for use at the salad bar. Everyone in our party loved the food, atmosphere and service! We will definitely come back when in the area celebrating

Great. My wife and I never have been to a restaurant like this and we had such a wonderful time. The staff was very attentive and the meats were succulent and delicious. We will be back again for our next special occasion.

Gregorio was absolutely fantastic and attentive. We had a very large party and every single person praised his ability to keep up. The food was incredible and the service was impeccable. I could not recommend this place any more. If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out

I had the worst experience tonight (6/18/23). I was excited when I was invited to join a friend there. We made a reservation for 7:45 and got there right on time. It was very hot in the restaurant, and there were several people standing by the front door. We were told we would be seated soon. There were several empty tables, but the host wasn’t seating anyone. After about 15 minutes, I asked if we could sit at one of the empty tables and was told “The server isn’t ready”. 10 minutes later we were seated. We had to wait for someone to take our drink order, another 10 minutes to get those drinks (water). It took a while for anyone to come around with the meat. The food was not as good as I remembered from previous visits. Our waiter disappeared for a bit. I had to let the host know that we had been waiting for our check. Another 10 minutes passed before ur server reappeared with it. Overall, this was a horrible experience. I hope this isn’t normal for Cowboy these days.

Our waiter was attentive and friendly enough. Just doing his job, nothing more, nothing less. Mother's Day and we were able to slip in a reservation within 15 minutes but it took 30 minutes to be seated. No one has been overly friendly, not even with each other. The atmosphere of staff shows everyone is trained well to do their jobs but they are almost robotic. But the food was edible and it was a little entertaining.

I really enjoyed The Cowboy Brazilian experience. The waiters and host were very pleasant and attentive. They offered a variety of tasty meats. If you have a preference of meat, you would need to request it. Yet, more attention needs to be brought to the salad bar with the selection they have and changing it out.

The salad bar was great. Server was really nice. We expected more of a variety from the meats that were brought to our table. Decent experience, not sure if we will visit again for the price compared to meat selection.

Visited for the first time for my husband's birthday. Went when they first opened at 5 and the salad bar was fresh and no crowd. Food was overall decent. Certain meats were good and others, no thanks. The grilled pineapple was amazing! We're going to repeat that at home.

Eaten here many times. This trip was disappointing. Meat was overcooked and tough even though we continually tried to get medium rare, none was to be found. Chicken was dry as dust. Buffet was a little better but lacked flavor, and we went back several times to just find something we would enjoy. We were seated in the window mostly out of view and feel we were forgotten and had to keep waving down the waitress and gauchos.

I had never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse before. What a treat! The food options were delicious and just kept coming. That’s the only downside… a lot of food wasted. It also felt a bit rushed. But it was good and the service was really good. You begin with a salad bar. Lots of great options, including some warm options. The mashed potatoes were obviously instant… and that was the only real dislike I had of the evening. Everything else was delicious. As a lover of food, I enjoy this style which allowed us to sample a lot of different meats.

Absolute best steakhouse I've ever been to. We stopped on our way back to Ohio. Ivy our waitress was spectacular, and the service team was so great. The manager came to our table to check how our service was, and overall it was such a wonderful experience. Food was delicious too. If you're in the area 10 out of 10 reccomend the restaurant.

I've spent my last 6 birthdays here. It's been great for 5 of them. This time the service didn't happen. There's was 3 meats brought out. They had 20 minutes between each meat only had 2 runners. They didn't ask for our drink orders until 20 minutes after our meal. Waiter asked how the bill was going to be split 3 times all of which he didn't member remotely what I had previously said. We spent 400 plus a few drinks for 10% of what we normally get going there. After all this delay of our service they basically kick us as soon as the clock hits 9.

I'm not sure if the ac wasn't working well, but it was pretty warm inside. It took about 15 minutes after our reservation time to seat us because the server wasn't ready yet, but the table was. The server asked how we liked our red meats cooked, which didn't matter because they brought out whatever they wanted. The salad bar was better than the meats they brought out. Once done, we had to find the waiter to get our check. This experience was a lot less pleasing than the first time I came here a couple of years ago.
