Went to the Columbia Mall on Black Friday 2020. Mall was very clean and bright. Plenty of stores but a few empty ones too. Love how they've incorporated natural light into the space. Restrooms were a bit hard to find, tucked away in the food court, which was decent. Easy parking.

It was clean and family friendly. Seemed like it was in a good location as well. It had a good variety of stores and restaurants. Honestly it was fun to stop in and walk around. The ferris wheel was pretty neat to look at as well.

What a good place to chill at and hang out with friends. All kinds of fun filled activities!!

The Columbia Mall is very clean and well kept. Most all of the shops are full and you can always find what you're looking for. Also and most importantly, the bathrooms are always clean.

I go to this mall for blood drives, target pick up, and that’s about it. To be fair, I don’t really like shopping malls, and I’m not the demographic the mall caters to! It is clean inside, the bathrooms are clean, there is a variety of stores, and lots of elders or people with babies in strollers walk through it in the mornings.

I've been robbed, harassed, cursed on multiple occasions, told I'm not allowed to speak or talk about certain things and trespassed from this location many times. On several occasions I was followed to my home, and was burglarized. I've had several hundred dollars in tools and equipment stolen. There are a few regulars that go here daily, and they're snobs. Not much for conversation. The security guards, are not much help either. Other than that, I enjoy going here,
